I think it's pretty typical to have same ideas nowadays. There are a lot of ICO that is going around competing with each other but that doesn't mean they copied each other or some are fakes. Besides, investing with this fork through an exchange that supports it won't make you have any loss in the end.

If Btc will be banned one day, it's still not a big issue, there is litecoin, ethereum etc... like if people don't have a personal choise or taste for coins.
well ı think if btc get banned so they are going to ban every other cryptourrency also. It makes no sense that they just ban bitcoin but people can still trade with Ethereum, Litecoin etc... You have a point, maybe some countries will plan to ban cryptos but I think they will not succeed with this plan.
