It's no..you don't have to sell your alts just hold it then save some Bitcoin and wait for the price to rise alts and bitcoin is beautiful to hold on don't panic it will be alright sell your alts with a higher price not now all coins is down.
Altcoin which you find worthy should be kept for the long term as they have a huge potential to give you the good return in future provided the market is good. But those coins which you find is just for short term or could be a scam coin etc should be sold out immediately. to sort out what is feasible and what isn't very difficult, unless we hold safe coins like ethereum and bitcoin. both deserve to be held for a long time. and i suggest to remain confident so as not to panic sell |

but cryptocurrent can be use for transaction. cryptocurrent need fiat to be their price's reference, it make 'how much you need to pay' for some stuff that you take.
but, if some country make cryptocurrent for theirself, than decide the value like their fiat it is possible. but it just allow in their country, if they want to make transaction across the world, they need to adjust with dollar or the other currency.
i think for now bitcoin is only an additional facility for transactions. fiat currency cannot be replaced. besides that it takes a long journey to be accepted by all countries |

I don't think selling ALL you alts in any season is a good idea, because the market is highly volatile and unpredictable. Benar kak masuk market besar belum bisa menjamin harga tokennya bagus atau naik.
