222  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MORE THAN 3 YEARS! peak-to-peak on: February 04, 2018, 03:52:04 PM
Last time, BTC price took more than 3 years to return to its peak.  How many years will it take, if ever, for BTC to return to $20,000?

This time will be different, maybe it takes a months or years but i think it will not takes another more than 3 years. Before the end of the year 2018 will gonna see another run of bitcoin value. As bitcoin is getting more popular because of the technology, there is no impossible Smiley
223  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: February 03, 2018, 07:06:20 PM
Hello every body.I am a Newbie. I joined Crytopia about two months ago. I hold CMT and TRX in the Binance and now i want to trade with some coin about: ADA,ETC,... Please help me give some idea i should trade or not? Thank lots of for all.  Tongue Tongue Tongue

You better explore it by your own, do not let others decide if what will you trade or if you should trade it now. We also started as a newbie but if you will just keep on reading and learning to have knowledge about trading, you will somehow familiarize the flow of trading and become expert someday.
224  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 5% each day trading Ethereum on: February 01, 2018, 06:17:09 AM
Hi Guys,

When daytrading Ethereum, do you think a profit of 5% will be possible?

What's the maximum percencentage per day in terms of profit?
More than 5%?

Love to see your opinions.
Cheers

 5 % gain for every trade would be good enough for a day trading. It takes a lot of time since you need to focus and check the value of the coin from time to time. But there is no guaranteed that it would be an always gain because day trading is more risky than the long term
225  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will 2018 be better than 2017 for bitcoin on: January 31, 2018, 03:31:08 PM
as bitcoin is getting famous as years goes by, also more people are growing against bitcoin and plus the problem is also growing. This year 2018 will be another big challenge for bitcoin if he can still reign as no. 1 crypto currency in the market. Im still optimistic that bitcoin now will be better than 2017
226  Economy / Speculation / Re: Historic BITCOIN crash on: January 31, 2018, 05:30:04 AM
let me remind you of this, that this is not the first time bitcoin has crashed very significantly and is not the worst of it all. (correct me if i'm wrong) Based on bitcoin history, crashes occur on:

2011 jun- Nov: -97%---> From $ 32 to $ 2
2012 jan - Aug: -36%---> From from $ 7 to $ 4
2013 Mar 6 -11: -25%---> From $ 49 to $ 36
2013 Apr 10: -79%---> From $ 266 to $ 54
2014 Feb 24: -49%---> From $ 867 to $ 439
2017 jun 11-16: -36%---> From $ 3,000 to $ 1.869
2017 Sept 2-15: -40%---> From $ 5,000 to $ 2,972
2018 Jan 17: -48%---> From $ 19,783 to $ 9,496

If viewed from history, crashes often happen every year since 2011 and proved that this year is not the worst year of the year - the year before. What do you think, whether this crash will continue or not?

Yes it happen every year for the bitcoin price. Thanks for the good information you provide. But theres no need to panic if still the value will go down as long as at the end of the year will be an increase. It will bounce back by june to december so hurry up and buy more bitcoin while still on dump
227  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: MERIT POINTS on: January 30, 2018, 05:41:56 AM

Anyway this is a forum, need ng maayos na conversation for every thread topic.

229  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Miss Bitcoin on: January 29, 2018, 10:25:28 AM
What happens if someone loses their bitcoin? Let's imagine that I buy 10,000,000 bitcoin for example. Does the system need to re-create those money?

No, that missing bitcoin will be lost forever, there is no chance to retrieve it unless the owner of that coin will remember the private key of that wallet. So its better to forget your girlfriend than forgetting your bitcoin wallet that contains 10000000 btc lol. Say bye bye to those coins.
230  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Does 186 million total token supply easy to pump to 2$ each ? on: January 29, 2018, 06:11:40 AM
Yes naman its possible na 2$ or more pa.

Yan ata yung ginawa nilang solusyon dun sa patuloy na pag sspam ng ibang member for the benefit of campaign.
232  Other / Off-topic / Re: Money for school fees. Invested in bitcoin. on: January 28, 2018, 04:22:12 PM
Hi there! I just need your advice. I invested the money instead of paying my school fees. Yeah, i know this is wrong because education is more important to us and it can't be stealed from us, i'm still studying but my fees will be doubled on the next payment. But i believe this will end a good result. What do you think about this ? Your advice will be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Its a big no, you just risk your tuition in exchange for bitcoin investment. Dude there are so many ways to get bitcoin for free. I know you want to earn money in bitcoin but your move is not good. After your tuition is your parents money i guess so please stop doing it again next time.
233  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Happy 9th Birthday Bitcoin on: January 28, 2018, 02:27:04 PM

Friends, just remember today is the 9th Birthday of Bitcoin.

Please take out time from your busy trading, buying, selling bitcoin.

Just for a moment remember that great inventor.

It is today in 3rd Jan, 2009 satoshi mined the genesis block.

He wrote his legendary quote: ‘The Times 03/Jan/2009 Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks’.

Thank you satoshi for Bitcoin.

God bless you wherever u r.

wow! amazing! happy 9th year to our king bitcoin and it still going stronger and stronger as time passes by. I would like to thank the genius behind it, satoshi nakamoto the creator of bitcoin. Long live to the crypto world and many years and decades to come
234  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Merit Explained in Tagalog-English on: January 27, 2018, 05:03:56 PM
ayos! thank you sa info! Hindi pabor sakin to kasi mag rarank up na sana ko to sr. member next cut off kaso wala eh Sad . Sana hindi ma abuse tong merit system para mas maging maganda pa tong forum. I don't know what is the real idea behind this merit system.
235  Local / Pamilihan / Re: BLOCKFOLIO on: January 27, 2018, 05:57:27 AM

This is mainly commonly use by a trader.
236  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Merit and New rank system in Bitcointalk on: January 26, 2018, 06:07:25 AM
Malapit na dapat ako mag sr. member, next cut off na sana kaso dahil dito sa new implemented na rules para mag rank up mukang mtatagalan pa ko. Sana maging positive yung ginawa nila na to. Para din naman to sa forum, sa ikagaganda ng forum, i always support the moderators.
237  Local / Pamilihan / Re: May establishments ba na nag aaccept ng bitcoin as payment? on: January 24, 2018, 05:39:24 PM
Huh

Meron akong nabasa recently about sa resto bar accepting crypto as payment, yung kay paolo bediones "punta mandala" https://bitpinas.com/shop/punta-mandala-mandaluyong-accepts-btc/ . Aside from that yung sa davao din ata na tindahan ng mga customize na shirt tapos accepting bitcoin as payment.
238  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 Bitcoin = $100. Best buy on: January 24, 2018, 02:20:04 AM
In 2009, 1 bitcoin was $1  Grin

Buy Bitcoin only when it comes down to $100 and wait and see if it survives the law.  Huh

When Silver is $18/ounce, Bitcoin is killing itself with a price of more than $100

Maybe you are already dead waiting for bitcoin to go back to 100$ per btc. Bitcoin value will dump its price but i think not as low as 100$ each. It only means near end of crypto if that will happen, i hope not!
239  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How are you tracking your portfolio? on: January 23, 2018, 03:54:43 PM
For tracking the estimated value of my coins i'm using blockfolio application in my android phone and for tracking the most pump and dump coins within the day i'm using coinmarketcap app. When i am using my laptop, i usually use cryptocompare.com for tracking some altcoins.
240  Other / Archival / Re: I could be millonaire now (BUT NOT) on: January 23, 2018, 10:27:48 AM
I bought lots of bitcoins when BTC was at 2K$/BTC...
If I didn't spend most of them I could now be RICH! (or even millonaire)

Don't act like me and try to keep the invests as long as possible, I could have earned LOTS of $ but I earned about 500$ instead.
I can't be angry with myself as I didn't lose anything, but I didn't earn as much as I could have earned.

What are your stories about BTC? What do you think about mine?

Have a nice day

I had a story of big regret in my crypto currency life. Like when the time that bitcoin was only cost 500$ per btc, i always hesitate to buy. I'm only contented with the free bitcoin that i get. I also sell some of my bitcoin at around 800$ to 1500$ value. If i will calculate i think it was around 2 to 3 btc all in all.
