Honestly, its never too late to join bitcoin.

I find the whole idea of people saying that it's "too late" to join Bitcoin a ridiculous notion. To me it's like saying it's "too late to get internet", "too late to join Facebook", or "too late to get a smart phone." "Damn, I missed out on that whole Internet revolution!"

A nonsensical phrase. At no point in time now or in the future will anyone be "missing out" on getting some Bitcoin.

If they mean that it's too late to make a ton of money with Bitcoin, then they need to re-evaluate their notion of what money is. Should I say, "Well it's too late to buy Gold because I can't get it for $0.10/oz. valuation like my ancestors were able to."  ? Roll Eyes

I don't get that either. I think it would help if we would start talking about satoshi / fiat exchange rates. If these people see 1 BTC = 4000 USD, they think it's to late to buy. But most likely some of these people would buy if they see a exchange rate of 1 Sat = 0.00004 USD.

I think the number of coinbase accounts are overrated. there are many coinbase accounts, but I bet a lot of them are unused.

I created a coinbase account for the price alert feature in the coinbase app just to find out it's not working. I removed the app and never used my coinbase account again. And I think many other people did the same thing.

1249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / can states buy all bitcoin? on: September 20, 2017, 07:21:28 PM
what would happen if most of the bitcoin were owned by a single organization? for states that print their own fiat money, financing to buy "all" bitcoin would be possible.

the state would presumably risk hyperinflation due to the enormous increase of money and bring the bitcoin rate to astronomical values.

but then, when the state is in possession of "all" bitcoin, it can make the circulation of bitcoin quasi succumb. bitcoin dead, population impoverished, mission accomplished.

I don't know Why but i Just want to make same ATH guess like last time
Rules ....: the one  with the right date of ATH gets .25 btc paid directly  (UTC time)    (closest to ATH.....)
I look to Every page in here from now When a date is picked first iT cannot been taken again ( 1st =1st)
Another .25 btc is rewarded for ho makes best of technical analyse of the time When we strike ATH.... and Why iT happens at that time.....
So This .25 also only to been payed 1 time .... and not 2 times te same explanation.... (1st =1st)

Both answers to win must been inside before 20-09-2017
Goodluck to the ones that like This

UPDATE listmaking                 notice a * is when the person put good enough explanation for other .25 BTC  (person with no * only play ATH or have to put little better )

OK I'll try again. I see I didn't search back carefully enough to see that Oct 2, 2017 was already taken when I posted this morning.

For the same reasons, I'll have to take Oct 1,2017 even though it's a Sunday. If it's already gone, I guess I'll have to take Oct 6, 2017 which is the nearest available date following.
____

As a suggestion, if you ever do this again, make a separate thread so it would be easier to see which dates are taken without having to wade through the entire wall observer thread with its walls of text, antisemitic gold buggery and pointless debates.

Youre in So 6/10 iT was right .... ? And next time i would do ...
kindly put me down for 16/11/17 please, thanks goossens

can you please put me down for 27/10/17? thank you
1252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The 70 000 000 000 $ question on: September 15, 2017, 12:35:20 PM
From Sep 2 the total crypto market cap went down more than 70 billions, that's more than the combined anual GDP of the baltic states with 5 million people.

Where have all those money gone?

I lost my wallet  Sad

1254  Economy / Speculation / Re: To what low will bitcoin fall in this crash on: September 14, 2017, 12:56:08 PM
i am newbie and brought some bitcoin recently and sold off with loss in last weeks rally. i invested a little yesterday when it was falling again, but i see its still going down. whats the lowest bitcoin might go to, please advise....

perhaps you should invest in something else if you have such weak hands and always sell your coins with a loss.
1255  Economy / Speculation / Re: cheap coin is coming??? on: September 14, 2017, 10:50:27 AM
maybe it will become even cheaper in the next days but nobody knows for sure. if you want to hold it for a longer time, I think it's save to invest now.

1258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is happening again? The market is looking all red! on: September 13, 2017, 10:18:10 AM
there are multiple reasons for this development.

1. rumors about a china bitcoin exchange ban
2. JP Morgan CEO calling bitcoin a fraud is all over the mainstream news
3. the segwit2x fork threat in november is also approaching
