221  Economy / Securities / Re: [Bitfunder]&[WeExchange] WARNING! The Fall of Ukyo! on: November 07, 2013, 10:09:34 PM
Unfortunately any of us with the withdrawal issue need to report a ticket to get a manual withdrawal.

Wow, thats stupid.

2013-10-26 07:56:34   Withdraw   1.50017354 BTC      Processing
Well, my ticket was resolved and this withdrawal (and two others) were successfully performed today Smiley

This was a cancel and additional withdraw attempt when things were mostly working.

If you want your funds simply canceled for another withdraw attempt feel free to pm me the ticket id.

Manual withdraws started on the 6th.
And I hope for manual withdrawals you're just looking at failed withdrawals (by order) or do I actually have to create a ticket for that?
223  Economy / Securities / Re: [Bitfunder]&[WeExchange] WARNING! The Fall of Ukyo! on: November 07, 2013, 07:57:56 PM
The bitcoiners, it sounds like Ukyo is not doing the transactions in order.  He is helping people with transactions from 10-28 and not me from 10-19.  Wtf!!???

He is -definitely- doing them in order.
That's quite a bold lie or you have absolutely no clue and should stop posting such nonsense.

224  Other / Archival / Re: This section is a mess.. Why did BitFunder Go Belly up? Why did all the Stocks on: November 07, 2013, 06:18:14 PM
Are mods auto-denying reports? I reported this thread because he's clearly advertising a bot that doesn't even trade stocks but just currency and it gets denied? So basicly I can post anything anywhere?
225  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] - ADDICTION - KNCMiner - Now hashing at 14+TH! on: November 07, 2013, 01:19:36 PM
Taking offers for 3409 direct shares , equal to about 136GH/s

Best offer for these shares?

Considering that we all know that bitfunders price is artificially low, due to circumstances beyond anyone's control I would like to start the bidding at 10 BTC.
For BTC10 I'd offer you 3,537 shares.
For 5 Btc I d offer you 1,800 shares.

I will do 1800 shares at 6BTC
Are you drunk? First of all, its not clear if youre buying or selling. And either you want more for your shares than previous posts or youre bidding more than your first bid. It just doesnt make sence.

Ukyo, if you're unable to verify your users due to too high demand then drop the requirement until BitFunder closes. This is ridiculous!
228  Economy / Securities / Re: [Bitfunder]&[WeExchange] WARNING! The Fall of Ukyo! on: November 06, 2013, 10:45:58 AM
I am here. I am not going anywhere.
WeExchange has big news coming very soon. I can not afford for this to continue this way.
I feel very embarrassed and ashamed at this point that I chose to rely on bitcoind and have caused so many problems with it at the worst possible time.
If you think WeExchange will be used once BitFunder is down, you're deadly wrong.
229  Economy / Securities / Re: Don't be the bag-holder! Sell me your ActiveMining shares! on: November 06, 2013, 08:39:05 AM
I'll give you 1.1 BTC / 15.000 shares

Just to clarify, you are offering 15 thousand shares for 1.1 Bitcoin?
I am offering 1.1 BTC for 15k shares. Why in the world would I sell 15k shares for 1.1 BTC?

231  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] - KENILWORTH - Real World Mining Opportunity with Bitcoins on: November 05, 2013, 01:54:52 PM
now that bitfunder is closing, where can we move our shares?
I would like havelock, but direct shares would work out ok too i suppose.
please address this issue Prendergrast123!
Since they handled the transition from BTCT to BitFunder quite professionally, I don't see a problem moving to Havelock.
232  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] G.ASICMINER-PT on: November 05, 2013, 01:52:11 PM
Announcing G.ASICMINER, AM100, and TAT.ASICMINER temporary conversion services:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=99497.msg3452278#msg3452278

So it costs roughly 5% of the share value to transfer G.ASICMINER shares to AM1? Isn't that quite tremendous?

Especially considering that the process will take 1-14 days and you'll likely loose your dividend during that time?
233  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Asset Exchange Marketplace + Rewritable Options Trading on: November 05, 2013, 10:47:19 AM
Ok I'm throwing my prediction in the ring.

I suspect WeEx is becoming a KYC provider for bitcoin businesses.... it would make so much sense... Get loads of people verified before shutting down bitfunder, now weex will become "the focus" however we can't see anything unique being offered by weex... It would be a smart positioning...
Compared to other exchanges WeExchange is a piece of garbage. Its sole purpose is the use with BitFunder. If with user verification it adds no benefit whatsoever.
234  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] - ADDICTION - KNCMiner - Now hashing at 14+TH! on: November 04, 2013, 11:57:44 PM
Can we move the shares to **any** exchange?

until an exchange exists that is safe in the US, it's probably better to set up a ADDICTION specific site.

The bitfunder experience showed that even running a non-US exchange is not worth it.

some options:
1) bitcointalk thread for trading, tryion blastbob charge commission on sales for their time spent authorizing and tracking (labrat mining's system)
2) automated trustless system (nastyfan's system)
3) passthroughs: some investor buys a lot of shares, sets up their own exchange as a passthrough, charges commission or fee and sets up their own site.
That's a horrible idea and does not solve the initial problem. A dedicated exchange has the ability to solve legal problems (like Havelook is doing right now) while having an exchange for each stock only shifts the legal problems.
Also if you're holding multiple different shares it becomes highly inconvenient managing them with separate exchanges.
235  Economy / Securities / Re: [Bitfunder]&[WeExchange] WARNING! The Fall of Ukyo! on: November 04, 2013, 11:50:04 PM
yes, today would be VERY nice...

If it is faster, until the withdrawals are not properly fixed, can you unlock the "processing" stucked bitcoins and return them in the bitfunder account?

Wouldnt matter anymore since you cant buy shares with it or am i wrong? And the bitcoins remain in weexchange anyway even when they are in bitfunder. thats the design.

Until november 14th verified users are able to buy or sell shares

Oh, somehow i got the impression it stopped instantly. Good when its otherwise.
He should lift that verified bullshit. It's quite ridiculous that only selected people are able to trade right now while others have to watch their coins go down the tubes.
236  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Asset Exchange Marketplace + Rewritable Options Trading on: November 04, 2013, 11:32:40 PM
Good riddance.  Terrible exchange with terrible practices (I'm referring to WeExchange, I know, not the same entity, but BF supported them nonetheless).

Bitcoin needs new players in the exchange field.
Both were/are run by Ukyo

What is going to happen to the asicminer-PT? will you still continue to pay out dividends or will we be converted to direct shares?

IRC earlier today:

Quote
Ukto: I talked to DT. he will be sending the list of G.asicminer shares and public btc addy's to FC
[9:37pm] ThickAsThieves: I thought you handled it?
[9:37pm] ThickAsThieves: why DT?
[9:38pm] Ukto: i fixed the asset and straighend out the share count.
[9:38pm] Ukto: he has agreed to handle the wrap up
[9:38pm] ThickAsThieves: i see
Is there any timeframe for that?

There's still the transfer option from TAT, or is it void now?
238  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Asset Exchange Marketplace + Rewritable Options Trading on: November 03, 2013, 07:18:57 PM
Apart from my issues with WeExchange verification and that I'm unable to trade due to Ukyos incompetence, I had no problems withdrawing BTCs yesterday.

He even added network fees to the transaction (finally)

Now that is good news. You're the first person who has said that recently. Can we ask how much you withdrew approximately and at what time. I'm wondering of the server gets reset at a certain time of the day.

My 20 BTC stuck in processing was unlocked earlier but I am still unable to withdraw.

Ukyo is probably pulling his hair out but customers are customers and service is service... I think if communication was much improved and daily it would help a great deal.

Just wondering if there are plans to move to Havelock?
