released info to the membership first,

What purpose would releasing it to Bitcoin Foundation members in advance of the public provide?  (other than a trading advantage ..., letting members digest the information and possibly make a decision to trade on it).
I hate how you're always so logical and rational. Can't you just screw up a response once. lol

I am always enjoying his responses as well  Grin

I've been working on the assumption that the Foundation is going to respond.  That is more or less the Foundation's reason for being.  So although ignoring it would also be a sort of message, it doesn't take a foundation to do that.  You and me can do that on our own as you wisely observed.

TBF could have simply answered with a list of questions aimed for making sure the burden of proof is on California bureaucrats for the accusation they maybe making, e.g.:

- what evidence (if any) you rely on to prove California laws apply to TBF?

- what evidence (if any) you rely on to prove that what you call ''Bitcoin'' is money?

- what evidence (if any) you rely on to prove ....

If you ask bureaucrats for facts and evidence they normally freak out and shut up. Cause they have no facts relating to the theorem they want to prove, not to mention evidences.

The date on the cease and desist order is 30 May 2013.

TBF was required to answer within 20 days. Deadline for response lapsed 10 days ago.

Do we know the answer TBF sent? I like to read it.

Shroomskit, did you sell yet?

He'll sell at the bottom.

Would not be putting too much money one hitting 104 before we drop again ... TBH I think the top may be in already and we may slide sooner rather than later

If Blitz is looking for what I think he is looking for, then he is looking for a technique called ''Four legged shaggy kung fu master kills the Dodo''.

I am myself looking to use this technique. I would rather not tell you what this technique is all about, because I would then feel the need to kill you.

We Xiaolin monks protect our secret techniques  Cheesy

The green daily candle forming today is VERY similar to that of 25th of June, the day after the previous downmove. It is a bearish candle generally showing a failed attempt at a rally. Today looks like another failed rally after a step down. So if history repeats, we may go sideways for a day or two, followed by a continuation of the downtrend ... or not  Wink

Okay, then I'll go long when this pattern is completed. What price should I place my buy order?

I am looking at low 80's as the next target for a decent bounce personally

If the picture poster is correct with his two circled candles (he should have used a non-log scale and a better resolution) then one might expect:
- first the price to jump to 104
- then sharply decline to 86-84
- and then go up to about 105

This is just my assumption of what he might look for, if indeed he looked for the pattern in which we are now between point 3 and 4.

We texted all day yesterday about the charity we plan to set up for my dead brother,
.......
.......
I asked if we could speak about the charity, as we had planned in our texts and he said "I'm not in the mood to talk to you", and it was literally in the tone of a gremlin, which makes me think he is thinking evil thoughts.

finshaggy please stop smoking weed and spending every opportunity of your life looking for ways to grab money from other people to fuel your next high.

Yes, this makes no sense. One sets up charity for the living, not for the dead (you can't help a person who is already dead, you can't bring him to life, even if you raise $100k for this purpose).

Finshaggy, go to the link I posted and call in the radio show. If there is a civil case for you, he'll help. If there is a criminal case, he'll help you structure your arguments in a way that prosecutor finds interesting for him (easy to win).

Glad to see you remembered to put "weee" in the right place, although I think the correct spelling is "weeee" but I could be wrong on this

Why do people lough at my Engrishhh so often  Grin

I like that. Looks like a peak of -33USD/BTC in June 2014.

Your sensical argument proves once again, why my charts are ALWAYS wrong  Tongue

lol - I think you got the future all wrapped up.

Note, my charts are ALWAYS wrong in predicting future events. I post them only for entertainment.

Two bubbles  Grin

Expect the bottom in a year from now.

sorry for double posting. I am experimenting with new image upload site.

735  Economy / Speculation / Re: Looks more and more like a 2011 repeat on: June 29, 2013, 07:10:51 PM
I think different timeframes should be used to compare both bubbles
