I have emailed johnK so he can confirm this. Again. I am NOT here to take anyone's money... I have refunded over 500BTC+ in the Avalon Chips Group Buys. It is senseless for me to run away with any money at this point. Please be patient.

I'm interested in this, but i would like to know when you think the price will start to rise, maybe when you guys start to mine? Also do you think this stock has the potential o rise to 1 or more BTC in the future?
Like i understood to buy shares i need to buy them from Bitfunder and i can sell them to make profit. Next to buying and selling share i will also get dividend right? Can you tell me how much this is and from when you are planning to give out the dividend to the shareholders? For this do you need a BTC address from the shareholders or where will the dividends go?

We just got off the phone with KnCMiner and it seems that people have been calling trying to impersonate Ragin's identity. So whoever is responsible for that, please stop. This has caused a serious security breach situation with the KnCMiner team and they have frozen the refund process. They had to notify the their bank and put a stop to the wire transfer.
So Ragin now has a Skype video call scheduled with them on Monday to verify Ragin's identity and continue with the wire transfer.
I urge everybody to stop meddling in the refund process and allow this to go through, thank you.
For those that have been waiting, I apologize that you have to wait just a little while longer but it will happen.
WHY do i have to wait if the Jupiter GB#2 was not even ordered. WHY DO YOU IGNORE THIS QUESTION? Where are the BTCs from this group buy? WHAT the hell is wrong with you two. Just refund the DAMN coins already. Regin, sell your damn fish tank if you have to. |

As a lurker, I'd just like to say I am loving this thread. I bought into the labcoin machine and lost about 20% of what I put in... and I'm happy to just sit this one out until it settles down. Good luck to both the pro and anti labcoiners !!

Swede, don't sweat it. Matter of fact, stop bothering the guys for update. Just update us when they are ready to show something. I know sometimes things don't go as planed, so missed deadlines and change of plans is expected.
If you don't have any updates, then you don't have it. No updates is better then pulling semi relevant updates out of ones ass, not that you have.
If this is a scam, then I guess you are being scammed as well. But, I don't believe that's true.
So anyways, don't let progress be hampered by irrelevant updates, in doing so, you are only feeding the trolls.
Also, you shouldn't be concerned with the stock price, let alone comment on it. Labcoin actions will dictate the stock price. If anyone doesn't like what they see, they are more than welcome to sell, or not even get involved.

No Jupiter Gb #2 refund = Scam. The order for this GB was never placed.
There are two possibale reasons why he refuses to send the refunds.
1) it's a scam.
2) he bought anti depressants of silkroad with our BTC

As one of the larger investors in this venture (33 BTC) I'd like to throw my two cents into the pile.
Legal engagement is a costly option. There's a growing sentiment of running this through the legal system. Know that lawyers love money almost as much as we do, and will likely take a large share of the recoupment. If someone knows a pro-bono guy, that's a different story.
Regarding other options, there is a growing lynch-mob sentiment growing here. JohnK has yet to unload the nuclear option. Should he do so, it will most likely be to one or two trusted members of this group buy. ragin's info will not be publicly posted until all other options are exhausted. That's just bad business to send the mob out with pitchforks.
Give it a break guys, or get in direct contact with JohnK. Put pressure where pressure is most effectively put. Personally, I went into this with the knowledge that there is risk inherent in this type of investment. Act like men and shit or get off the pot.

Hi guys,
Just want to give you an update from the floor.
1. We have a lot of hashpower deployed now- should keep us above 50TH. More M-boards arrived, which should enable us to ship out the remainder of August customer orders.
2. A lot of the issues we are encountering now are software based- my domain. I've ramped up to full time starting Monday of this week, so this should start getting better fast.
3. The bitfury devices are very finicky. We can lose over 10TH without any devices going offline. Rest assured that we aren't removing hardware and getting this smoothed over is our absolute highest priority.
4. Per 3, there is a huge amount of room for us to gain in performance without even adding hardware now. I can't say how fast it will happen because software bugs & issues can be completely random on the resolution time, but it will come with fits and starts.

Not to be rude, but as 100th investor, I can care less about the August costumers, matter of fact, that's almost like slap in a face. This is how I read your post. "Good news, August costumers (whoever they are) will make ROI. Bad News, 100TH investors loose another 10TH. But instead of deploying new hardware and optimizing later, we will optimize what we got at a risk of more downtime." |

Enough is enough.
Not refunding Jupiter GB #2 is proof that this is a scam. He is not refunding the funds he should technically have on hand.
SCAM tag needs to be applied here, all info on him should be released at this point and if necessary legal action should be taken by everyone involved. I will definitely go trough small claims court since I only went in 3BTC and will contribute, if group decides to do something collectively.
He has successfully pacified everyone for this long and prevented JohnK from taking any action by making empty promises and refunding couple of people.
I like this forum, I like the community, I would hate for it to loose any credibility because of few rotten apples. Hence, we can not let anyone think there wont be any recourse if they try to screw us over.
This, shouldn't even have gone this far, at first sign of OP being MIA, the ball should start rolling on reverting and preventing any financial burden to the members of this community.
I know JohnK did not escrow this GB. However, I believe it is still his responsibility to release Regins info since that individual is clearly scamming at this point, on this forum.

Looks like there are several 100THs+ farms going online not far apart, killing each others ROI. Just look how much of the net hash ASICminers have now, it's dropped right off. Each of their business plans doesn't know what new farms are doing online as competitors. I still feel the future of mining will be thousands of small backyard setups that need no aircon, datacenter rental, or staff wages. Bitcoin is designed to eat the margin of big players.
Will be very interesting to see who still stands once the smoke clears up. I think it will be a long and hard fought battle before equilibrium sets in and pinnacle of ASIC capability is achieved. |
