I don't know maybe they don't want to rush this transfer in case something happens about Mbappe's situation. In the end we can still see another team trying to sign Mbappe by making a huge offer. In that case Real Madrid would like to save their funds for Mbappe transfer as they will need to spend insane amount of money.

Ну от да, я якраз в кампанії, де він менеджер, і взагалі вперше побачила, щоб кожен тиждень систематично когось виганяли. Причому набір нових учасників, які мають посісти звільнені місця, не такий вже і активний, бо вимоги з кожним разом все вищі стають. Наприклад, 200+ мерітів за останні 120 дні - то вже перебір якийсь, як на мене, тим більше що це вимоги як до hero i legendary, так і до фуллів і сініорів. Напевно, коли учасників після "чистки" менше, ніж планувалося мати в кампанії, то нічого іншого і не залишається, як неформально вимагати писати більше постів, ніж заявлено, аби продукт на форумі продовжував просуватися.

Да, на образовательную программу надеяться особо не приходится. Тому таке спонукання і заохочення від менеджерів виглядає для мене дивно, вони ж самі мають розуміти, що з однієї сторони таким чином наче краще просувається їхній продукт, але з іншої - пости їхніх підписантів з таким підходом будуть просто тонути в потоці того, що тут публікується.

У передплатній кампанії, в якій я беру участь, немає жодних нагород за понад постинг. Пиши скільки хочеш у межах від 1 до 30 постів на тиждень. Мінімальної квоти немає. Я маю на увазі, що в залік іде максимум 30 постів і все. Пости понад цей ліміт просто ігноруються. Зате є стимул у написанні якісних постів, за які б юзери давали мерити. Тому що в нас icopress (менеджер) зрівняв усі ранги. Тепер Sr/Hero/Legendary отримують 0,0001 BTC/пост. А ось якщо у тебе меритів більше 1000 то оплата збільшується. І по наростаючій, якщо більше 2000 то ще вища оплата і тд. І це незалежно від рангу. Якщо ти фул, але у тебе більше 1000 меритів, то будеш отримувати більше, ніж легендарний.

Таким чином є стимул писати саме якісні пости, щоб збільшити цифру меритів. Як на мене так це класно. Я так думаю.

Як на мене, нюанси якраз в тому і полягають, що навіть кампанії високого рівня, які висувають доволі серйозні вимоги до учасників і тим самим задають планку, насправді заохочують саме кількість постів, а не їхню якість. Більшість кампаній пише, що оплачуватися буде «up to» 25 постів, наприклад, і також вказують мінімальну кількість, яку потрібно написати. Тобто учасник цілком «законно» може писати в цьому діапазоні стільки, скільки йому зручно. Але по факту людей, які пишуть менше за ці 25 постів часто виганяють з підписних, стимулюючи таким чином інших учасників писати більше за 25 постів, що не оплачується. А ті, хто пише найбільше, там 2-3 людини, отримують бонус, і начебто демонструють іншим учасникам, що можна все таки отримати винагороду за пости зверху до тих 25. Тільки от учасник не знає, чи буде він саме тим, хто за тиждень напише найбільшу кількість постів і отримає за це бонус, тому від такої системи виграє не він, а саме підписна. І мені здається, що це якось трохи врозріз іде з тим, що тут кожен другий, особливо в Меті топить за якісь і кваліфікацію постів, а не за їхнє кількісне нагромадження.
