There is a distinct element between real life and Bitcointalk forum.
1 Name in real life.
It is undeniable that a good name is expected to have a positive effect on children's behavior. But a good name means nothing if parents do not provide proper guidance and direction so that children become good human beings and have noble character as all parents dream of.
Parents must be role models and idols for children, because in general children have idols or superheroes in the world of imagination. But in the real world, children also want to have a Superhero. Parents must be able to become what their children want so that the child's character changes for the better.
2. Name in the Bitcointalk Forum.
No matter how good your username is on the Bitcointalk forum, it will not have any effect on your account, because the forum ranking is not determined by the username, without contributing well to the forum you will never rank up.
This forum does not look at the good and bad names of each user, the positive value here is the contribution to the forum.

Username can be a Symbol that can be better known by the majority of forum users if it can make a good contribution to the forum. who doesn't recognize JayJuanGee, DdmrDdmr, mprep, The Pharmacist, fillippone, Welsh, LoyceV and Rikafip, But I'm not belittling other names who have contributed to the Bitcointalk forum. It is highly recommended for Newbies to use a user name that is familiar in real life, because the goal is to make it easier for other users to recognize you when you are outside the forum. A good name who has made a good contribution to the forum will have a positive impact on your social media accounts, such as Twitter, Telegram and You Tube. Other users who are fans of you will follow you because you are considered a good motivator for them. |

 I'm not too surprised by the fact that is happening right now, because the role of supply and demand will determine where Bitcoin will go. Maybe the very high price difference between 2021 and 2022 is due to the manipulation of whales, they can play their power to make prices drop or up. Sometimes they deliberately spread FUD to sell or exit so that the mentality of small traders is weak, eventually selling them out of panic. Today Bitcoin is at $18,975, if you look at what happened in the market during 2017/2018 ago, the pattern is almost the same. Is this a sign Bitcoin will be at the $15k price level? Hopefully the market recovery can occur during October and get better until the end of the year, as some FUD could also hit the market so strongly. |

Hi @DVlog I hope you don't miss this as one of the rules @fillippone set as the OP in this Thread. - Don’t submit posts that have already gotten more than two merits. If a post has already gotten 2 merits or more I would simply skip it.
Here there are rules that must be upheld so that your application is not missed by the OP or other sources. Lucky you get an additional 7 Merits from the generous User @AnotherAlt which makes you faster in the new rank. For the second experiment later, try to read all the rules in the main thread, this is one of the conditions so that your application is not missed and the OP time is not wasted just to review posts that do not fall into the proper category. |

I can easily see the Op tag even though I'm Online on my mobile. A little information for newbies or other users who don't know the origin of adding the tag (OP) next to the topic-starter name. Adding the (Op) tag is a suggestion from @ajaxtempest described in his thread on May 07, 2022 OP posting easier identification system. Suggestions from @ajaxtempest received a positive response from users who have been instrumental in the forum. I think such a system can be useful, specially in sections where the spammy replies outweighs the number of informative replies. Often it can be confusing to keep track of the OP's actual replies in the thread because the number of posts replying to the First post is more than a single digit number. Some of the threads in the "Bitcoin Discussion" and "Altcoin Discussion" are made with genuine "coffeeshop-debate" idea in mind but ends up being a influx of a Black Friday sale.  Hence I would support the "OP's" idea here. I often find myself scrolling up, to see if a post was made by OP. In many cases the post deserves to be reported unless it was made by OP. Especially on topics from Newbies it's confusing. So I support this suggestion  That's....actually a damn good idea, and I wouldn't mind seeing it implemented when the new forum software is rolled out. Unfortunately there's only two problems: 1) You might not live long enough to see the new forum software rolled out, and 2) This suggestion might be completely ignored, as so many others have.
The idea of indicating an Op is not a bad one. When you visit social media such as facebook, that feature is used, it's indicated as "author".
I think it's worth implementing, unless there will be a draw back because of forum SMF.

I was thinking of at least an icon like a mic icon of OP in Reddit back in the days, but due to avatars and the coin logo corresponding the rank of the user, it might be a little difficult to see.
Sometimes when I read certain threads, I am looking for OP's replies if s/he is even bothering to discuss with the replies in the thread or just blatantly abandoned the whole thread. In case the latter happens, I usually either don't bother joining the discussion or just report the thread.
I tend to agree with the suggestion. Sometimes it needs to scroll up when you forgot the OP name, it will help us if you don't want to memorize first the OP username. Though the idea isn't necessary much at least, it's hassle-free for us as a reader how to easily catch up or determine the OP replies. But the question is, how to apply such a system to SMF which the forum used. Alternative suggestion. I've been currently using the chrome BPIP Extension to add further features that I liked, it's possible to add this feature on the BPIP chrome extension too while waiting for the result of the OP's proposal? I agree with this, I think such functionality could be helpful, and I do not see any negative side to it. Sometimes it is hard to follow the thread, especially when it spans over multiple pages. It might be useful to highlight OP posts in some way to get the discussion back on track.
According to them, the addition of the (OP) tag will be very useful to identify the name of the starter-topic in the next post. Then the suggestions from the people above were responded to by theymos and added a tag (OP) next to the name of the topic-starter. I probably never would've spent the ~hour figuring out how to add it because it strikes me as unnecessary, but I also don't see the harm in it. Since you wrote the code, I added it. Thanks!

I don't think you're breaking rule number 7. After I interpret what you mean above, you seem like you are asking for 1 merit from other forum users. I think you understand very well how the forum system works, there's no need to write something like this just for one Merit. Try to do something more useful through quality posts, you will get more than you want. One thing you must understand here, there is no compulsion to send Merit even though they are actually Merit Source. They (Merit Source) really care about the quality of posts and the effort of posting from other users because they will not miss a quality post from Merit. 7. No begging. [5]

It is not our responsibility to help the poor but we can do it voluntarily out of love. If it is necessary to help a poor family, then I will sacrifice my one-month gambling habit to help them. I could stand and continue with life even without gambling but it will be hard for me to see a family who is suffering because of poverty. That will not solve their problem but it could ease their suffering.
In a simpler context, the poor are people who do not have a job at all and do not have the ability to meet basic needs that are proper for the life of themselves or their families. In general, it is not our responsibility to help the poor or neglected children because they are the responsibility of the state or in other words (the poor and neglected children are cared for by the state). The government holds full responsibility for them, sustainable handling is needed in the form of policies/programs and empowerment activities as well as facilities to meet needs such as work, health, education and decent housing. We can only help to the extent of our abilities, sacrificing gambling habits can only be done once or twice, then we also have our own responsibilities to our families and include our own needs. |

Saya di beri saran oleh teman saya, bahwa dia menyimpan semua kunci dompetnya menggunakan ponsel jadul seperti ponsel yang tidak di dukung oleh internet, bahkan sampai saat ini teman saya masih menyimpan kuncinya di ponsel tersebut, entah benar atau tidaknya, saya bisa memastikan bahwa apa yang di katakannya itu terbukti, karena dia sudah bergelut di dunia crypto tahun 2011 lalu, itu lah yang membuat saya yakin dengan dia, dan dia pun menyarankan saya untuk menyimpannya di ponsel jadul, karena kemananya sangat kuat, bahkan hacker pun tidak akan mudah menembusnya..
Lalu bagaimana anda membackup private key jika sewaktu-waktu ponsel jadul yang anda miliki hilang atau gak nyala lagi. Saya tidak yakin menyimpan private key di HP jadul memiliki tingkat keamanan tinggi meskipun hacker tidak mampu menembus kesana. Yang namanya elektronik pasti ada resiko kerusakan yang tak terduga, selama masih dapat dinyalakan masih dianggap aman, ketika sesuatu yang tak terduga terjadi akan sangat merepotkan karena tidak dapat membackup kembali seluruh data yang ada disana. Daripada menyimpan data penting di HP jadul mending Om tulis dikertas saja dan menyimpannya di tempat yang aman, kalau Om mau menyimpan ditempat yang lebih aman lagi dapat memilih salah satu yang telah dijabarkan Om @DroomieChikito dalam Threadnya Tempat Penyimpanan Mnemonic Phrase. |

Benar Om, diatas anda dapat menemukan postingan yang ulasannya hanya alakadar saja, tapi bukan Newbie yang melakukannya.  ibarat kata, akun legend tapi rasa newbie betul gak tuh. jika cuman pos ala kadarnya memang udah bawaan lahir untuk jadi newbie terus om. gak ada usaha buat naik rank. tipe2 akun seperti ini banyak banget dan kadang aktif cuman kalo ada bounty yang lumayan untuk pembayarannya. ane sendiri memang jarang aktif di lokal, tapi kalo masalah kualitas postingan ane masih harus mikir untuk menjawab dan dan ngepos apa, jadi gak asal pos ala kadarnya. Bagaimana pun juga kualitas post harus diperhatikan, shitposter hanya dibuat oleh member yang malas mencari bahan untuk dituangkan disini, bagi mereka yang penting postingan dihitung dalam kredit mingguan. Sebenarnya kualitas posting ada untung dan ruginya, untungnya dapat merit jika layak dan ruginya dilaporkan member lain yang mungkin dapat di hapus Mod. Mengenai jarang aktif di lokal sebenarnya tidak masalah, yang penting tidak sama sekali. Sebagai member lokal kita harus tau dimana tempat kita berpijak dulu waktu kecil, jangan sampai seperti kacang lupa pada kulitnya. |

Just like most people think, I agree that Lewandowski will be a great signing for Barcelona. A personal concern I have is that will he be able to fit in with their style of play, and in the La Liga? He's a striker just like Zlatan Ibrahimović and and David villa. These are both great players but we know that they didn't perform at their peak while they were at Barcelona. Infact it wasn't injury what drove them out it was basically because they just didn't fit in at Barcelona and in the La Liga. This is the same fear I have for Lewandowski. He might perform below expectation. And be forced to leave for free.
The risk of Lewandowski playing below expectations in my opinion is small, yes there is a possibility, I can't deny that. But if a player has very high ambitions for one club, he definitely gives everything he can. Because if you see Lewandowski's desire to join Barcelona, it is very passionate. That's a plus for him in my opinion. How long will the Lewandowski transfer rumors continue, in fact Bayern Munich has rejected three offers from Barcelona. It looks like Bayern Munich has no intention of releasing Lewandowski even though they have officially signed Sadio Mane from Liverpool.
