Just curious. Your post history shows a lot of pictures. Can you sign a message from a BTC addy from that period? How are we to trust you are the same user? Thanks! I agree. DobZombie taking your long break into consideration, your sale would go much easier if you can verify that you are the real Dob back from the days of the bitcoinmuseum. Can you make a signed message with this addy please? 17uWCajedEVHJgds2Fzm752By1YVG4wPN2Should you have lost the private key, then can I verify your idendity if you send me a PM/email with a selfie were you hold a handwritten sign with todays date. Cheers old buddy

Had a smooth transaction with @Gunbey using your escrow service. You can release the funds (can't send a pm due to limits).
Thank you @TookDK
Sorry about the message limit - I know this makes it very difficult for new users to do business here. Thank you for your reply - I am happy to hear all went smooth. I will release the funds funds now.

Dice rolling might be exploitable in a casino (3 - 8 bits of entropy) but not in the context of a 128-256 bit entropy (or even 64 bits - eg 4-6 word diceware passphrase). With Coldcard you can keep rolling if you're worried about the fairness of the dice, use different dice each time you roll and it'll keep generating new seed.
There is nothing that beat the warm fuzzy feeling; sitting with your tinfoil hat under a blanket generating a private key based on a 99 digit base6 number with a calibrated dice... only quantum based number can have higher entropy cheers

Great products you are selling.
Its a nice branch of the cryptosteel concept. This is one level more permanent because they letters are actually stamped into the plate. I already have a cryptosteel, but I will consider ordering this one as well, not for collection, but for use.
About price... if you are storing thousands of dollars worth of BTC (which potentially could be worth millions one day) on a hardware wallet, there is really not any good argument not to pay those 100 USD more and have an extra level of protection (imo).
Question: The dies you are selling, are they fair or just a toy?

https://coldstoragecoins.comKind of approved in the community. Depends what you want to store on them. They can make special edition for your coin/token. I paste the link because they are cheap. I have not used them but got offer for a project. Very cheap but the number of coins was over my budget. I have 5 of their coins and store alot on them. Have not heard of any issues. I would not store anything on these coins...... you have be warned Agreed - with all these new coin producers showing up and increasing BTC value I feel like a the next Coingraphic or Alitin scandal is just around the corner... Like MJ say: you have been warned You only own bitcoins if you and you alone have access to the private key.

The fact that the 25 BTC coin's holo is not completely destroyed (looks to be only peeled slightly) and yet it HAS been swept, to me, points to some solvent being used to try to compromise the coin without detection. This was performed at Defcon several years ago and it took all of 10 minutes. I am not trying to spread speculation, but please can someone answer how else this could happen? Whenever I've peeled a coin, it is completely destroyed. It looks nothing like the coin pictured. Compare to the other 2013 Cas Brass pictured - that one looks normal.
The hack was far from perfect, you could see the places where the needle penetrated the holo with the naked eye. This is why I recommend to inspect the holo with a magnifier or microscope if you buy from a none trusted source. Afaik the lazer edged holo on the Cas 1 BTC silvers has never been hacked, mike did the lazer edging as a respond to defcon, I am surprised not more coin manufacturers have adopted this technique.

I personally don't think that tainted BTC will NOT be an issue in the future. Due to the nature of blockchain tech; "coins" consist of input and output, if 1 BTC consist of 0.9999 BTC clean BTC and 0.0001 BTC tainted, then will your 1 BTC never be clean. You cannot just separate the tainted part part and send it to trash, the output will be one 1 BTC no matter what and that output is going to a new input(s) and will always be traced back to the tainted 0.0001 BTC.
In other words, lets say some large exchange or whale is holding 10k BTC on a single addy, just send 1 satoshi of tainted BTC to this addy and the whole stack is worthless. Or even worse, send 1 tainted satoshi to all public known collectible coin addresses... many manufactures has published the addies, so this is possible to do.
If it should ever happen that tainted BTC will be an real legal issue, then better get nice stack of XMR beforehand.

Nice coins with a great theme. It’s such a shame they did not make an indent for the private key Each coin comes with a private key underneath already These coins are actually quite nice Took, well done with the hologram and key placement. They are indeed nice

Ok auction has finished with no bids, even after dropping the starting bid to 0.4btc. I know the change was late so I understand the auction prob lost a lot of attention. I will repost a new auction with a lower starting bid.
Thanks all for following.
Cheers
I would also suggest 0.01 or 0.005 increments instead of 0.05. Cheers!
