Вже якщо переводиш таку сумму в віртуальні активи, то не полінуйся розберись що до чого і попіклуйся про безпеку своїх коштів. Але якщо це правда, то тут винен може бути, як шахрай, так і дружина, яка вирішила перевести кошти на іншу адресу і жити в достатку ,чоловік все одно не зможе до неї приїхати, а в неї там почнеться нове життя... ) Або це продумана схема від чоловіка, власне все виглядає заплутано і нереально.

Пессимисты говорят, что можем уйти ниже 10К, оптимисты ждут дальнейшего роста, но мне кажется, что рынок держится очень хорошо, даже иски против бинана и коинбейса не особо повлияло на биток, так что в падение не очень верится.

Кроме того регулирование требует четких законов, и скорее всего их действие будет применено с момента их принятия, так что это все пока что непонятно как регулировать.
