All of those scammers is damaging the reputation of crypto with their tricks and they keep making a new scam method to get more victims. I hope someday there is a project that focus on tracking these scammers and put them in jail forever.

Some coin will die or turn into shitcoin but the strong coins and this modern technology will stay longer as it offer a lot of benefits for the humankind and I can't wait to see our future wherein cryptocurrency will be just like a normal money for everyone.

Almost 90% of ICO's turn out to be scam or even if its a legit project but cannot reach its softcap the investors will carry the burden as they waste their time on that project. We must be very vigilant on choosing a project to invest since the scammers are growing in crypto-space.

Cestates is making a lot of noise in crypto-space and their community keeps growing these past few weeks and I see on the previous updates that they are attending on some events to spread awareness for the project, great job for the team!

I totally agree with OP's idea! KYC for the team members will give some assurance that team is not fake and easy to find if something bad happen on their project. if I remember correctly some ratings site is doing KYC verification for the team members.

Scammers will do anything to trick investors specially the newcomers in crypto space, this is why people should be more vigilant and always do their own research before putting money on any projects.

Whether it is below or higher than $1 as long as the project is solid and continue developing the platform then you can earn profit in the future, this is what investment on cryptocurrency offers but because of scam/fake projects the crypto industry was ruined.

Usually the ICO owner are oblige to return funds to its contributors if they didn't met the minimum funding goal for the project but if the project is fake or scam then the chances of getting your refund is zero. if you notice most of the ICO nowadays is extending their token sale due for not reaching its softcap.

Yes social media is a technology itself that used as marketing tool for any start-up business and as I see it little by little the community of Cestates is growing each day so lets just give them some time to work and see how they will execute their plans.

If the OP's friend doesn't really need money for now then it would be better to just let those coins sit on his wallet and give it a few years or wait until market condition became good then maybe the value of his coin will grow that time.

Just to be safe I will hold ETH although altcoins offer much bigger returns if succeeded but the risk is so high. ETH is one of the strongest alts at the moment because of its use and demand that eventually lead the price to grow in the long run.

I'm doing bounties for a few years and I notice that if you receive a payment via ETH then the chances of getting a big rewards is low since ETH will not jump its price so easily but on the other bounty hunters takes the risk of accepting new coin as payment because they knew that the value of rewards are questionable if its go higher or lower from the ICO price.

I have stopped mining Ravencoin last October 2018 due to my rig got damage this coin has a very big potential since the developers are very active and I think that it will continue to grow its price because the supporters are increasing day by day.

Aside from advertising the project through bounties or social media platform, the team must have a solid foundation and continues development for their project and following the Roadmap if they one to succeed in the future. I think partnership will also give some effect because it will raise the awareness of the project.

I just noticed the Cestates website (https://cestates.io/) is not a one page anymore. also it is stated that the company head office is located on Singapore which is good because this country is known for being friendly in cryptocurrency in terms of regulation.

Not all property owners have time to find buyers that is why they are hiring brokers to manage their properties so I think Cestates is not removing the brokers from the picture. in addition, they offer much larger commission compare to the traditional ways that they can get in real-time.

For me those who are saying that cryptocurrency is a bubble are full of trash and can't accept the new technology. everything can happen on crypto space because its still on infant stage but one thing is for sure that cryptocurrency will stay longer.

With the current market condition it would be hard to make x10 profit from bounty campaigns, knowing the fact that they are newly projects but if the team foundation is solid and their product/platform is working then I guess it is achievable.
