121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Im planning to invest in Ethereum. Is this a good plan? on: August 19, 2020, 10:15:17 AM
investing in ethereum can never go wrong, because ethereum is currently one of the best and most popular tokens. ethereum loss risk is also low. So I think there is no mistake to choose Ethereum as a place to invest

The bigger they are the harder they fall (if they fall I might add). Guess investing in Ethereum is allright, but it won't make you rich, if that is what you are looking for. If you are looking for a ten bagger or a hundred bagger, I suggest you look elsewhere. I would advice you to look for new tech coins.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Im planning to invest in Ethereum. Is this a good plan? on: August 15, 2020, 10:10:52 PM
Ethereum is on its rise after a long. It has also marked its all time high value in the last two years. Beginning of the year is a good time for investing into ethereum. Right now the price has increased a lot, and it is predicted to grow high over the next few months time as there is regular growth taking place with bitcoin. Even now it is good to invest, but the fluctuation would lead to panic selling which needs to be avoided to profit.

Investing is one thing that does not require much work, just buy and hold, not much fun in that really. Another alternative is to use the same money to be an active trader and speculate more on a day to day basis. Skilled traders make more money than the people that just buy and hold.

  same at  https://altmarkets.io/trading/wllobtc and https://satoexchange.com/market/WLLO/BTC/ !!??

dev already changes the swapdate 3 times.. from what i have read on their discord  general disccussion!  are they looking for for a exit scam or  they intentionally delaying the swap date? whatever the reason is .. !  just  becarefull with this coin in the future. still a decent coin.

When i started this project was ok , now look like almost  turn to be a scam , carefull about the willows wallet wich got several bug inside, don't waste your money

No, this "project" was a screaming scam from the first moment I laid eyes on it. My thoughts on this was that it was set up as a scam with very little work put into it trying to scam newb investors from their hard earned funds. Once you have been around for a while you can spot these a mile away.

The number 2 coin in market cap is unlikely to moon if that is what you are looking for. It's a safe bet if you would not like to see your investment tank 99 per cent in the next year or so. Have fun with your plan  Smiley

This is some sort of joke right. LOL 750%. Why not make it 7500% for good measure. Oh yeah and listed on the worst shittiest exchanges you can imagine. Wow, this has got to be a winner. Laugh my ass off...

Feel so sorry for the people they try to scam with this blatant gargabe, don't get stuck holding the bag here.

STAY AWAY (my free advice)  Cheesy Cheesy Grin

If anyone is stupid enough to lose money on this scam, they surely deserve it. Don't be a dumbass, don't buy this utter shitcoin.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Bitvaluta] [BTV] PoW/PoS | Scrypt on: March 18, 2020, 09:17:54 AM
There is a way Bitvaluta can get listed on Graviex exchange in a hurry.

We can either buy votes to get listed (buy GIO coins) and send it to this GIO address at Graviex 2MmD7L2UdFBE1wXw2rDNhi8XQXU2de2vYCc (will add more votes to get BTV listed).

Or we can mine and direct the mined coins to this address at Graviex 2MmD7L2UdFBE1wXw2rDNhi8XQXU2de2vYCc (will add more votes to get BTV listed).

GIO is a Scrypt coin (just like BTV).

Here is a list of GIO pools;
https://poolexplorer.com/coin/3314

Here are the amount of votes for BTV so far;
https://graviex.net/listing_registers

If enough people pitch in and mine some GIO now and then, BTV can get listed on Graviex and we will all benefit.
EVERY 24 HOURS CAN BE RECEIVED -GIO CRANE   https://prnt.sc/rhxaew
https://graviex.net/faucets/list

Thats right, only need to register to claim GIO from the faucets.

BTV now on 10th place on the Graviex listing vote. Up one place from 11th.

Added Idena (DNA) to the poll. Very interesting and groundbreaking project.

Need an invite to mine, hard to get.

I wanna buy btv, hoping for an exchange in the near future. Great community, great project and great devs.
Yes it would be good to have some point to trade the coin so we can start setting a price and buy some more.

Mining would also increase as miners could se mining profits.

@Mindin. Mimblewimblecoin hehehe?

I predict that 2020 and 2021 will be the hype of Mimblewimble privacy technology hehehe. Litecoin have begun adopting it. The next adopters might be the other old altcoins similar to dogecoin. The last would be the scamcoins hehehehe.

With a provable supply cap of 20,000,000, MWC is a scarce pure proof of work Mimblewimble based coin that enables greater network scalability, privacy and fungibility than legacy blockchain protocols. All transactions on the base layer use Greg Maxwell's Coin Join with his Confidential Transactions and signature aggregation. MWC is the technologically superior ghost money.

https://www.mwc.mw/

Surely mimblewimble is where all the gpu miners would move to as the Ethereum switches to POS. Currently large majority of GPU miners are mining Ethereum and they need better options to switch to. But this would also create a large surge in hashrates for every GPU centric coins making mining further unprofitable.

Would depend on the electricity cost localy. If the profitability takes a hit, a lot of those gpu's may become unprofitable and offline.

Should we expect a flood of amd gpu's on ebay when ETH goes POS?

Presently the best POW I am more into is Veil Privacy coin, I won't say much about it as it's just a privacy coin with better features when comparing with Monero and others

I took part in the Veil bounty campaign. Sold the tokens as their future prospects took a turn for the worse. I see on coinmarketcap i didn't lose out on anything.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Ways to earn crypto without investing or mining on: February 29, 2020, 09:11:14 AM
bounty and airdrop campaign is the most common way for everyone to get tokens for free and this is mostly done by everyone, I am also one of them Grin btw articles like this I've often met
You invest your time to earn for free tokens am i right? not like you have been receiving without work, bounty is known way to make it. But blog posting in those platform than earn some tokens which worth, BAT and Steem both you able to trade in exchange. Airdrop and bounties most of tokens almost no values.

Freebies never hurt nobody, i'll take the ones i can if they are worth my time.

Great. So, if you all recommend signature bounties, do you know of any new good ones or upcoming ones?
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Vega cards (56 and 64) crash in value when Monero goes RandomX?? on: November 04, 2019, 07:43:34 PM
What do you guys think?

I heard a lot of miners bought these cards to mine Monero and the hashrates will be cut a lot (to be more cpu friendly) when it changes to RandomX.

Will the Vega cards be dumped at cheap cheap, or will the Monero miners simply change to a different coin?

Ooo good question, i haven't thought about it yet, as i don't own a bunch of Vegas personally, it could tho, the market for those cards is almost solely dependent on XMR mining : /
I feel for those boys, but i think they should be ROI by now, so just look forward to RandomX, its bringing back CPU mining man! Smiley
Theres other algos these coins are dece on i think anyways? lyrarev3,MTP maybe?

Yeah, it's back to the future for sure, going full circle. Would be fun if the same thing would happen to some of the other of the large cap minable coins.

What do you mean by the hashrate will be cut alot? if you are not getting better hashrate when mining monero then change your miner to other mining software, rx vega 56 and 64 are very good for any crytonite algo based coins not just monero alone

They are going to change the algo to RandomX, and whatever hashrate you have at the moment will be reduced by a lot to make Monero mining more cpu friendly.

The more exchanges the better. Maybe this will be getting a huge foothold in Asia. Things are really looking up.
