If EHF has worldwide success, that would of course be very cool. But for the Start Europe and the USA should be enough for the first time.
I disagree with you, yes they should focus on certain areas in the beginning but this shouldn't be Europe or USA i think, there are more places in need of health solutions in anyway. USA and European countries advanced than the other countries. Definitely agree here. Even if health care in USA is not as good as in European countries there are countries with much more need for better health care related stuff. It would be good to support people in those countries.

Well, there is two aspect here. First of all, they need to be where people needed them but on the other hand, they need to be where people can pay them. They need to find a balance between this two.

This kind of platform should be able worldwide but I think that the better placesin the most advanced countries. That way it will be easier for the people of those countries to have access to the hospitals and in this way verify that the diagnosis of EHF is correct.

They will have doctors who will consult through the platform, right? So, it doesn't probably matter where you're located. If you speak the same language, you can be on different continents.

I dont know if 3rd party doctors can access the data but I think this is also handled by AI. So an example: You get the app, put in your data, the AI compares your data to the other data in the blockchain and if some similarities pop up which havent been diagnosed on you yet, then it will inform you to get checked for that. Thats what I imagine the project.

Yes the pltform will provide telemedicine services as well among other thing. So you will be ble to be in contact with a doctor in an almost traditional way

Yes, probably they have to find a balance between both, but it would be a shame if it would not be used to help people who really need the help. People in countries who have already better health related systems are not really in need for this.

From the VERY START, they need Europe or the US only. That would be more than enough. But in a month or two (in case of successful launch), they have to introduce the system to other parts of the world. However, if it is possible as of now, they may start their project in as many countries as possible.

They have several phases of the ico and will try to sell as much token as possible during this time. After that make sense to burn everything that was unsold.
this should be standard practice for all ICO's . rarity = value in the market. Sometime scarcity can affect its price if it become too small to spread around people will lose interest, if its too big the price will dump but the bright side of it many will hold the token not just few investors. it has its own consequences but will go with the one that is easier. I also think that burning the unsold tokens is the best choice to prevent the fall of the value of the token.

Europe and US are the biggest markets but they also have the highest regulations when it comes to health data. I would love it if they started in Europe or the US but maybe it will be easier to start in one country as a test run and then spread out.

If they have an accident or have broken something, as far as internet is available, a surgeon will be able to perform a minor operation per remote. Since the surgery will operate with 3D-devices, he can make a 10 cm long cut with a knife and the device will translate it into a very precise 1 mm cut at the patient. The future can come.

What about the prices on the platform? There are clearly different living standards across the world, will it also be reflected pricewise? So people from undeveloped countries would be able to afford these services.

That is probably something will be kept into account. In the whitepaper they talk about final prices for the users but i dont remember in detail what was comprehending exactly.

That's an interesting question. I guess they could and even should adjust the prices so that the same service will cost you more tokens in the US than in Indonesia.

First, we need to focus on the developed countries, and then gradually move on the development of the third world. This is the right strategy for success!

Though it will take some time for development, I had high hopes that the release of EHF platform will surely increase the life expectancy of individuals who will use it. And that is wonderful!
