One week ago, we made history at Crypto Expo Europe 2024 in Bucharest with the launch of the world's first global NFT marketplace for real-world solar panels. After successfully launching our NFT marketplace, our co-founder, Gregor Novak, also shared his insights at the roundtable on 'Blockchain Technology in the Renewable Energy Sector,' hosted by Tadej Slapnik from the World Metaverse Council, during Crypto Expo Europe 2024 in Bucharest.
"By harnessing the power of the sun, we significantly reduce the need for fossil fuel-generated energy, aiding both ourselves and the environment," he stated.
Sonia Dunlop, CEO of the Global Solar Council, predicts the sun, as the fastest-growing energy source, will continue to dominate our energy future.
Miroslav Polzer, Strategic Director of the Climate Chain Coalition, highlights the urgent challenge of climate change, noting that despite numerous agreements on green transitions and reducing pollution and carbon footprint, we are still falling short of our commitments.
We are happy to see that, since we opened our marketplace to the public, our NFTs have been going like hot cakes.
