941  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How risky to invest in cryptocurrency? on: June 12, 2018, 08:11:31 PM
The risk is you can lost all of your investment. But it is rarely getting loss everything, maybe 3 or 5 times from all of your investment. Of you want to invest because you're new in crypto, better to choose the right coin like bitcoin or ethereum. These good for you, and you can learn little by little next in trading activity.
A good suggestion buddy, since OP was a newbie here in crypto investing those well-known coins like bitcoin and ethereum is the best way to go in investing. These two cryptocurrencies no doubt you have a better profit to invest if you have the patience to wait for at least how many months or a year. After a year experience of investing in crypto and working here in the forum, you have already an idea on how to identify which good project ICO to invest, at that time good for to invest in ICO to lowered the possible risk.
942  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What service missing in cryptoworld? on: June 12, 2018, 06:44:25 PM
In crypto world we see that there is many crypto and many service too.What do you think what service is missing in the cryptoworld.

we need more education why people should actually care about crypto so not everyone is only focusing on speculations as it's nowadays, I see no other threads than the ones about prices...
You mean education of crypto to the people and teach them further function about bitcoin?
If this is your thought then I agreed, this service will know more about bitcoin, but since bitcoin still decentralized and nobody knows about this. We still have our own speculation regarding bitcoin price even though that the price was unpredictable.

Other service missing from exchange sites they now start implementing KYC and they forget that crypto was good and safe if you are still anonymous to the others.
943  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I become a Crypto day trader? on: June 12, 2018, 05:32:03 PM
No pain no gain. Small risk for small profit, big risk big profit. That is the nature's law in almost every investment that exist in the universe.
A big check here, that's a good motivation for being a good day trader. Yes, of course, you need to learn first before to jump into the trading business and searching for the best decision is a must in trading because if you have error decision it might cause a failure in a field in trading. A risk is everywhere you need to face and have a good strategy to become a good trader and successful to earn a huge profit.

Btw OP I never used tools in trading because it won't help me searching is the best way there.
And of course, a screen monitor for graphics in price movement in the coins that I have in my portfolio.
944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC system at some program! on: June 10, 2018, 06:21:25 PM
There is two reason, why i never fill the KYC. First because I think they can abuse my personal information. And second because I'm too lazy too fill it  Grin.

I also thought so, but now I see that all the most hyped projects require KYC to get whitelisted (and there are actually thousands of people sending their documents and hoping to take part in tokensale), let's take Fantom or Shivom as examples. Probably some of them send fake documents, but I'd better send my real ones then do it as it's illegal (and I'm also to lazy to photoshop them, haha).
Lately, I submitted my personal data on bounty program that I joined. I filled it up but some of my answers were not relevant to my real identity. Yes it is against in my will but if I know that from the start it will have a KYC I will not surely join but I have no choice to follow them in order to claim my rewards to them. A risk is everywhere, I think showing your ID is no problem for me, but don't show the whole you are.
945  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is global regulation of cryptocurrencies possible? on: June 10, 2018, 04:03:30 PM
Regulate cryptocurrency? I think that is possible to happen that cryptocurrency will be having a global regulation.
What is decentralized? these cryptocurrencies will have on that so they did not take regulation to this digital currency.

How do you think, how can you create a central office system that regulates the cryptocurrency market? Without it, it will not be a legal payment system ...
This problem will depend on which country you are, each country were having a different perception of cryptocurrency.
There some countries that they accept the technology behind these cryptos, so not legal or illegal but still, they can used cryptocurrencies to their place.

What IF the regulation will truly come what will happen of being anonymous to the crypto?
946  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain will help Economy. on: June 10, 2018, 04:55:08 AM
Not at all. Blockchain will destroy economy xD

You know how automation is responsible for our society transformation but also for the mass unemployment we currently have? Well blockchain will be even worse.
With the combinasion of both robots and blockchain.... There is nothing you can't automize!
Moreover blockchain has this horrible idea of being available both for industry and services while automation is mainly on industry.

It's going to crush al that ^^
This idea was also in my mind, not all economy has a good effect on blockchain there is also negative side brings by blockchain technology that makes more worse if ever. Once you have got error transactions on this technology no more trials it is finalized and you can not automize on which where you are a mistake.
Indeed, this technology now had a great function to our society and it will help to our economy as well.

949  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: ₿itcoin Trivia - Did You Know? ❓ 🤔❓🤷‍♀️❓🤷‍♂️❓ on: June 06, 2018, 03:59:29 PM

950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What am i expected to do? on: June 06, 2018, 03:09:08 PM
do you need money now? if not then continue holding or if you need money now and don't have other way to get money then your only option is to sell your coin. it depends in your current situation on what choice you will make. investing in cryptocurrency is very risky so you should think time and time again the choice you will make.
Nice question, most of us always need a money but for me when it comes crypto I can wait until the price bounces back in the market. Because when I saw my coins that holding in my portfolio that when my profit was not there I still holding on I will never sell that while the market is a bloodbath. So better to hold for a while than you lost more than a half on your investment capital, as long as there is a volatile there is a possible all cryptos are to the moon.
951  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market is GREEN today! Bull Run starting now? on: June 06, 2018, 02:16:26 PM
No, I think that you should get used to the fact that bitcoin has recently begun to grow very carefully, but after it immediately loses several hundred dollars in price, many market participants already speak about the most powerful manipulation of the market, but just as now people simply sit in anticipation.
others might say that the market is good now because of the color green. but we cannot assure it when qill it last ling, maybe for next week the color red is in the market again so I suggest to you that every time you will need to be ready to what might happen. if the color is red then, accept it and if it's green then it is great
Maybe? we all both don't know when the cryptocurrency actually awakens from decreasing. Am I right?
Because it is not predictable that you considered your prediction will be right as what you think.
As of now, it is early to decide whether crypto is arising from a dip all we have to do is just wait when it is bounce back the price in market cap.

The question is, are you ready for the bull run? have you invested a lot of crypto?
We are wishing when it comes back but we don't have any crypto on our portfolio.
952  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What are the alternatives for Bitcointalk? on: June 05, 2018, 06:20:27 PM
Several forums similar to Bitcointalk have existed, but none had succeeded. I'm not sure about the correct url, but it is for the altcoins. In that it has got the same form as our bitcointalk.org, such as the ranking, merit, badges, etc. Even some bounty campaigns too were running.

That is really great mate. If there is option to earn money with the other forum newbies who is looking to earn the tokens via bounty will be looking to earn the bitcoin and ethereum if there is option for campaigning there bro.

I have came across many forum and places to earn the money but none of forum will be able to various option to earn the money like doing in this forum mate. You please share the link of the forum you mentioned here.

I once saw a forum full of bounties where various ICOs and bounty campaigns were being promoted their however it eventually failed. Since most of its users were bounty hunters, there was not much discussion happening. There are actually many forums that try to replicate bitcointalk.org and even copy the same interface even though it's too outdated however not many succeed because they don't get the same audience nor do they attain enough users.
You are right because they are not most popular, I think those people want like bitcointalk why they are come because of profit more population the more chance of having profit so bitcointalk.org the best site since it is the oldest among all bounties sites.
We considered as a bitcointalk.org is an original site because it is made by Satoshi Nakamoto.

954  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to buy not top 100 crypto currencies? on: June 01, 2018, 06:05:50 PM
Hey what do you think, is it risky to buy crypto currencies that are not top 100? I mean do you have a higher chance to lose your money or not?
Yes it is a high risk or higher chance that you may lose your money  if you pick under top 100 altcoin. But if you pic the right one, it is very rewarding. But I highly suggest to pick on top 50 because even if you pick a top 100 altcoin it is not an assurance that you will get  a profit in the end.
Generally, if a person has the opportunity and not only to buy so many coins, but also to control all these projects, then a very good result is possible. After all, the fact is that you can not uniquely store or invest your funds in one or two directions.
Top 100 in altcoin is lowered risk compared to another altcoin not in the 100 top list on altcoins, but in general, not all of these are profitable. I considered in my self that altcoin, not in top 10 lists on marketcap was nothing and if ever there's a 1 coin from to 100 will pump up I'm sure after a month it will go down. I personally experienced on that holding coins from bounty reward after a month coin is in top 100 lists in marketcap but later on it becomes shitcoin.
955  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency wallets: Can they be hacked?? on: June 01, 2018, 04:07:22 PM
I am very interested to know if cryptocurrency wallets like Bitcoin Core, NEON, Electrum can ever be hacked ?

There has been some hacking of them due to the badly written code, for instance famous parity wallet, multisig wallets were hacked for ether and funds were locked in contracts. It is irreversible without hard fork. So it can be hacked but only if it was coded poorly...
You have a point that coded poorly is one factor that is possible to hack, so in that case, we need to double private key in our online wallet especially those not using hardware wallet. Applying 2FA authentication is the best thing to do, and keep always in a safe place your private key we have our responsibility to keep that safe.
956  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: No fees crypto exchange platforms? on: May 31, 2018, 05:54:45 PM
We are making research about free crypto trading platforms.

Can anyone suggest some good exchanges without trading and withdrawal fees?

BTW if there are free crypto exchanges why they are not very popular?

No one will give free services for you and if someone saying they are offering free services never send your money into those accounts because your account will be frozen once you deposit your money there.The fee are collected because they are giving some services to us and they also have to maintain staffs for that site so they can't provide this service for free,unless you do. Roll Eyes
Exactly mate, as of now no one service offered for free. Exchange site will have profit by collecting from clients fees during they have a transaction either it is deposit or withdrawal transactions. So, let us accept the fact that we need to pay for them for better good service aside from those shitty exchange that having a ton of issues. That's the reason why I stored my coins in exchange while it is a small amount that not enough to cover the fees.
957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are stakes? on: May 31, 2018, 05:34:59 PM
There's a thread here that discussing stake on how to calculate, here is I quoted below the formula on how to get your share in a stake.
It was clearly stated on the formula on how to know your share in a stake.

You can use a formula to calculate your stakes.
S = Sum of Currency
y = Number of your own stakes
n = Number of stakes ( You must count the number of stakes in the spreadsheet)
x = What you get

x = S/n * y
Edit: Example for better understanding of the formula:
S = 1 BTC
y = 5 (your own stakes)
n = 1000 (all stakes)
x = 1 BTC/1000 * 5 = 0.001 * 5 = 0.005 BTC
When i saw his post i really understand on how to compute your rewarding stake in bounty campaign participants.
OP, hopefully, it will help you this post, if you are already satisfied their answer you may lock this thread.
958  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / "FACEcoin" Facebook planning to launch there own cryptocurrency on: May 31, 2018, 04:18:20 PM

If I'm not mistaken bawat isa sa atin ay mayroong account na Facebook sa social media.
In my own research, Facebook had 2.19 billion monthly active users ngayong taon 2018.

Well, good news the company founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg of social media Facebook company ay may plano na gumamit ng blockchain at maglaunch ng sariling cryptocurrency at ang pangalan nito ay "facecoin".
Batay sa mga nakalap kung source at impormasyon ang Facebook company ay nag eexplore sa posibilidad na paglulunsad ng sarili nitong cryptocurrency, at pwedi rin sila mag-integrate ng digital coin into its payment system and help them transfer money and make payments. Sa madaling salita kagaya din ito ng Paypal at Coins.ph na pwedi gamiting pambayad or as a payment transaction gamit ay facebook account lamang. Galing diba?

Ayos diba? Kayo sa ano sa palagay niyo?
Pero hindi ko pa po alam when talaga ang launching nila to this coin.

Woah, that is a good news now cryptocurrency will be continued spreading even on social media like Facebook.
Hopefully, this project was having a campaign here in the forum for more exposure of the project I know this new coin launched by Mark the owner and developer of social media facebook will soon to be bloom.

Good  news for crypto currency community if this news is going to happen. Facebook involvement in crypto is going to raise more awareness in the use of cryptocurrency
For sure it will be going to succeed.
960  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NEO hold for long term is better or Not? on: May 31, 2018, 07:31:07 AM
NEO is one of the good potential coin.
-snip
Any suggestion Please.
You already answered your question since NEO is good and having a high potential in holding long-term then I personally agreed that yes NEO is good for long-term investment. NEO has a great technology and strong fundamental coins so probably it is good to keep for long-term purposes.
