901  Economy / Speculation / Re: How long will the bear market last? on: June 27, 2018, 02:37:46 PM
When you and others cause it to happen the bear market will end. There is no reason for a higher valuation at the moment. If you wrote to Amazon and insisted they take bitcoin, things could change. But a community of people sitting around asking each other "What's going to happen next?". That does not justify a bull run in the market.

It seems to me that writing on Amazon is useless. First of all, it is still illegal to accept bitcoins for payment. Secondly, most bitcoin owners are not ready to part with their coins. It will not bring the sellers the increase in the number of buyers. Therefore, this will not happen. But I agree that the use of bitcoin as a currency will make it more popular and stable in price.
I think that's not illegal and also not legal too but they allow to used bitcoin as a mode of payment. That's why there's a lot of people keep saying that there's a whale on bitcoin price trying to monitor and make the price cheap so that they can buy bitcoin when it is cheaper in the market. Spreading fake news one of the reason also the price goes down and smallholders got panic and sell their bitcoin hold.
But all of these are just my own understanding actually no one knows what will happen next so much better to hold our coins.
902  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Follow Strictly while trading on: June 25, 2018, 07:47:05 PM
All stated in OP are correct and easy to follow just to avoid mistakes that make an error and turn into losing your money in trading.
We all know that trading is very risky to have a profit there is a time if you got wrong decision it might be losing you, all of these are need to study and research will before you engage in this kind of earning money.
When you start trading then don't expect too much always remember that this is like a gambling.
903  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Market manipulation on: June 25, 2018, 06:21:13 PM
The Bitcoin market is often accused of being a manipulated market. Main stream media and Wall Street wolves like Warren Buffet don't leave a chance to emphasize this aspect. While I think they are (partially) right, the old school financial market is not much better. And this aspect is not mentioned very often, this is why I would like to share this article of Cryptobriefing: https://cryptobriefing.com/amp/world-not-shocked-as-jpmorgan-fined-65-million/?__twitter_impression=true

one of the shortcomings of the digital currency from some other shortcomings is that the market can be manipulated by big investors because prices depend on volality so they can set their own price.
I don't know what are you talking about mate, there is a possibility that the big investors can make manipulation in the market or those big politicians that want to manipulate price and keep spreading FUD news to discourage small investors and do the panic selling. Probably that happened many rich people can play the price the bitcoin in the market.
Lucky for us that we know everything here regarding bitcoin price manipulation we don't act panic selling because we are already aware.
904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Time for Alts? on: June 25, 2018, 05:40:22 PM
I think, BTC movement has stopped and Alt's can raise %10-20 in 1-2 days. So what do you think about it? Should we buy now some alts?

What is your basis that altcoin can raise upto 20% in the next two days? Just becuase BTC is not recovering right now it doesn't mean that altcoin will pump, if you look at the graph at coinmarketcap you can see that they are all similar if bitcoin is down so do most of the altcoin. However with the current price of the market it is still good to buy because the price is so cheap then hold it till recovery for instant and decent profit.
I don't think so if altcoins are raised now at that range because altcoins price movement will depend on bitcoin price, yeah, if you look out the graph at Coinsmarketcap price it is just like the same at bitcoin price movement. So, therefore, I must be preferred to used fiat to invest in altcoins and bitcoin. It is the best opportunity to invest them all using our local fiat not any digital currency.
905  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin, the highest fall in the year 2018 on: June 25, 2018, 11:54:41 AM
All of you arguing the prediction of bitcoin that we all know bitcoin price was unpredictable in the market, but if we compared the price chart movement in bitcoin compared last year or other years, in the end, it will raise up at last quarter in the month.
It doesn't matter now if bitcoin will in the dip and I'm sure it will be bounced back again sooner or later, so, the BIG question is are you ready if bitcoin price will hit the higher price? checked your portfolio and store a huge amount in bitcoin while it is cheap now in the market.

907  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: June 22, 2018, 07:43:17 PM

Limited palang ata yan.

But I don't think if XRP is good to hold right now.
908  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to deal with multiple accounts and abusing faucet? on: June 22, 2018, 07:24:29 PM
In this case, implementing KYC is the best option to avoid that abusers on your gambling site, they must be filled up the form before joining from your site. I don't have experience on this but technically most of the site now was implementing KYC, i don't know if some people like this but if your site was profitable to them they keep coming. Another thing that you can avoid is higher the amount they can withdraw not like the same amount on the faucet.

snip-
1. Prevent sign ups from temporarily email domains
2. Block all VPNS/Tor/Sock5
3. Restrict accounts to 1 per IP address, but don't make this rule public knowledge otherwise it will be circumvented.
I would rather suggest the number 1 and 2.
909  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: How safe is my wallet at blockchain.info on: June 22, 2018, 06:48:44 PM
It doesn't matter what's wallet it is an online wallet or hardware wallet ( offline ) as long as you know how to keep a private key it is always safe. Easy to access blockchain.info and easy to use no need for a KYC, not like other wallets that were asking for your personal data.
https://blockchain.info it needs Gmail verification and phone number verification that's it, easy as that.
If you used that wallet I suggest you for short-term holding but if you want long-term hardware wallet is the best like trexor and ledger nano.

But the best suggestion is to stick with Wallet which you do have the full control like Electrum or Bitcoin core.
I agreed on this I must prefer into this wallet too.
910  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HitBTC is a scam on: June 22, 2018, 06:03:00 PM
I won't say Hitbtc is a very good exchange. It maybe not a scam, but too many cases of pending withdrawals, hacked accounts, and poor support to answer all the tickets. Those are enough reasons to be careful and step aside.
You can find a lot of people share their experience with this site and give negative reviews.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2556342.0
https://steemit.com/hitbtc/@gabrielmotta/why-is-think-hitbtc-is-a-scam
Furthermore, Hitbtc rated 2.21 on http://bittrust.org/hitbtc
HITBTC IS NOT SCAM!!! But there were some issues in December.

Then I say yes HitBTC is not a scam because I have an account there so far I don't have encountered any troubles regarding withdrawal to their exchange site everything went smooth transactions. Probably they are lack of support team to resolve issues and that case your transaction and money will freezing to their exchange site. So, I think if you are a client their make it sure that every transaction you made be sure that everything was right and no errors.
911  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency is a trending topic all over the world? on: June 22, 2018, 05:40:57 PM
Cryptocurrency is not the trending topic around the world. People who have known about it as well who were new to the cryptocurrency keeps searching of more and more sources to make them knowledged in the cryptocurrency industry. This leads to the increased search for bitcoin on search engines and that doesn't mean it is the trending subject around the world.
Yeah exactly , if a single group of people like the forum community for instance keeps searching about crypto related stuff all the time the charts will certainly go high in google reports about people searching about crypto but that won't mean that more people are doing it .
If it was really a trending topic , certainly many people would be tempted to hop on the train and invest some of their money into it yet we are seeing a bearish market for more than 5 months now ..
People are busy with the world cup right now , so don't tell me cryptos is a trading topic XD ..
Precisely, there are some people did not know crypto because there's a news that who destroy the image of bitcoin and other related on cryptocurrency they think that all of these are scam maybe that was in their mind some are ignoring on this. So, we could not conclude that it is now the trending topic of all social media.
But I guess it will happen maybe one of these days, time to time advertising on social media promoting ICO will lead people to have an interest if they saw that there are some people who successfully have income through this crypto.
912  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Source of Funds on: June 22, 2018, 12:55:03 PM
913  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin adoption can save lives now! on: June 22, 2018, 10:11:51 AM
-SNIP
Criminals will definitely find a way around getting to your coins.
Yes, that's correct.
Even digital money there is a risk of your life not only physical money because as what have said the statement above of my post criminals will definitely find a way around and seeing which better a good to rob. Well, physical money is a high chance of getting rob compared to digital money but it doesn't mean that in that way people adopt bitcoin, there's another alternative way not to hold your paper money. Debit card and ATM maybe one of their option.
914  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Doing ICO as solo developer on: June 21, 2018, 07:20:50 PM
Hello,

I'm new in the forum, but following blockchain since 2013.

So my question is, are you ever seen any solo developer ICO's? Or the big team is more attractive for investors?

Do you really think creating an ICO is al about the developer itself?

You may create it but you will never be able to execute the idea of it with the plan in the real world. You will have to have a team (big one) for different stages of its development. You may need advisory bodies, directors, face of your ICO that is founder and co-founder, financial bodies, legal persons, analysts and many more. These all people when come together, they can create whole ICO but more successful and legit one. In short you will need team surely and you can not make it alone, doesn't matter how hard you try it.
Exactly mate, OP you must have a team to build and ICO because it is not easy to accommodate all your with your project. If you force your self to do alone in that project may be the outcome was a failed project. A team is needed aside from you as a developer or a founder of your project, went smooth working and building up your project if you have a complete to work on it.
915  Economy / Economics / Re: When the government forbids cryptocurrency on: June 21, 2018, 06:43:59 PM
When the government forbids cryptocurrency

In my country, the government is gradually apply internet and cryptocurrency control decrees. Previously, they banned direct Bitcoin transactions. Currently, they are banning crypto-related bank transfers. And of course, ICOS is also gradually banned .
Initially, they said they would not ban crypto and bitcoin. But now their actions show that they do not want crypto to exist.
Is their purpose not to secure crypto investors? They are trying to make it their own
They see huge profits being lost for themselves
And when the internet management program took place in my country, maybe I could not come up here to share my views like this. So sad

In my own opinion, governments will be only forbidding cryptocurrency if banks or other business which is related to government assets are being negatively affected then that is the time they are going to illegalize cryptocurrency on their country.
Like what they ask much better if OP includes his statement of which country on that having a control to the people not access bitcoin into the internet and that was clearly controlling people as what they want. Well, in this case in cryptocurrency each country has a different perspective on crypto, there are some countries they think that crypto maybe the big competitor to the bank someday and surely governments is against on this not only that they also see the possible negative side on crypto users may be used in illegal activities such as buying guns and prohibited drugs.
916  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: June 21, 2018, 05:56:51 PM
917  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Benefits of gambling? Yes - it exists! on: June 20, 2018, 06:26:11 PM
Yes, it's really the benefits of gambling but now look things differently: What's the price you (gambler) have to pay? You lose, casino wins, that means their employees and casino owners get money from your own pocket + goverment gets money from casino. Finally those pockets are filled but a pocket of a lot of gamblers is empty, that doesn't worth.
It's not a way of profit too but it can be a very, very relaxing if you play for fun.
And that's what number 2 that I personally did when I need to relax from whole day work and need for entertainment.
I'm not chasing money on gambling because I know the more you gambled the more you have to lose and make your pocket easy to empty.
That's right, you could not treat gambling as a source of income that chasing money on this, and the only thing that gambling brings benefits is only entertainments.
918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token sale without registration, kyc and etc on: June 20, 2018, 05:23:45 PM
Hi guys, please advise me a few ongoing ICO without registration, kyc. Or send me smart-contracts that work automatically without waiting and without confirmation. I have to buy tokens right now. Thx!
this is one of the beginning of the failure in investing, do not want complicated but want to get the benefits only, do not want to follow the rules set by an ICO project, better do not participate in investing, if the tone does not want to provide data themselves, whereas KYC itself for ourselves, to avoid money laundering from corrupt or money-laundering irresponsible people like terrorists.
I smell that time to time the decentralized crypto will become a centralized near in the future because of this having KYC to the company that I'm sure required to the government where the company based or that project. These gathering data to us just to avoid illegal activities that against the company group. So, in this practice method of showing identity, the word of being anonymous is missing.

There are many ICOs that do not require KYC. You can see the information at: https://icobench.com/. The information here is quite useful
Maybe it is unsafe for us.
919  Economy / Economics / Re: How to cope up with the falling prices? on: June 20, 2018, 02:16:51 PM
For me, the best time to invest tokens is when the ICO is still running because that is the right time to buy it in cheaper price and after the ICO and the tokens are listed on a big exchange the price will be changing constantly and usually higher but still it depends on the demands or the team who are running the projects.
I like this strategy but its too risky when you investing token in ICO project that still running. You know why?
There are so many ICO's projects that having a complete document that investors are easy to attract them but at the end, they were left and nobody knows where they( i say this because I already experienced ).
I personally don't want to hold token from ICO because as what I have observed it takes only 1 month for pumping after that back to lower price. Indeed, good to hold in crypto are those coins that having a high potential on profit.
920  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: June 20, 2018, 10:58:50 AM
Bakit nasabi mo na hindi necesarry? you could not cash out if hindi mo natapos yung at least level 2 so dapat you need to finish that level para magamit mo na ang wallet mo at makapag cash out kana ng through banks or remittances.

To inform everyone bale up na po ang Ripple at BitcoinCash sa coins.ph, sa mga hindi nag uupdate sa play store check niyp yun bagong update.
Well, it is a good news mate. Mas lalo ng gumaganda Coins.ph ngayon.
