541  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stable coins and Liquity problem on: December 16, 2019, 10:10:50 AM
There is Not enough ways to Get stable coins like usdt in to cash
And what we need is Something like app so we can pay with stable coins at Grocery store!

It Will save more us coz its not convient way to trade stable coins right Now!

U can buy and sell btc anywhere but what i Want is stable coins coz they are stable.

There are few projects that working on developing stable tokens for daily use (buying something at store) but unfortunately none of them are interesting to me. Sometimes, I think we need that kind of coins but in the other time, I do believe that Bitcoin could be the only coin for this purpose (in the future) and then come idea that we don't need stable coin for daily use.
542  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Profitability of Trading Bots on: December 16, 2019, 09:50:45 AM
I am curious if people have had success with trading bots in cryptocurrency.

I have recently set up a bot and have been astounded by the operability of it. It's actually working lol.
Well, if you have also had luck or interesting experiences with trading bots let me know =]. Cheers

It works and it is real.

You can't trust the bot forever as you will have a moment where you are disappointed with the result. You should not totally rely on bot since it doesn't give you real experience in trading. You can use it whenever you have no time to do trading, it is okay but don't use big capital to do it and stay careful of it.
543  Economy / Economics / Re: WARNING: The central banks are currently manipulating the S&P 500 right now. on: December 14, 2019, 09:45:10 PM
Its given and its really happening but this statement can be more realistic if you can provide at least some explanation on the reason why you are posting this one.

If it is really happening and instead of asking OP to provide the explanation or any source, why wouldn't you just bring it he so we can confirm this issue faster.
544  Economy / Economics / Re: WARNING: The central banks are currently manipulating the S&P 500 right now. on: December 14, 2019, 08:33:01 PM
WARNING: The central banks are currently manipulating the S&P 500 right now.

Be careful when trading the S&P 500 at this moment.

Any reliable source about this issue? If you have one then I would like to read it.

I found people discussing about central banks manipulating asset prices somewhere out there but can't find report specifically for S&P 500.
545  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What other options do I have when it comes to digital assets ? Besides crypto on: December 14, 2019, 08:10:02 PM
Stocks, bonds, ETF these are traditional assets, what other digital assets do you guys think exists and what will be the next superstar?

I will go first:

My Kmart membership card points.

I don't understand what you mean by the next superstar. Is it a digital asset that will be able to beat crypto or just another good investment opportunity?

Anyway, you need to move this thread somewhere cause this section should be to discuss about Bitcoin only.
546  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bituary.com a legit exchange? on: December 14, 2019, 07:48:34 PM
Hi all,

Off late, I have seen a good amount of arbitrage opportunities on ibituary.com and would like to know if this is a legit exchange at all. Has anyone traded here? Any experiences then kindly share...Thanks

Would be better to move this thread to Exchange section since this thread is more related to exchange than to Bitcoin itself.
547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Keybase account enrolled in XLM airdrop - $20 on: December 13, 2019, 04:17:35 PM
The airdrop has already been stopped with the final payout being this month.  Even key base acknowledged the fact that the payout will be less with the stress kg sending becoming more.  It's unlikely your account will be worth as much as you claim eventually.
Haha. Yes, keybase has closed its XLM airdrop this month. And there will be no XLM payment for the following months. Sad enough to hear that Sad

I just heard that today.

It is because people cheated the airdrop, and is possible that OP is one of those cheaters.
548  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: please help me about bitcoin atm! SCAM or No on: December 13, 2019, 02:24:09 PM
LOL.

I would not use any centralized product to transfer Bitcoin (and other crypto currency) with that huge amount. Usually, they ask for more and more verification before you can send lot amount of crypto currency.

In your case, it doesn't make sense. It is either you are scammed by your friend or the ATM need more money.
549  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone else notice that when share market down, crypto price goes up? on: December 12, 2019, 05:00:33 PM
Lol I can guarantee that that's definitely not the case for the majority. Let's first take note that not every single person that's in the stock markets aren't there to trade. An investor who's asset's went down in value would definitely not move to bitcoin. If anything, the right move(and I assume what a good number of them would do) is to buy the dips on certain stocks that they're bullish on in the long-term.

When majority investors in fear, wouldn't they sell off their assets first before buying the dips? Isn't it possible for them to take other investment options when they feel the fear will last long? hence bitcoin could be one of the option for them.

But if you are a type of person who won't take cut-loss then I would agree with you.
550  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone else notice that when share market down, crypto price goes up? on: December 12, 2019, 04:22:57 PM
I have been in the cryptocurrency market for almost two months, I observed that when the market fell, the percentage of BTC always increased. The current percentage of BTC has accounted for more than half of the market. What does this mean? Can anyone give me an explanation, and why is BTC? not another Coin? Because in my opinion, BTC is affected by market volatility more than the Altcoin!

That makes sense. When the stock market down, it means investors is losing their interest in stocks and possibly they will go the crypto market to take another investment opportunity.

Why BTC? cause probably it is the only proper crypto currency to invest in. Look, how important BTC to altcoin, obviously only Bitcoin has independent price among other crypto currencies.
551  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Speculation will drive the btc ride further as always on: December 12, 2019, 04:00:19 PM
Some says there is no use of btc and hence no demand of btc. So no one is buying.
Another type of people who wants to see btc sub 7k, so they can buy and make quick profit.
But data shows btc is being traded from localbitcoins and dark market widely. In the end, speculation and sentiment will drive the btc ride. On May 2020, btc may exceed 40k.or go sub 6k. Lets wait and ride the btc coaster.

So, you agree that currently Bitcoin has no real use (in wide area) and what causes the price movement is mostly just speculation?
552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Altcoins do it alone ? on: December 12, 2019, 01:12:38 PM
Let me give my opinion. It is very possible for altcoins to be independent (Bitcoin price won't always affect altcoin price) in one condition : having a real value and real use. So, when a coin is adopted widely and is trusted by people then the price might not be affected by Bitcoin anymore.

At this time, what makes altcoins very dependent to Bitcoin is because none actually trust those altcoins and that's the problem.
553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Chainlink (LINK) a good investment? on: December 11, 2019, 05:10:44 PM
The market situation doesn't look good at all! WOLONG, the market maker is shorting $LINK
I have seen an account on twitter which reminds me of Wolong, the old DOGE coin marketmakers from 2013/2014..

I see some tweets where he's SHORT on $LINK! This means only: expect a big correction downward! You are advised.

https://twitter.com/IWolong/status/1204779090395353088

So you came from twitter, created bitcointalk account just to bump this old thread (pretty inactive one) with the tweet from your own twitter account while pretending to be someone else?

Oh come on!
554  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Italy is now anti-cash and pro-Bitcoin? on: December 11, 2019, 04:14:55 PM
It's not like they would be anti-fiat, they're just anti-cash just like many countries in Europe. Slowly we need to eliminate the cash utilization which is an unnecessary spending. Why use cash when you can easily use electronic payments? Of course that using cash you can make transactions "off-the-grid" sort to say, but if you are a person with high ethics the only thing that wouldn't keep you away from using cash is the possible tracking that banks or people following our accounts' transactions might operate. That is ilegal, but still are you willing to trust the banks on this? That's why I think Bitcoin will totally transform the society as we know it.

Good point! Anti-cash should be common thing in the next few years. Now is electronic era, and it is much more efficient than cash system. But still could be a long way for Bitcoin adoption cause electronic payment system has a very wide definition. The govt could be a sign to start adopting cryptocurrency or either just to use centralized electronic payment system.
555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of bounty campaign. on: December 11, 2019, 01:54:09 PM
hype does sometimes make a project profitable or detrimental, depending on how you react. if you can understand that the project is hype then you need to stay away or take place on the condition that you can control your funds but if not better to keep it away

Right, people should stay away from hype as it has no real value. But, in the context of profitable bounty campaign, your statement is not relevant.

As per what OP is talking about, hype could be the only one that able to give profits for bounty hunters not matter what their rank is.
556  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Italy is now anti-cash and pro-Bitcoin? on: December 11, 2019, 12:31:37 PM
Just because Italy is now anti-cash doesn't mean they are pro-Bitcoin.

Just because China accelerates blockhain development doesn't mean they are pro-Bitcoin.

Things aren't that simple, but I agree that this is one step closer to Bitcoin to get adopted there.
557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of bounty campaign. on: December 10, 2019, 05:20:39 PM
I think the next wave of good bounty campaigns will come when security tokens are already allowed and regulated by most major crypto countries. The time of the ICO is over because it is such a gray area for funding to begin with.

STOs will be just as failed as most ICO projects.

I will say what could make you "rich" from the bounty campaign would be only HYPE. Neither ICO and STO won't be enough to make campaigns profitable for you if there is no hype in it.
558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: tomo coin will it hit 7000s ? on: December 10, 2019, 04:58:29 PM
Tomo is a good project it can even reached 10,000 satoshi by this year. Im saying this because im also a holder of tomo for y months.

It was 16K sats and now is 4K sats.

What is your current position? like your loss in %

I don't recommend to hold this altcoin for too long. In the current Bitcoin condition, it will be very hard to reach 10K sats back, but it is very possible to be around 6k when pumping and if lucky it could only reach 8k sats in my opinion.
559  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypt is now legal in Ukraine on: December 10, 2019, 04:08:44 PM
So, guys, I think it's a small but a win. A win of our crypto community! I hope there will be more such examples of accepting crypto in 2020. We will start with small countries and then go to global powers. What do you think?

There's the news https://bitcoinist.com/crypto-payments-now-legal-in-ukraine/

Not a big news, nor interesting one cause every govt should hear what their people want and to be like this country so it should be a normal thing.

On the other side, the govt might want to ease the control of crypto utilization since their people don't need to do transactions silently anymore.

560  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My dream for bitcoin on: December 10, 2019, 11:20:00 AM
So, most of you are dreaming that Bitcoin should have a very high price and don't care about the technology behind it?
i have not read anything against technology mate?would you mind pointing one?as what i have read they are looking for a pump and this is normal for a Bitcoin Holders.
Just remember that without huge adoption, Bitcoin won't be as high as your dream.
adoption is what all been waiting, and as you can see that is also the reason why many are keeping hold ,but this is not every individuals decision this is by the world.

I believe I didn't say anyone against the technology, did you really understand what I am talking about? I said that people DON'T CARE about the technology and simply looking for profit. In fact, the technology behind Bitcoin is what have brought Bitcoin to this day and have given you dream to get easy money and dream to become rich individuals.

But if you just waiting your dream to come true, then it is bullshit. You are dreaming to become rich but all you do is eat, and do nothing to make it real. What's wrong with people!
