Everything you said there cant happen overnight. If USA would decide to ban Bitcoin they would have to state that publicly a few months ahead and only after that they will work on the required measures in order to ban it. Because they can't just create a law overnight stating no one is free to use their Bitcoin anymore and ban all exchanges available. So the best option for the countries is to make it legal and try to integrate it with the financial system of the country. There are events like halving in the future which could affect its value but we couldn't speculate the exact price of it in the future.
