You are clearly stated that you hate waiting well, that's the main factor of being a good trader you just wait and have patience to achieve you gains and have profit. There's nothing you could do now just wait until the price will back to normal, just hold or forgot for a while then after 5-6 months you will see the result. Greediness is one factor that you having a lost in trading just calm and relax control your emotion.

Actually in trading you can't earned instantly just by hour or by day, you need to wait atleast 4-5 months holding your coins to invest.
Don't act like panic selling if the coins your holding at is dump having patience is a must in trading not to lost all your money in by doing this.
Control your emotion, by doing in trading you just hold until it bounce back and earned huge profit in trading.

I always encountered with this same question for a newbie, well, as of now you can't make an account in bittrex, poloniex and binance recently they announced that they did not accept for new account member and the reason is to give better service to their member. Why you should not try in hitBtC so far that's a good site will now still accepting new account or you just wait for bittrex, poloniex and binance for their announcement when they are open for creating and accepting new accounts. In low fees i must prefer on binance, then happy trading good luck. Grin

I prefer to choose binance compared to bittrex, besides both exchange site are having a good in services to their member but when it come in registration bittrex is much more strict they asking you an ID for verification. But i think it's not a big deal here, i know they are doing that for better security of you're wallet to avoid scammer. Big problem is that both exchange site now was not accepting for new account maybe it takes a days after it was available again.
