yes ICOs are for dedicated people. people without dedication would stop halfway and their work would only be meaningless. no wonder their are many scam ICOs today because it is easy to create it and launch as long as you have money.

each of us have many king situations. there those that sell early because they wants to maximize their profit before the coins start to dump. and there are those that sell after the bounty because they need money. you see they make a living in crypto and they can't hold for that long. it depends in the situation or the strategy one makes to maximize his/her profit.

many cryptocurrency today have failed already and their value reach zero. many will succeed in their ICOs but after that they start to decline in result their coins start to decease until it reach zero and some don't even have value. not all will be victorious and many of them will fail. i think this is the survival of the fittest.

let's put aside the scam ICOs first. groups/business/company needs money to start their project and by running ICOs they can collect funds. more start to adapt cryptocurrency into their business or company and ICOs is an important part to them for their project to succeed. with this many ICOs run this days only the strong will survive.

ICOs needs advertisement and the longer it run more people will know and more investor will come. less time to advertise less people will know. i even see some ICOs after a months it is finish it offer bounty reward to promote their project because only few people know about this project. ICOs reward bounty campaign 1% or 2% or more of total sales divide to how many campaign there are like signature, facebook twitter etc. and the more tokes is sold the more shares you will get depending on your rank. the more people to know about the ICOs the more it is good to it.
