I think it is quite clear that WeExchange has suffered from multiple issues as Ukyo also said. At least the bitcoind issue and some legal issue, which probably started around the 20th of November.
Are you really that naiv to still believe that there was an issue with bitcoind? The main problem of WeExchange was and is that its run by Ukyo.

Why is a claim portal for the AM shares necessary in the first place. Every other stock was able to use the share list. Or is it due to running a fractional reserve?

This chat was just a worthless waste of time. Why did you bother us with this VanIdiot bs? I didn't know that this forum allows silently deleting of posts. Now my post misses context. But nevermind.
You should always quote

I also have a "zero balance" now Only got 6% out... Ukyo did not address this problem in a timely manner, so my temporarly positive feedbak will now become negative again... Why did you change it in the first place?

... This is my prediction: Within the next week, you and others will receive a small fraction of the money that has been taken from you. This will create enough "good will" to quiet the detractors, generate fresh hope and buy more time. Given a choice between hope and nothing, 9 out of 10 people chose hope.
Especially if we take into consideration that the "technical issues" BS was a bold lie, I really don't understand what's going on right now.

That still won't make up for the missed dividends of the past 2 months.
The longer this gets ignored, the more I suspect foul play. Unfortunately Burnside has not yet posted any deposit adresses of COGNITIVE.

6%? Is this a joke? It gets even better: Secondly, Identification documents: For legal reasons, and as much as we would like, we can not just purge the data. There are many many factors behind this. The data is kept off-system. This data (and any other data) has not been compromised. You have absolutely no reason to keep our documents. Who's working on a lawsuit? Count me in, this is ridiculous.

Yes, it is your site. You're really not fooling anyone pretending that MPOE-PR and Popescu are different people.
It's quite established. People have met me. Your fantasies about it being someone else's fault that you're being idiotic are just that, fantasies. The sooner you come to terms with this, the sooner you can escape the idiot camp. Oh, yeah? Well it's pretty surprising that Popescu never shows his face around here and you simply do all the hocking of his site around here. Go ahead and post a picture of you and him together, then. A shitty photoshop of you two on the camel together would be great. Our "esteemed leader" does not go down to talk to the plebs. But +1 for that photoshop if someone has the skills.

Just over 5 hours left before the end of this pay period. Invest before midnight and share in this weeks bonus profits. If not, see you next pay period. Will you count down the last hour minute by minute?

This is either an obvious scam or you should really rethink your PR

As was announced earlier, most of the coins that were stored in WeExchange.co are now gone. We are still limited in what we can share about how that happened, and what is being done about it, but we do have some updates.
There are still approximately 386btc available in the wallets. These coins will be paid proportionally to all owed users, based on current user balances, by Monday night.
It concerns me that they don't talk about the total btc count. They would do that if a sufficient amount of btc would still be available. Also I'd like to know what the chances are for restoring the coins.

Reading through that thread I saw my coins fading away. I knew that Ukyo was highly incompetent, but especially his comments on this thread reveal a whole new level.

(10:39:51) Ukyo: Evolyn_: As Danny said, the bitcoins WeExchange was holding are no longer available. I can not do anything to change that. So I am making up for it. Oh the frustration.. So he just didn't have the balls to tell us that a month ago.

I do not have the addresses connected to the BTC-TC Cognitive account, and cannot get to them because we all can't log into BTC-TC any more.
It should be no problem contacting Burnside to figure out which adresses were connected to the Cognitive account, in case you really have no adress on file.
Please send Burnside an email yourself, using this post as my authorization for him to release it to you. This way I cannot lie and give you a different address. I contacted him. Thanks.

2) While the Martingale system is a for sure loser on paper things get much more cloudy when you allow 1 satoshi bets and virtually no maximums. There's no way you haven't looked into this and I'm sure the conclusion is "but they'll be winning dust" which may be true but the right person could put a real hurt on a casino with this kind of spread and such favorable odds even if it were 25 cents at a time.
1 satoshi != 25 cents. If you run a martingale with a reasonable amount to start with, you'll hit max bet pretty fast.

No need for panic, we have been mining with other pools since before the closure. I have always had backup pools set to automatically switch over if our current ones shut down. I will be finalizing the pool migration tonight so we will have a totally transparent operation with all addresses exposed.
Why aren't you posting the old adresses? Do you really want us to believe that you don't have them? It should be no problem contacting Burnside to figure out which adresses were connected to the Cognitive account, in case you really have no adress on file.

There is a tiny amount of BTC in the wallets, however by this Friday there will be access to these coins, distributed on a proportional basis. So you mean my bitcoins (about $50 worth) which i deposited 2 weeks ago, and are still clearly there, will not be returned to me, but instead be "distributed" to other people? That's the idea behind a Ponzi Scheme.
