Разница все такие есть, если он продаст эти битки плохо, скажем продаст по 40к, а через год биток будет стоить 150к, то его конкуренты просто съедят поскольку он своими бестолковыми действиями сделал так что казна недополучила много миллиардов, которые бы могли решить очень много проблем. Я думаю, что разницу курса могут ввести для того, чтобы постепенно отбить желание у людей пользоваться наличными деньгами. Это довольно таки выигрышный для правительства вариант. Наличка вроде как и не запрещается, пользуйтесь, если нужно. Но платите за эту "услугу". Придется цифровые деньги менять на наличные не 1:1, а по сути за довольно большие комиссии. И таким образом работает не запрет, а как бы более выгодные условия на использования тех способов, в которых государство заинтересовано больше. И люди сами перестают пользоваться наличными деньгами. А потом уже их и отменить можно, ведь никто и так не пользуется.
Тогда просто не будут менять, где можно будет налом будут платить налом, а где цифровыми там будут цифровыми, чтобы не терять на разнице курсов. Но я сомневаюсь что курсы будут отличаться, это не логично, они и так найдут способы чтобы в итоге попытаться оставить только цифровые валюты без разнице в курсе. а если курсы будут разные то это уже будет говорить о том, что это просто разные валюты. |

Не думал о том, что курс цифровой валюты будет отличатся от наличной, да и какой в этом смысл. Я видел это так скажем сейчас деньги на карте и деньги в кармане, их курс не меняется от того что я через банкомат отправлю их на карту. Если вы имеете ввиду что это может происходить по причине каких то ограничений или блокировок, то эта система просто не приживется параллельно с цифровыми валютами. |

Вполне разумно и такой вариант рассматривать. Будь я на месте чиновников, то точно также сторонился подобных процессов с продажей. Уж лучше тихо и спокойно выполнять свои обязанности, чем в такие дебри себя окунать. Целым хоть останешься по итогу.
К тому же, в таком государстве слишком большая бюрократия. Процесс продажи может затянуться на многие месяцы. Если только кому-то пообещают солидную премию за такую работу, то это уже совсем другая история.

Это может быть одна из причин что он надеется на лучшее для себя, вообще это свойственно человеку. Но могут быть и другие причины которые заставляют его не уходить. Подозреваю что у него страх перед неизвестностью, боязнь чего-то нового с мыслями "а вдруг я не смогу адаптироваться на новом месте" или что-то вроде "а вдруг там будет хуже и придется проситься обратно, так лучше тут посижу". И все это с лапшой на ушах от шефа.

Понятно что ждет и надеется на лучшее, но столько лет очевидных вещей должны бы уже заставить что то изменить. Я согласен что факторов оставаться тоже достаточно, место пригретое, зп есть на жизнь хватает, а что то сейчас менять это не просто, новая работа, пока адаптируешься, испытательные сроки и тому подобное. Меня в школьное годы интересовало все кроме школы и учебы  Скажи мне, что у меня будет новый урок, я бы воспринял это негативно. Как максимум у меня все время были какие-то иные интересы, не связанные со школой, как минимум мне было лениво (а это еще к тому же и сложно) учиться чему-то новому, результат которого я не вижу в ту же секунду. В школьное время я очень обрадовался когда нам в программу собрались внести урок футбола, фактически это была та же физкультура (то есть совмещенные уроки), только без всяких физ нормативов, а чисто футбол гонять. ) Но это были мои последние годы в школе, заключительные классы и меня это просто не застало. А так понятное дело что школу никто не любит, хорошего там мало для учеников, учи домашку, отвечай, контрольные, экзамены. Додай еще урок по чему угодно, пусть даже по крипте, это просто воспримется учеником как дополнительный напряг не более. |

ну я так понял в этом и идея, что как качели сейчас, то вверх шортистов вынесет, то вниз лонгистов, которые после 45 ждали рывок и одобрение, а дождались миллиардных ликвидаций. Ощущение будто находишься в одной комнате с маньяком, у которого периодические перепады настроения и он то порезать тебя готов, то наоборот брататься лезет, примерно такой сейчас рынок.

Похоже, очередные манипуляции, касательно одобрения заявок спотовых ETF. Так, платформа Matrixport стала распространять слухи о том, что SEC якобы может не одобрить заявки в этом месяце и это может спровоцировать резкий дамп биткоина до $36-38k. Примечательно, что аналитики Bloomberg иного мнения и предполагают, что вероятность переноса рассмотрения заявок составляет всего лишь 10%. Вся тема вокруг ЕТФ биткоина это одна большая манипуляция, а то что вчера так хорошо пролилась цена, думаю еще связано с тем, что накануне случился такой хороший рост, вот оно все и наложилось одно на другое. Если захотят продолжит рост то одобрят ЕТФ, хотя по факту это мало что изменит (просто очередная новость), а если захотят сделать коррекцию, то либо перенесут что не так страшно, либо скажут что все плохо, тогда биток сделает еще -10%, все это манипуляции.) |
