Just want to ask why does Hans-Peter Hülsebusch, your Financial adviser, doesn't have any direct links to his LinkedIn? he's one of the two team members who doesn't have that one, the rest have it, maybe you might need to update that information.

103  Economy / Economics / Re: The lack of financial education on: February 02, 2018, 02:12:38 PM
The lack of financial education in general is a worrying problem. We teach students about literature, maths, science, ... and we tell them that those are the things they need to know in life. Yet usually, the largest single expense they will have on their lives is a house, and that normally comes with a mortgage. Yet, only a few schools will tell them what should they be expecting, the risks and the consequences of such a contract.

Bitcoin and alts is another case in which people are carefully kept in ignorance by the governments and lobbies.

What can we do to make more people interested in economy and finance and to better educate the youth so that they don´t get ripped-off?
Schools also taught us self-discipline and respect for us to overcome challenges along our way. It's not always about intellect, theories or grammars which others meticulously criticizing but it's about strategies.Indeed schools and government couldn't teach us everything,self-study and experiences are good teachers too.
Self-discipline is the key to manage our finances well. This forum could also be a great help to those who are interested to learn more on crypto, hopefully higher ranks could serve as a guide,to share their knowledge in order to build a strong and knowledgeable community.

105  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin is making this world a better place? on: January 19, 2018, 06:52:43 AM
They say, money make the world go round. Without money nothing will move around.

Money is key in building any human civilization and bitcoin is more than just a money, it's something bigger.

Do you think bitcoin value and speed will help change the face of our current civilization for good? Share with us what you think... thanks Smiley

On the brighter side, bitcoin has a great help especially in terms of financial assistance and for easier transfer of transactions but relying in money and bitcoin doesn't have always a good result. It depends also on how people use their bitcoin and money because people's attitude sometimes change because of money.Personal interest mostly exist when money involves. So in addition with bitcoin and money do include respect and self-discipline to be the key in building human civilization.

Is Bitcoin More Important Than Ethereum?
As for the bitcoin's value and more trusted cryptocurrency, for now bitcoin is more important than ethereum and I haven't known any direct exchanges of ethereum here in my country. It is still necessary to convert eth on bitcoin in order to cash out, which only mean ethereum's value varies on bitcoin's value when converted.

108  Economy / Economics / Re: plan for the future with bitcoin on: January 12, 2018, 10:45:46 PM
Bitcoin's value now is lower that before so it's better to hold and invest more on it now for it has a potential to pump  soon. But you must also be ready to take the risk therefore hold and invest what you can afford to loose because failure is a part of investing.Though
the chance of success is bigger in choosing bitcoin as investment when you have the right strategy.
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No Cryptocurrency Ban in South Korea on: January 12, 2018, 03:37:55 PM
There will be no cryptocurrency trading ban in the short-term in South Korea, according to the Blue Office, the executive office and official residence of the country’s head of state.

"All government ministries agree on the need for a government response to an overheating in cryptocurrency speculation and for a degree of regulation," FInance Minister Kim Dong-yeon told reporters, as quoted by the news agency Yonhap.

"The issue of banning exchanges that the justice minister talked about yesterday is a proposal by the Justice Ministry and it needs more coordination among ministries," Kim added.

Friday’s news comes after a major wave of criticism was aroused in South Korea following the previous day’s announcement by the Ministry of Justice, stating its plans to ban cryptocurrency trading. It seems the Ministry of Justice acted independently and without the consent of other government agencies. More than 60,000 Koreans have signed a petition against the mooted cryptocurrency trading ban and for the dismissal of the head of the Ministry of Justice Park Sang-ki, who announced the upcoming ban. South Korea is one of the largest hubs for cryptocurrency mining and trading.
That's a good news.Yesterday after the announcement of the justice minister of South Korea regarding the plan of banning cryptos, bitcoin's value suddenly dropped. Those negative news has a negative impact on cryptocurrencies.Good thing South Korea won't allow cryptos to get banned anymore, this is an indication that bitcoin's value will increase again.

111  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could we expect more years like "2017"? on: January 12, 2018, 07:59:53 AM
Bitcoin sore high on 2017 and I'm optimistic it will happen again this year. It's not impossible for bitcoin to pump again for its demand increases each year and it's worth holding until bitcoin's another huge pump.
112  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's price is getting low on: January 12, 2018, 12:08:03 AM
The negative news about bitcoin could be reason on bitcoin's value for it might be also one reason for some big investors to drop their bitcoin.Just like what happened yesterday when the justice minister of South Korea announced of their plans to ban crypto currency trading in their country and raided exchanges for tax evasion. The news had a great effect on bitcoin's price though the said  plan was not been finalized yet.
The volatility of bitcoin's price is just normal, it may fall its value now but it will recover soon. This is just the event traders are waiting in order to buy more coins to hodl.
113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a mode of payment on: January 11, 2018, 01:52:44 PM
Just wondering, who is accumulating Bitcoin via using it as a method of being paid, so instead of being paid in dollars or any other amount you ask client to pay you via Bitcoin especially merchants and freelancers. I think it is cool to be paid via Bitcoin because it appreciates so its like you can earn twice if you sell high.
Being paid in bitcoin for me is an advantage for no doubt the value of bitcoin will pump anytime soon.As bitcoin continues to grow the amount of our earnings will increase too so it is more exciting to receive payment in bitcoin form rather than fiat. But my regular job do pay me in fiat and being paid in bitcoin is just an extra job but helps me a lot.
114  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if the government know bitcoin in your country? on: January 11, 2018, 03:29:33 AM
I think they will ban bitcoin because of the fearful that may affect of the economics of my country but i disagree there opinion because working bitcoin is very helpful for me especially the support financial.
There were countries banning bitcoin for security purposes and others considered bitcoin as a competition of their national currency. Here in my country, the government already had an idea regarding bitcoin and it is not banned here nor legalized but we're free to use it for they regulate  the exchanges so that it won't abusively used.
115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think? Which is the best way to earn Bitcoin? on: January 10, 2018, 09:26:56 PM
Which is the best way to earn BTC do you think?   Roll Eyes

1) Fauceting
2) Trading
3) Mining
4) Article writing (Forum)
5) Investing

I think Article writing is the best way.  Cool
Tell me your opinion.I want to know about this.Thank you.

 Grin
Bitcoin became a unique valuable asset in which people tend to hold for a longer period.Earning bitcoins has several ways and the best way to earn bitcoin for me is by joining signature campaigns and trading. In joining signature campaigns, your only capital is your time, effort and knowledge and there's no need to draw money. When the fund is enough, then trading is also good to increase the amount of bitcoin you're holding.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can ethereum be beat Bitcoin on: January 10, 2018, 03:39:30 PM
Ethereum is mooning incredibly with stability, But bitcoin still a volatile coin. Lots of crypto expert telling that 2018 Will be for Ethereum. So, what do you think, Can Ethereum beat Bitcoin?

Sorry For bad English. I am trying to improve it.

Thank You, everyone.
Bitcoin's value is so high nowadays and stronger community kept on supporting it despite of its flaws. This year might be a good year for ethereum but it's still a long way to go for ethereum to beat bitcoin's value. But ethereum is really a potential coin and one day it will pump high, might not be this year but on the near future.
117  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin vs Ethereum after 5 years? on: January 10, 2018, 08:22:05 AM
What is most profitable to invest for 5 years ?BT or ETH
For a long term investment like 5 years from now I prefer to hold both bitcoin and ethereum for they both have potential to grow more.Investing in eth will also be profitable since the price now is not so expensive unlike bitcoin and I foresee a growth on its value after 5 years which made this coin profitable to invest aside from investing bitcoin.
118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: January 09, 2018, 11:24:06 PM
Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?
Bitcoin is the first to exist and became the most popular coin among all cryptocurrencies. But we cannot tell what will happen in the future as there are also increasing developers which soon could develop new and more improve coins. If the flaws of bitcoin won't be improve and would still have expensive yet slow transactions,it is possible that it will be replaced by another cryptocurrency one day.
119  Other / Off-topic / Re: Everybody is joining.. on: January 09, 2018, 05:25:02 PM
As we can we some of the coins under 50 sats went up recently, now I think many people are now joining in our crypto world. What do you guys think?
Cryptocurrency is now increasing its popularity and there were lot of ICOs launched almost everyday.Lot of altcoins existed nowadays ,few got value and some were just shitcoins. You're right, many people are now joining in this crypto world for they have seen hope on it. We cannot deny the fact that we all want profit that's why even if it's risky ,people still chose to invest for there is also a greater probability to earn a huge profit .
120  Economy / Economics / Re: 2017 Was Bitcoin's Year. 2018 Will Be ....... on: January 09, 2018, 02:17:48 PM
Bitcoin with it's high fees and slow transaction times is hardly suitable for payments – spending the same fee whether you buy a coffee or send $100,000 is a joke and the promise of scaling solutions such as the Lightning Network hasn’t been fulfilled.[1]

While there's no shortage of old and new believers to keep the party going, along with plenty of developers working to create better, forked versions of bitcoin, I’m betting my chips on a more flexible alternative.
The door is wide open for blockchains that use smart contracts, like ethereum,
[2] bitcoincash, litecoin and more......

2018 Will Be ....... Year’s? [Writer choose ethereum, what will be your choice?and why?]

Source:  [1] [2]
2018 will still be a year for bitcoin for people still have faith in holding bitcoin despite of its weaknesses as currency .People will continue to hold bitcoin as an investment for it was more tested than other altcoins but hopefully developers can do something on this very slow transaction with high transaction fees this year.
