121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why invest in altcoin? on: June 09, 2018, 06:41:05 AM
Why invest in altcoin when you can invest in real estate, stock market?

Because you will never know that it's worth till you try it.
It's good when you have several sources of income. So why not invest in altcoins

I totally agree with you. Trust is the basis of a better crypto world. If everything gets more transparent, people will feel more secure.

127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Important about ICО on: June 06, 2018, 06:27:52 AM

International Big Data Industry Expo 2018 took place in the city of Guizhou in China.
He Baohong is a well-known researcher of cloud computing and blockchain. He voiced just incredible figures. You can read the entire article by reference.

https://news.bitcoin.com/blockchain-projects-live-a-little-over-a-year-on-average-china-claims/

Only 8% of all appeared ICO survived and functions. I thought it would be about 30%. No ..... It's only 8%. I'm just overwhelmed by this research. What are your impressions?

Wow, Im not surprised though. There are alot of ICO out there in the market waiting for investors and some are scam. It really shows that not all ICO's are succesfull and should not be incested on.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 99% OF ALL AIRDROPS ARE SCAMS!!!!! on: June 05, 2018, 07:39:42 AM
I'm still about to find out Sir. Yeah, I've been reading a lot about this subject much more frequent now. All we can do is hope that eventually they will pay.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is a good amount to invest? on: May 31, 2018, 10:56:31 AM
What is a good amount to start with when investing into crypto?

I see lots of posts about “I have $100 / $200, what should I buy” and most of the time the answers are with that amount just invest in an ICO etc etc.

I would be interested to know what people here consider a good starting amount to invest...and I know the basics of not investing more than you can afford to loose but for arguements sake, what’s a good number to start with?

I’m not so much interested from a whale perspective of investing like $500k or $1mill, more so the normal everyday average joe male/female investor who wants to dabble in the crypto market. Would it be $1k, $2k, $5k, $10k, $20k etc? People new to the game or interested to start investing in this space may find this useful so they know a rough number which would be a good starting point before turning  that into riches (the obvious dream).

For reference I initially started with about $3k (it’s not loads but it was a start) and over time I’ve added more and more (it gets addicting) into the pot as and when I have the money to spend and when the time seems good to buy.

it really depends on your decision. If you have a lot to spend then go for gold. The bigger the invest the more it would likely to return a higher profit. Smiley
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Airdrops??? on: May 31, 2018, 10:54:34 AM
Thanks for your opinion. It's getting harder and harder to succeed in an ICO project because a lot coins are being created this days.

133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Still did not get bounty rewards? on: May 30, 2018, 12:55:40 PM
Yes this is my questions among all bounty hunters. In my 4 months on doing bounty i campaign i have promoted 2 ICO's already and the first one still counting the stakes and still working on the distribution of the tokens. Some had receive already and i thought about receiving too but until now no tokens found in my digital wallet even after searching it on etherscan if there are relatively made a transaction to my digital wallet address and there is none. I have gave my effort and quality time for them to promote their project that includes also the resources being used like internet connection fee and the electricity are all wasted for the project i guess. I think this could be my last project to promote and if i still will not get any rewards then quitting is an option.

That's just sad to hear but it does not mean that all other ICO's dont pay. Maybe they were not just successful than the others. Just keep on trying Sir, and just be patient. At the end.of the day this is just a shot at an extra income. Who knows maybe your next ICO will be a hit.
134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's volatility is a non-issue on: May 30, 2018, 12:51:20 PM
Votality is just part of the game. It's more on a waiting game. You loss some or earn some it really depends on how you trade or sell.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it normal to wait for 6 months for a bounty reward? on: May 29, 2018, 12:32:09 PM
Most of us join bounty campaigns because it is one of the means for us to get coins. I just want to verify how many of us have experienced waiting for a long period of time to get our coins. Don't get me wrong, i do trust the managers and what they say. And, most of them give valid  reasons why it'll take that long for them to distribute the rewards. In average, how long do you receive your coins after a bounty campaign?
it really depends on how successful the campaigne is. Some ICO's even extend the campaign period just to cater new investors into their platform. So basically theres no specific answer to that question.
136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin SCAM! on: May 29, 2018, 12:22:36 PM
I was invited by a friend of a friend to invest in Bitcoin last year. He told me that if I invest 5000 in our currency it will be doubled in a month's time. He also promised me that I will get referral fees and override from every person I introduced to Bitcoin and that prices of Bitcoin are expected to increase. To make the story short I did not join because I believe its a pyramiding scam. Truth to be told I did my research on Bitcoin after that and it turn's out that Bitcoin's price was really on rise unfortunately I did not invest at that time. Currently I'm learning more thru this forum and I thank my friend for inviting me here. Just last December I heard from one of my friends that the company they joined was in fact a pyramiding scam and the money they invested in just vanished out of thin air together with the people who invited them. We should be wary of people offering investments and opportunities to us. Do your research. Opportunity comes with risks as well as the rewards. If its too good to be true, it might be a scam. Bitcoin is not a SCAM but there are people who uses Bitcoin to SCAM other people. Good luck to us and more power to Bitcoin!

yeah Dude, we also saw some reports in the news promising "too good to be true Returns" just like that one. It's very hard to see what's going on in the Bitcoin buzz specialy outside this forum. Their are people out there trying to make Bitcoin look so bad that people are already doubting the system that they themselves don't even know of.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Protecting and Earning from your Personal Data on: May 28, 2018, 12:54:15 PM
We are currently living in a world where our personal datas are being used by big companies to earn money and we dont have a clue of it. That is why it is important to secure our personal data and always check on our privacy settings in all our accounts. That is why I believe that Big Companies should give us a share to what they have earned by using what is ours in the first place. That is why im supporting iCO's whose goal is to make ordinary users earn from their own personal data. This is why im supporting and promoting Profede because it has a good vision to acheiving this goal.
How about you? What Campaign are you supporting?
