121  Other / Archival / Re: PhoenixMiner NoDevFee addon - opensource and virus free on: May 03, 2021, 09:17:52 PM
Why even take the chance with possible malware?  These usually end up taking more than the actual dev fee and go right to the creator of the program.

Sup,

Just catching up on past couple of pages on this thread I noticed a few references to version of PM which to my knowledge DO NOT EXIST

>> OFFICIAL PM Repo:-  https://github.com/PhoenixMinerDevTeam/PhoenixMiner/releases

The Latest Release = PhoenixMiner 5.5c @PhoenixMinerDevTeam released this on Mar 8 <===  (Not 6.6 NOT 5.6b)

Correct me if I'm wrong or have missed a secret drop?..

Cheers,

-Maj

/snip/
They are always sold out everywhere

I understand what you mean, but I think some are still available to order (or pre-order).

SyncroB.it -  Availability: Pre-Order
Bobcat Miner - Shipping estimates for orders paid before 12 pm PDT on 5/1 will be 8-12 weeks.
RAK Hotspot Miner v2 - Order RAK Hotspot Miner v2 now for shipments starting Summer 2021

By the time everyone gets their hotspot all the profit will more than likely be gone, unless you can find a magical goldilocks location.  Also the 5G network is right around the corner but the buy in for those hotspots are $1,000-5,000usd.

I think its just over run with bot accounts now.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Number 9! Ninth altcoin thread. Back to the moon Baby! on: April 28, 2021, 10:08:09 PM
Yes everything is a bundle now.  That's their way of getting rid of excess inventory I guess.

They probably noticed 90% of people were only selecting GPU's and not the bundles  Roll Eyes

127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Number 9! Ninth altcoin thread. Back to the moon Baby! on: April 27, 2021, 09:00:04 PM
same pc 1 account.  I think it was just a glitch in their anti bot system.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Number 9! Ninth altcoin thread. Back to the moon Baby! on: April 27, 2021, 07:18:51 PM
Indeed.  It's made their website "sticky" for sure.  I keep a tab open at all times, and when I'm in my routine, I never miss one.  If i'm off my game, like yesterday was a day off, but I was working from home, I totally spaced it.  I miss the weekend ones almost always, because I try to take a screen break.  But I've definitely spent more time on their site these past few months than the rest of my life combined LOL.

I had a couple tabs open for like a week and got a 24hr ban mysteriously.

NiceHash did a ugly but nice trick screaming Phoenix Miner Virus! But you now what? We have solution for you! We created for you our own miner Grin

In Phoenix i have less heat and 2MH/s more but i whish they upgrade to work with latest AMD drivers.Dont want to install some ancient 20.8.2 driver to work, otherwise -clkernel issue.

You must have missed that 5.5c was compatible with AMD 21.1.1 through 21.2.3, and 5.6a is compatible with AMD drivers through 21.3.2(AMD drivers 21.4.1 isn't compatible).

Phoenix Miner 5.6a is not avaible on legit site i hope you are not trying to sell me some virus dude huh? Cool

However i will try 21.2.3 with 5.5c i hope i will not get kernel error. Still wish latest drivers for games.

5.6a beta was posted by OP a week ago, its also on his Github.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Discussion \\ 18 GPU mining Rig 3090 on: April 24, 2021, 02:28:10 PM
Your Math is way off on power.  You have to calculate GPU TDP (350w) not what you think you can down clock them to.  Also 80% rule for the PSU's would be around 1300w, but i've ran my evga 1600w P2's at 1500w for over 3years without any issues.

You are going to have a better time if you split into two separate rigs, but if you are doing it for fun than good luck.

lol these 5.5d malware idiots are still spamming this version

Bruh after 3 years you still think its malware? You really need something better to do with your time.

for the past 6months this thread has been spammed with a 5.5d malware version which gets deleted many times a day.  Now that there is a 5.6a version released they havn't updated their malware and I thought it was funny.  Get some better reading comprehension and or context before you post.

Still don't understand why brand new accounts are allowed to post links.  Anyone that is new to this don't download anything in here unless its from the OP.

Doge squeeze is still ongoing. Shorters are paying almost 1% a day in interest to long and in the last 24 hours there was over $750 Million in liquidations on Doge alone. The 24hour volume on Doge was higher than the SPX index.

Its pretty crazy how this is going, if we see $1 doge I wouldnt be surprised. Man do I feel like an idiot for selling all my doge at like 50 sats last year. There is also another guy in another thread which dusted off his KnC Titans and is back to mine Doge again.

Crazy times. Makes me nervous we might be at a top soon.

Shuffle up in 20min
