1  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How does signature Campaign Sponsors make their money on: December 10, 2023, 08:58:38 PM
Often times I keep wondering how signature campaigns sponsors get their funds considering the huge amount of money they pay campaign members of their various Signatures and Avatars because some of the Signature Sponsors Refills their Escrow Funds on a weekly or monthly basis.

I want to know how advertising their Avatars and Signatures provides funds for the sponsors or is it that they just actually want their Signatures or their Avatars to be advertised to the public?

Signature campaign allocation is not as nice as it was before than now, you and I know Bitcointalk is a large community in the crypto space and everything about Bitcoin started from here the owner (founder) of Bitcoin owns this forum with Theymos so with the campaign being brought up here investors will get to know how powerful the project is likely to be and so as the BM handling it, so this entice them to venture into the projects.
2  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Whas this a smart move or stupid move? on: December 10, 2023, 07:11:44 PM
Question to more experienced trades here. I been holding some Bonk for a while and last 24hours it's on a real down fall, so some hours ago I swapped all my Bonk to USDC to save me from more loss and if I am lucky I can buy back Bonk later and even coming out with more Bonk from this situation. Was this a smart or stupid move? I am not sure but I just followed my intuition (The swap fee was under 1%).

At least you have book some Bank there O.P so to me it's same move I will make I can't hold trade for ages and waiting for more miracle to happen. The Market is always there and open.
3  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is hard!!! on: December 10, 2023, 04:13:02 AM
It's funny how people see trading as a Ponzi or get rich scheme. They end up losing there hard earned money in the chase for more money.
It's also so funny how some wants to learn a life changing skill in two weeks or a month, meanwhile they spend 4-5 years studying an obsolete course.
Trading like any profitable venture takes time, perseverance and consistently developing and sharpening your skill to be profitable.
In trading you'll fail a thousand times but it's your ability to pick yourself that differentiate you from the lot. Pay for knowledge to shorten your learning time, else you'll learn and you'll learn the hard way.
Develop yourself, pay for knowledge, give time to your craft, pick yourself up any time you fail.
The sky will be your starting point 🕊️❤️

I guess you have really seen SHEGE BANZA in the trading space 🌌 yes it's hard you have to be disciplined like a child 🚸 going to school, and also put things in place like do your assignments, you know like waking up early and many more you have to put in place. So yeah I agree 💯👍 it's hard but when you looked back to where you are now you will be Thankful that you didn't give up.
4  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Fake money is in circulation, let's be guided. on: December 10, 2023, 04:03:48 AM

5  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Someone Deposited Money Into My Bitcoin Wallet. Can He Withdraw it? on: December 10, 2023, 03:59:35 AM
Someone owed me money and he wanted to pay me in Bitcoin.
So I gave him my Bitcoin wallet address and he transferred the funds.
It's now complete.
But can he now withdraw the money since he has my bitcoin wallet address?

Have not come across any news regarding someone taking another person's Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency with the public address. The only one I have came across or let's say I know very well is when you give our your private key, or let's say you mistakenly input your private key 🔐 some where for security purposes not knowing you are exposing it to Hackers. This is the only one I know that you money can be taken.
6  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Selfish Nigerians on: December 08, 2023, 10:47:53 PM
Even at this age people are still selfish and self-centered when it comes to sharing update that will help the next person, I have a friend who do genuine things and make genuine money  and he knows I am a student and I need something doing so as to get some of my basic needs as a student but he never tell me about it even when I keep going to see him often he never opened up anything to me,  though he gives me food and some other things  but that wasn't enough because the job he does is something I can do very well  and when I think about it I found out that he wants me to be coming to him for food, help etc I wonder what kind of friend will do that .
However,  I think he was scared that I will be making money like him or,  that I might even make more money than him that is why he decided to keep it as a secret but nothing is hidden under the earth but thank God I figured out what it is and he will be surprise how I knew it.

One thing you need know for this life be say my O.P most humans beings wey come this life so just born with the act of being selfish and also even some no born with am ehh them learn am from grass roots of people wey coach them up from small. It is WELL ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹.

10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dont use bright funded(in my opinion a scam ) on: December 06, 2023, 09:57:27 PM
I have tried bright funded and it was the worst experience I have ever had.

It is a standard propfirm that promises they have their own platform, but they are lying they used dx.trade to create it.

I mainly chose bright funded because of their platform, because I thought they could change and fix bugs in the platform quickly, but these bugs were not fixed, because they depend on another company.

Also, a few days ago I was uploading a review to trust pilot and magicamnete raised its number of reviews from 13 to 30 a considerable number and it is very rare that a company that has just started can have those reviews in a matter of minutes.

I think this topic needs to be more elaborated like have pictures of proof you know what I mean so everyone will get to see evidence. You are just saying out a name here we don't get to see anything regarding what you are saying... So please do well to elaborate this post.
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is not very easy; it took my friend a long time to understand. on: December 05, 2023, 08:53:17 PM
I have been watching my friend very closely; he was very impatient with trading. And this impermanence keeps him at a loss most of the time, which is really very frustrating and sad for him.
Because he spends his entire salary on trading, which over time earns him (supposedly 0.001) cents.
Not that he didn't know much about trading, but his elusiveness was the reason for his remoteness.

Seeing my friend's behavior like this used to make me feel a lot of fear and annoyance towards trading or cryptocurrency. My reluctance to trade developed even though I had not started trading then. Again, I had no idea about crypto world.

But I made this mistake after joining the community. There are frequent posts about trading on the "Trading Discussion" board in the forum, which is indeed very useful. From here, I can learn how to be patient while trading, control my greed, not spend all my money on trading or cryptocurrencies, and start trading with money that I can't afford to lose.

Although I still have a lot to know and learn, I tried to teach and explain to my friend what I learned from here on how to be patient while keeping your greed in check in the world of cryptocurrency. and how important it is to be patient on this platform. But he avoided these words of mine with much mockery and showed reluctance, which greatly insulted and pained me.

But a few days ago, he came to me on his own to learn about cryptocurrency and trading, which was a complete surprise for me.What's even more surprising is that he is now a registered member of the community. And l also read several posts on the forum saying that he is now much better than before, patiently trying to work on crypto, which I'm really glad to hear.

I don't wanna read the whole thing you Said here, rather I will just go with the topic, yes it's not easy and even when you felt you have arrived trust me you will still have more new things ahead of you to learn as in new things will keep coming in so the learning doesn't stop.
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading advice for newbies on: December 05, 2023, 08:51:07 PM
New users within the crypto space should understand that crypto trading is different from gambling where a mere prediction can yield result. As a newbie within the crypto space kindly check the following before you go into trading.

1. Learn about the volatile market
2. Learn how to analyze chart
3. Take your time to practice demo trading before going into real trading.
4. Do not be greedy, take profit when it’s best to do that, do not hope to get the whole world at a time.

You need to understand the learning process takes long, you have to be calm and follow through the process, if you’re too interested in the profit and not the skill or you don’t have time to do so, you can opt in for copy trading where you get to copy trade from elite traders and make profit, though copy trading is not available on all exchanges just few exchanges like Bitget has it.

Good luck newbies❤️

I didn't see patience in the list like for example when you take a trade and you trust your analysis or strategy and the market hasn't hit your stops yet and you pulled out, at the moment you pulled out the trade goes your way... And so when you see a trade you are sure of you start speculating without taking the trade still not cool so all this thing's Should be put in place. For a profitable journey.
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What has been your experience with prop firms? on: December 04, 2023, 06:25:13 PM
I've been with crypto fund trader for 6 months now and I can't complain, everything is fine.
But I see a lot of comments bad other companies and that's why I wanted to know your opinions.

In my thoughts I think we still have genuine prop firms out there but the bad eggs has ruined the good eggs, that's why this buddy said this

The cryptocurrency market is full of scammers, and it is difficult to find an honest company

And if you come to look at the internet now you will see thons of prop firm shading off the good ones you can't easily spot it. And if you do the URL will have some phishing links.

The cryptocurrency market is full of scammers, and it is difficult to find an honest company. Therefore, all prop firms are scams, and it is rare to find a reliable service, but most often they call them crypto signals, VIP signals, or any name to that effect, but they all agree that it is a service that provides you with paid predictions, which It is a scam due to the lack of regulations.

Go to this board ----> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=57.0 share your ideas and analysis, and listen to the analyzes of others. You will get better results, almost for free.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there a propfirm for cryptos? on: December 04, 2023, 06:16:58 PM
Is there a prop firm for crypto?
CFT offers the following benefits:
No time limit
Spreads from 0 pips
1:100 leverage
More than 100 cryptocurrency pairs, 100 indices, currencies, commodities and stocks.
You can choose to trade on MT5 or on the CFT platform, which has an amazing user interface

This would have been amazing if we should have such, even prop firm for synthetic indices but too bad such is not happening just for forex alone but some brokers depending on the prop firm the broker is with they do offer crypto trading.
15  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How many scams have you caught? on: December 04, 2023, 06:13:22 PM

Please share your experience with me so that I can be careful in the world of cryptocurrency.
Thanks.

I only do projects that comes from BOUNTYPORTAL, BOUNTY DETECTIVE, JCHAMPAIGNS, BRANBOSS, WAPINTER aside these ones I just mentioned every other projects or bounty campaigns that's not managed by these ones I mentioned I don't do them...
16  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Only Sell what you don't need. on: December 03, 2023, 08:20:03 PM
Have seen many posts in the forum posters sharing their excitement about how they sold their property's to buy bitcoin and that's what called for this thread. Some claim to have sold land/landed properties, cars and other equipments. Yeah' no body has a right to dictate for you on how or what to do with your property , it is yours anyways.

However, you need to apply wisdom when taking such steps of selling a property to invest in bitcoin, make sure the property you are selling off you don't need it (a property you can afford to lose) because there is a risk in bitcoin investment the embedded risk of volatility shouldn't be neglected.

Lastly, whatever property you have decided you must sell off,  you could always sell divide the money, use part of the money realized to invest in bitcoin stead of using all of it, and then using the other amount remaining to buy another of that property elsewhere for a lower rate.

Now this is what I mean: assuming you sold your piece of landform $20k, you use $10-13k to invest in bitcoin and the remaining $7k to buy another land somewhere at a cheap rate. Surely, with years the value of that land will always appreciate so you still have a land (only that it's at a different location) while you invest in bitcoin stead of using (risking) all the money at ones.

Just my two cents.

Menhn I can't sell of my car to buy Bitcoin or what so ever cryptocurrency that's out there, it's something precious to me I rather work out my cash to buy Bitcoin or any other crypto currency, I can't see my self selling my properties for anything because the first time you attempt that it will be a gate way to call in poverty state of mind.

18  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What you need to know about trading on: December 02, 2023, 04:36:55 AM
Most people think life is a bed of roses, is all about sunshine,  enjoyment etc not knowing that there's always a  tough time and the ability of one to overcome this time makes him great.  Tough time is the point through which poor and successful people emerges depending on the choices and decision they take.
Most traders and investors are inpatient they only think of the positive side of it ( making profit) not knowing there will always be a loss someday,  well most of them know but when they make losses they became frustrated and unstable,  some will give up because of that little experience.  Sometimes we make losses and we have bad experience like we offend God but no, we are only been tested.  Some of the spirit of a trader or invest is "I can make it mindset, resilience...

some will give up
menhn i almost did that because it was as if i dont know what am actually doing in the market anymore it was as if am a newbies meanwhile i definitely know what am doing just like what we normally say when trading has screwed with your mindset it goes like this; TRADING GO HUMBLE YOU EHH  Cry Cry because you have tried and tried its as if yourr village people is against you. Yeah there is alot to trading i most say.
19  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should trading be for the rich? on: December 02, 2023, 04:29:50 AM
There are people who have learnt how to trade, practiced on demo accounts for long but have not had the money to try trading on the market, and so they have abandoned trading to try search for money first. While there are others who have too little income, that they cannot profit from the market trading, they are always worried about loosing and because of that they make mistakes with their technical analysis and end up loosing the little money they have. Should trading be exclusive to financially comfortable and rich because of how risky it is?

Trading is basically not for the rich alone, one thing i came to realized in this trading aspect is that, you need a backup source of income, lets say you know how to trade the market yeah, now you should have a backup business that will support you financially even if trade doesn't work out for your lets say your analysis keeps being the one thing that makes you loose money to the market, now that backup business you own separately can help you recover from the loss mentality. even if its not business tho a back up job that will do because yeah trading involves money, lucky enough those with the SILVER SPOONS in their mouth are the ones who gets not to lament or worry too much when they have losses in the market.
20  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Your take on buying an expensive phone like iPhone 15 on: November 30, 2023, 11:33:35 PM
So my take on having an expensive gadget like a phone!!
Why would anyone buy an iPhone 15 or any good phone, costing above 500k, solely to fit in or want to make everyone feel they are rich? The only time I could agree to buy such an expensive phone is when I want to use it for business or to create content that will give me money because of its high camera quality. Otherwise, I can't buy such costly phones. Some people buy these phones due to peer pressure because their other friends have them and they want to too. I would suggest that, if you do get one, utilize it to create content for social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram until you gather a significant audience and become eligible to earn from it.

I understand that some people enjoy luxurious items, which is perfectly fine if they can afford them with their hard-earned money. My concern is why some people go to great lengths to get these expensive phones solely for the sake of fitting in.

My brother humans for this life wey we come so ehh some dey weak me right, left and center. That same question you dey ask O.P me too dey seat down like this dey ask the question i dey even go extra miles to dey ask my self say why this person go buy iPhone this or iPhone that all because say them wan belong, today na so I see one lady for inside car, as the car dey carry her pass ba so she set the iPhone back out side make we see say ehh na iPhone she dey use as in ehh who do girl's this thing for this country because if you check well na this current generation (indomitable) ones of the boys and Girls na them dey kill their self for this iPhone saga pass. Abegie O.p plenty things dey to talk but make we just leave am here. The matter dey tire person to talk finish.
