И про пассивный доход его высказывания отлично помню, хотя сам со временем понял, что классического пассивного дохода не бывает. Любой капитал требует постоянного контроля, иначе быстренько останешься без штанов.

Honestly, this season's Bundesliga is really very tight competition, unlike in previous seasons which were always dominated by Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund has a very big chance to end Bayern Munich's dominance in the Bundesliga this season. I hope that Marco Reus can bring Borussia Dortmund to the bundesliga title this season.

It is better to consider potential consequences of selling asset against the risk involved, before you take the decision to sell any asset, as it can provide cash in the short term but in the long term it may have negative outcome. There are other alternatives available to raise funds, such as taking loan from bank, doing more than one jobs, seeking investors and launching  your own personnel business project.

The chances of Borussia Dortmund to become Bundesliga champion were never as high in the last decade as they are now in this season. In the end it is always Bayern Munich that basically decides who becomes Bundesliga champion because if they are playing at their 90% performance level, then no other team has a chance to finish the league in front of them.
This year though Bayern is not even able to reach 50% of their performance level on many occasions and therefore Borussia Dortmund was already ahead of them a few times now in the table.
Now that Dortmund has failed to deliver two times now in 3 matches against Stuttgart and Bochum i think that Bayern is the big favorite now again to bring it home, but everything is possible, because Bayern is just so unstable at the moment.

For the match Arsenal vs Chelsea, it's obviously Arsenal will win, but the odds for Arsenal to win is small. I think the goal betting option can be a better bet, we have seen many previous matches Arsenal had score for 4 goals. So I'm quite convinced to bet over 3.5 goals, the odds is @2.85 which is a worthy odds.

I think there was a time when the forum never had signature campaigns and people were still actively involved.
I rely don't know what the forum will look like because I haven't ever thought of that.
On the contrary,  I think signature campaigns are one of the reasons people are making positive impacts on the forum because they have to work really hard to join a campaign and most times, your post quality and other factors are put into consideration  before accepting  one in a signature campaign, hence, one must have strived so hard to be in a signature campaign and without signature campaigns,  I think the forum might be more of a social media than a forum.

Based on the explanation for each category I think I belong to this one. Because before I invest into any project, I make sure that I understand everything well. Manchester City is beating anyone in their way in every competition and no matter how good Fulham maybe lately,they are going to lose,I doubt Manchester City is on for other surprise results as they made quite a lot of them in the beginning of the season.Fulham are in a good moment but that good moment is only for mid level teams in the Premier League,they cannot withstand Manchester City in today game.

Arsenal no matter if they win or not which I think they will win the problem for them is Manchester City has 2 games less which can make anything Arsenal does void if City win such games.
