No 24/7 support again?? I submitted a withdrawal but i don't receive the withdrawal confirmation email, what's wrong? But I can get the email of support.  Huh
keep us updated on whether everything will be solved or not, it has a big history and its sad to see that they have such poor support

no yet, the support is bad, don't know the difference between nickname and username, and they replied to me and said my email is not for that username, too ridiculous, to prove the support is wrong, I clicked reset password, and I clicked that link, the my username was logged in, it means that my username: fox19891989 and email: fox19891989@hotmail.com is the same account, but they claimed my withdrawal request is not connected to that account...
oh the problems are real, i think i will avoid this one in the furture, thank you that you have written about your problem

This is a great example and we are glad you wrote about it here fox.  As you know, you created one account at Betcoin with an email.  You then created another account at Betcoin without an email.  You then requested a withdrawal to the account that didn't have the email and complained that you didn't receive an email confirmation.  Of course you didn't receive an email confirmation because there was no email on that account.  We then asked you for an email to put on that account and you gave us an email that is on your other account and then complained about support again.

Support has walked you through this entire process and been monitored by multiple levels.  It's very clear in these situations no matter what is done you will say that support is bad, however had you not multi-accounted or provided an email address that wasn't associated with your other account this would have been solved very quickly.

Also, for the record, a username is what you use to login and your nickname is what shows at the table.

Lastly the withdrawal was sent but you will not receive the confirmation email for that either because there is no email on this account.  We are here anytime for you.  Make sure to get us an email address for expedited withdrawals.

firstly, i get the payment, cheers. But i can't understand you said my account at betcoin without an email, this username: fox19891989 should be registered via fox19891989@hotmail.com, because when I clicked reset password, and I clicked that link, the my username: fox19891989 was logged in, it means that my username: fox19891989 and email: fox19891989@hotmail.com is the same account.

So what's the solution for future withdrawal? Do I need to change my email or do other things? Because i don't receive email in fox19891989@hotmail.com

EDIT: I submitted an email to support and they added a new email to my account, and I tried to withdraw, this time I got withdrawal confirmation email instantly, so I won't have any withdrawal issue in the future anymore. PS: fast payment.

i like it, but your title should be earn 0.23B, not 0.22, cos 0.2 for signature, 0.02 for avatar, 0.01 for PM, so total 0.23

btw, what's tent payment is https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pmLUlWd-2abRu52eSLHXyz7MkHKmSQ7oDerXaxdpxPU/edit#gid=364114693

why there is 0.4 and 0.5btc there? Is that possible to give me 0.5btc per month? I am a good poster in dadice sig campaign

I don't get why people like to waste their time on lottery games. I mean these types of lottery with crazy high jackpot. Don't you think the odds are too low?
It's true when you win you will be a rich man, but chances are so low that for me it is waste of time. Dice, blackjack, poker, almost every casino game has better odds.

Desperate people vying for a last chance.
possible that a lot of people, but not all ... there are those who are playing for fun-test their luck Wink

yeah, haha, desperate people like lottery, but IMO they will be poorer if they waste money on lottery, if they gamble on dice, blackjack, poker, they have higher chance to be rich, to hit the jackpot of the lottery if almost impossible, too difficult to win, and the house edge is extremely high, it measn the expected return is extremely low, haha
1149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Discussion about Wimbledon 2015 on: July 11, 2015, 12:51:47 PM
let's hope the match today will be crazy like Wawrinka vs Gasquet  Grin
picking the winner today is absolutely hard so I think I'm not going to be on the money line
but I have a feeling that every set will have more than 8.5gems , so maybe I'm going to bet that

Which game today? today its just the WTA finals and doubles and mixed doubles.

Yeah those are the only matches today, the Men's Single final is tomorrow and I'll put my money on Federer again, if he plays like he did against Murray it'll be another simple game for him.

Going to put some bits on Serena 2-1 and let's hope Muguruza is able to win 1 Set atleast.

yeah sorry just woke up I was talking about tomorrow match  Grin
I don't know if it's a good idea to pick Federer , yes he did good yesterday but also Murray wasn't in his form especially his serves
Djokovic seems to be winning everything , but throwing some bits isn't a bad idea
today Serena will beat Murguza easily I think and probably Muguruza isn't going to win any set
She will beat her like she did against her sister and against Sharapova

agree, imo djokovic will win tomorrow, cos he has defeated roger last year in the final, Djokovic should win again. And about serena, she should be the winner this time, but i won't bet this time

https://matchstat.com/tennis/h2h-odds-bets/Serena%20Williams/Garbine%20Muguruza

Cos I saw muguruza has beaten serena before in the link above, so I don't place a bet on this match cos I am afraid that something unexpected may be happening this time.
1150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Discussion about Wimbledon 2015 on: July 10, 2015, 05:34:24 PM
Just finished watching Murray vs Federer. Really disappointed with Murray. Federer brought his A game but very unlike Murray to simply not turn up. I don't know if it was Federer being just too good or Murray choking but it wasn't even competitive, easy 3-0 set victory. Disappointing!

Hope Federer wins the final now, I'm getting very bored of Djokovic winning everything (yes I know he didn't win the French Open).

luckily i didn't bet on murray cos the bookie was closed, and I was late for the bet, and I only bet when roger had the match point, the last serve of murray, murray 30-40 federer, and I placed a bet on federer win, and with 1.04 odds, I could make 100mbtc from that live betting, lucky enough, I love murray very much but he didn't play well today, and federer did the awesome match.

About the final, I hope djokovic will win cos last year djokovic defeated federer, and he will revenge for murray, let us bet on him.
1151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Discussion about Wimbledon 2015 on: July 10, 2015, 03:32:26 PM
Murray to beat Federer today!!

I hope so, I like Murray. Djokovic was way too good for Gasquet today, I knew that he was going to get to the final as soon as he beat Anderson. That was the chance at 2 sets down to get him out of this competition. Djokovic will go on & win it now I think. Anderson had to finish him whilst he was on top but he choked.

Anderson really missed that opportunity!
I don't think djokovic can win the finals.
He can be defeated by murray. If Federer reaches the final than Djokovic could be the winner.

totally agree with you cos last year the final was Djokovic vs federer, and djokovic won the final with the 3-2, in 2013 Wimbledon, the final was murray vs djokovic and murray defeated djokovic with 3-0, easy win for murray, so your prediction is reasonable.

IMO murray will win today's match, but i didn't place bet on pre-match bet, cos I was late, when I placed a bet, it showed the bookie was closed, lol.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE - I contacted them several times about the BlackJack -- Of course I was told "Sorry about the Bad Cards dealt".  So I continued to play for several days and a few thousand dollars of BTC- I can handle a few bad sittings at a BlackJack Table, but EVERY SINGLE time I sat it was the same story - I have never seen so many dealer draws to 21, so many pat 20's and the list goes on.  Statistically it is not possible to have that much bad luck (or good luck if you are the house)  -- The stupid part was me believing it is provably fair-- the problem with Provably Fair is the Seeds and the way "fair" is defined-- if the deck is stacked in favor of the house, then it will show that the cards are being dealt "Fair" if the hand is plugged in...

I am not complaining about the money lost, but I am just warning anyone that wants to play here to plan on not winning at BJ.  Having said that, they offered to show it was a Fair hand and that it can be Proven-- i just do not think that the fact it can be plugged into a system and shows it that it means it is fair-- there are hundreds of ways to "reverse engineer" it to work out that way--

YES- You can now close my account - I will not be back

did you play the live BJ? 20% of 21 is amazing and impossible, the only explanation is this site is a scam. They use hologram to cheat customers, or just replay a video in a live BJ, hehe, very easy to manipulate the results, and I have seen other guys complaint before, btw, you should bet sports but not BJ here, cos pre-match odds here are highest among all of BTC casinos, but i also saw other posts that they modified the bets, that's why i don't bet here even the odds are high
That is why, thanks for the tip on what they do on the blackjack table.
I doubt their odds are the highest for pre-game matches though. I've seen odds lower by 10-15% then on other sportsbook sites before I bet on a match.

what sports did you see? i just compared andy vs roger federer, CB has 1.95 for both players, so does the bwin have, bet365 has 1.9 for both sides, jetwin and betcoin have 1.9 on both players too. Pinnacle has 1.97 for both site, but it is normal cos Pinnacle always has highest odds. At least this match-Wimbledon semi-final, I see CB has highest odds among all of btc sportsbooks.

I wanted to donate but was a bit hesitant to do so because of trust etc.

I wanted to put in my btc as well but you know it is hard to trust a newbie account out of nowhere as I have never even met him or heard of him before. Too bad, perhaps next time.

+1 I see so many scammers with newbie accounts, that's why i didn't invest/donate, unless i have his ID, but it is impossible.  Grin

I wanted to invest a little but i didn't have btc at that time, that's the other reason that i didn't invest him.

1155  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Quinto and PM poker security scam on: July 10, 2015, 02:18:15 AM
Seems they did/do have the same headers but I doubt anyone would give then negative rep just based on that. But it does seem clear that the person behind both the accounts is the same one. PMPoker also seems to have started a lottery with a payout that is almost impossible for them to have and they are showing some false promises on being backed by some company.

The header is just one of the proofs, PM poker said quinto and PM are the same company in those links(OP of quinto and PM poker), so must be the same guy behind those 2 scams.

FUCK U LIAR AND GREEDY BASTARD, why did you delete my post when i post "but how can you profit? I still don't see many traffic on your site, where is the profit? I saw your thread about raising funds many months ago, how many did you raise?

Why there are so many sites don't have enough funds but they can still run? And you are always asking for funds but don't get any market share?

I never seen any OP like you, always begging for funds, but you don't do marketing or promotion by yourself, why you are so greedy?"

7 aces so far for Serena Williams  Grin she is smashing Sharapova
it's an easy win as we all expected , 1-0 now for Williams  Smiley
hope u have all placed huge bets on Serena

Serena was the hot favourite for this game, I wanted Sharapova to win. anonibet had Sharapova to win at like 4.90, I was tempted to have like 0.1BTC on her to beat Williams, glad I didn't now because it's looking like Williams is going to absolutely power her way to the final. Shame, I'm not being rude but Serena is built like a pro football player, she's like a man lol, how did Sharapova ever stand a chance, she's like a super model, slim & weak.

It was very easy for serena, and i won 450mbtc from her, so this winning could cover 18% of my losses-2500mbtc from yesterday's wawrinka to gasquet. I thought Maria  Sharapova might win 1 set, but she couldn't make any resistance to Serena, she is too weak compared to Serena, Serena was amazing and her serves were very fast, the speed was often around from 110-130 miles per hour, which is very very amazing cos this speed is male serve speed, she is very strong and that's why other girls can't win her cos Serena has male strong serves.  Shocked
