Recently i read an article on Russia establishing a mining firm to mine bitcoins. I get your point but China moving out of bitcoin all together will be a big lose to the whole bitcoin ecosystem as you put it. I know Japan lead the way in bitcoin but you cant rule china out, with abandoned energy and high working population the whole of China switching will impact bitcoin greatly

There can be numerous enemies depending on how you look at it, The banks could be in unsafe standing if bitcoin takeover, the users can be the currencies own enemy if they keep inflating and deflation by dumping huge sums. The splits could case problems as well. The government could also be a foe if it tries to centralize or regulate it defeating the main purpose of the currency

Well this is a big blow to NEO because without ICOs the growth of NEO will be stuttered but i have been a victim of many ICO scams so i will say this is a step in the right direction, until there is an authentic way of identifying a good ICOs many countries will start banning ICOs
