I have 3 disputes against them one of the orders i used my credit card thru paypal and the rest from my bank account.

Now if i dispute it with my credit card and do a charge back will be account be in a bad standing with paypal?


Also on my disputes paypal is asking me to respond and when i click on view there is nothing that i can do it is either cancel dispute or change reason.

What should i do?

They did not give me refund and on the dispute they said it is shipped but they canceled my order.

They do that trick some customers think well they shipped it let me close the dispute and once you close it you cannot reopen it

on my dispute BFL replied as my items where shipped and they did not provide tracking number.

Also it says required action on my behalf when i click on the dispute there is nothing i can do there.

On the dashboard BFL marked the item as complete and refunded and on the claim they said they shipped it with no tracking number provided.

Any ideas what should i do at this point?

i have a question about paying with a credit card, can the payment be broken on 2 cards?

As i mentioned few days ago that i opened a dispute against BFL and i have escalated the claim, today BFL replied that they shipped my stuff without providing tracking number, they are playing the game to have people cancel the claim and i know they did not ship anything because on day 1 when i opened the claim they marked my invoices on the account dashboard as refunded and complete but i have not received any refund or any asic from there.


Keep in mind guys you can only open a claim once so don't let them trick you to close the claim.

i also opened a paypal dispute against BFL i have 3 orders at first i requested a refund they said no refund is allowed and all orders will be shipped before sept 30 and my order was placed 40 days ago.

So once i opened the dispute with paypal within moments they marked my orders as complete and refunded.

Then 2 days later BFL replied to the dispute request stating all sales are final and bla bla bla so i escalated the claim that they did not deliver. I believe they have 20 days to resolve the issue or paypal will refund my money.

I am also considering to file a claim with the FTC office if lot of people will file a claim they might get the message to stop take preorders and deliver all their pre orders that they took.
