I am under the impression that Ken cares more about the share price on daily bases then delivery of goods.
I would have more faith if he just released all the shares at once at IPO price and let the free market do its things.
The more he tries to control and manipulate the price the more he hurts his/company reputation.

Btw, I love that AMC pre-annoncment countdown timer for the official announcement that will lead to further announcement of whats to be announced. Wile with every announcement millions of shares are being dumped. I got a feeling this is going to be just another "projection" announcement, with no proof of anything. I think he'll milk this cow till KnC and Bitfury (100th/metabank) start to actually deliver, not counting what AM got on the road map with their 2gen deployment. And just for the hell of it I'll mention BFL since it seems that they have actualy started to deliver.

ken if you are reading, could you care to offer an explanation as to why you are issuing the shares before your "big" announcement.
EDIT: Also can you comment on how you chose your new ipo price at 0.0025 when you have previously noted it being 0.001
I don't understand either. Surely if the news really is major. The price would go even higher. And selling shares after the news would be more profitable, no? Either way I'm curious to the full details of the announcement. Maybe its a bad news. |
