1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to take part in CheckDot? on: November 14, 2021, 02:35:37 PM
I heard that in the CheckDot platform any user can participate. In theory, everyone can take part in inspections and also receive a reward for this. However, I don't quite understand how. Does anyone know what are the conditions for taking part in the project? Thanks.

In fact, CheckDot hasn’t launched yet. But this platform will be for reviewing and auditing various projects in the blockchain world. Thanks to CheckDots, you will be able to understand whether a project or a token is legal and find out all the information about it. Users will also perform as auditors. So you will also be able to take part in checks and also make money on it.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The problem of the constant need of being up to date to HODL crypto on: November 11, 2021, 08:16:46 PM
It is a real hobby for some people to follow the crypto market. Actually, not all investments require you to be always up to date.

If you invest in bitcoin or in any other mainstream currencies, you don’t need to worry about this as the more you hodl the more you get then. In terms of altcoins it is very important to be aware of all news.

3 years ago there were Litecoin, Ripple, Bitcoin cash at the top, but now this top is completely different.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH adoption lately is high on: August 25, 2021, 08:48:58 AM
Ethereum's network is really going strong right now specially that EIP 1559 was fully operational. There are various reason with this adoption and the best one is the burning functionality to the fees generated.
I also think that the burning of ETH is what make the price of ETH going so high and the market going strong today, the market has been having pump for few times already but the price of gas is also staying high although the promise was after the upgrade the price of gas for eth will be solved I expecting the price for gas to be the same as Binance Smart Chain but right now its even become higher than before after the price increase, i think many people still prefer to use Binance Smart Chain today.

I don’t think that it is possible for Ethereum to have fees similar to Binance Smart Chain while it is working on Proof-Of-Work. Actually, I strongly believe that transaction fees will be lower when it is switched to Proof-Of-Stake. But I don’t think that Ethereum is likely to be as cheap as Binance or Polygon one day. Personally I prefer using BSC in any case. Moreover, there is a big ecosystem as well.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Whose job should be more appreciated about Bitcoin widespread? on: August 15, 2021, 05:34:18 AM
I've always wanted to ask this question, I don't know if it sounds funny or unintelligent, not actually trying to downgrade anyone's contribution to the open network whose existence has impacted our economy, everyday life and internet connections. So, it dawned on me to ask this question Whose job in the entire Bitcoin history deserves the greatest accolades?
1. The minners
2. Influencers
3. Centralized exchanges
4. The users
6.  Other please specify.

It is difficult to think in such a way as all participants in the crypto market have different but really important roles. If there are no miners, we will not have coins. If there are no users, nobody trades them. And so on, and so forth. But to my mind developers deserve the greatest accolades. They are very smart people and create new crypto solutions, I just admire them.
5  Other / Off-topic / Re: Gold to 600 $? on: August 10, 2021, 06:50:07 AM
I see a huge extended m-pattern in the gold chart.
Do you think Gold will go to 600 $ in a few years,
because of Bitcoin and Ethereum?
As far as I know the commodities market, gold is in the global bull market, so I don’t think that it is likely to drop so significantly. Talking about Bitcoin’s impact on gold. We can say that people choose crypto instead of more traditional financial solutions today, although it is more risky. Moreover, China started replacing gold with Bitcoin last year in its reserves. After that, Bitcoin started growing and gold fell.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How will Ethereum survive without Vitalik? on: August 07, 2021, 07:05:00 AM
Ever since Vitalik created Ethereum, the project has been on a road towards non-stop success. It's been around 6 years already with ETH being the world's second-largest cryptocurrency by market cap. Vitalik's skills and great mindset will keep the project afloat for a very long time. But sometimes I wonder what will happen with Ethereum without Vitalik in play? The community could keep the project alive, but without a genius mind like Vitalik Buterin, ETH will be one step behind of its rivals. At least, that's the way I see it. But I could be wrong.

What are your thoughts? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Smiley

As it is often said there are no irreplaceable people, so the team of Ethereum will definitely manage to maintain their product. Nevertheless, some people can lose trust in Ethereum that is why its price can drop.
I can compare it with Buffett's company Berkshire Hathaway. There are a lot of analytics that make all decisions, but in case of Buffet’s death, stocks of this company will drop.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you make sure a projects funds are safe? on: August 05, 2021, 07:22:02 AM

Any ideas on how a project can build trust with the community on this topic?

It is true that the main task for projects is to build a strong community and make as many people aware of your project as possible. To have such a loyal community, devs should always show their work and achievements, give bonuses for community members, offer different competitions to advertise your product and encourage people.

9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🔥🔥All about Bounty for Newbies🔥🔥 on: July 21, 2021, 03:57:30 PM
Even though it's an old post, it says all the things that are needed for a newcomer to join and learn about bounty campaigns.

But campaigns aren't as compelling right now as they used to be when fewer quality projects, or quality projects, only provide a fair amount of money to build campaigns.

The campaign now for new projects is like a box of chocolate, you never know what you are going to, some projects you are working has good feedback but it ends up a huge failure, and some projects you ignored turn out to be successful, so it's very important to follow all the projects you are working in, so you'll know if it's worth staying.

From my point of view there are some ways we can protect ourselves from scam projects. We definitely should investigate the meaning and idea of a project. So it is important to view the web-page and find out what services this company is going to offer, and what the mission is. Also we should find more information about team members of the project.

We should find out if they have successful experience in launches of different projects.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH high gas fee on: July 19, 2021, 08:33:49 PM
The thing that got me away from eth was because the gas cost is so high, now to send tokens alone requires $20, this is very expensive, and I have to re-send eth to the wallet spending a total of $50, I'm sure we all have the same problem, let's pass this on to the developer in order to stabilize soon.

I also couldn’t work on Ethereum mainnet very actively because of gas fees, moreover my capital was not so big to spend so much money just on fees. I had to move to Polygon and BSC, as it costs less than 0,01$ to run transactions there. And I am also thinking about Optimistic Ethereum. I have heard that transactions are much cheaper there. Why do I want to return to ETH? Because of Uniswap V3. There is an innovative idea, so I would like to try.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will dogecoin drop to $0.2 again? on: July 18, 2021, 06:07:07 PM
Anything is possible.  Moreover, if we look at the price of the Doge last year, it was very cheap and the value is already very high compared to now.  This is because Elon keeps pom pom Doge coin.  So if Elon doesn't support doge, I think the price could fall even more.

I also think that the only reason why dogecoin grew was twits from Elon Musk. As soon as he stops doing that, the price will only fall. Moreover, total supply is unlimited so there is nothing that can support price apart from hype, especially if there is a bear market.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to invest in BNB now? on: July 17, 2021, 12:03:24 PM
We can never know the time which is really the safe for an investment into BNB or any other cryptocurrency. For now, BNB have a green graph lately. But if Bitcoin continues to drop down in the coming days, I think that BNB will also be affected badly. So, I've decided to wait for some time before making a new investment.

We all should follow bitcoin’s chart, as all altcoins repeat its tendency. But talking specifically about BNB, it is a good thing that they keep burning regularly, at least it supports the price, so to my mind, BNB is worth investing in it.

Moreover this coin is essential to pay for transactions on BSC, so as long as this network is developing, BNB will be a profitable asset.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: First time scammed , very frustrated on: March 26, 2021, 08:46:35 PM
It's a shame that some people still fall for these traps. But good teams with a solid track record do not allow themselves to deceive others. These are only small projects, designed not for large investors, but for beginners who can afford to raise money and close the project without explaining the reasons.  Lips sealed
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum or DeFi projects? on: March 26, 2021, 08:38:21 PM
Many DEFI projects run on the Ethereum platform. Therefore, it seems to me that without the development of ETH, the existence of DEFI is simply impossible. In the future, everything can change dramatically, the development of decentralized projects does not stand still. We see new startups every day that can change the entire system. But Ethereum, in my opinion, will remain the first, leading founder of all DEFI applications and projects.

Now many have anxious doubts about the full-fledged work of ETH, but I think that soon everything will change.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best 5 Altcoins to buy right now. My picks on: March 25, 2021, 07:54:52 PM
Determining which altcoin will be the best is very difficult. Even experienced users make mistakes in their predictions. It happens that at first glance, promising coins do not meet expectations, and little-known coins give good profit.

But the most reliable for investing are top coins from the TOP 25 - TOP 30. Coins backed by strong reliable projects with high capitalization, which have already proven that they can withstand any adjustments and competition. I trust this strategy and make my choice based on the top coins rating data.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Falling of Ethereum on: March 25, 2021, 07:37:33 PM
It is not only newcomers who panic when watching forum posts. It is difficult to keep your emotions in check, always anxious when your ideas and hopes are crumbling. But do not worry when it comes to Ethereum this project will develop.

Of course, now many have doubts, due to the difficulties with long transfers and high commissions. The main thing is to wait for the summer updates and the situation will stabilize. Ethereum occupies the main place in the world of cryptocurrencies, and it will not give up its positions just like that.  Cool
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: March 25, 2021, 06:55:24 PM
Overall, the USDT stable coin suits me perfectly. USDT can be transferred, stored, spent like bitcoins or any other cryptocurrency. It is very easy to use, everything is clear and there are no complications. The coin guarantees a reliable and transparent system based on the oldest and most secure blockchain - Ethereum or Tron.

As for trust, this is the best stablecoin that you can really trust, there are certainly plenty of alternatives, but USDT has been on the market for a long time and evokes a sense of reliability.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BUSD Vs. USDT on: March 24, 2021, 09:18:30 PM
Each of these stable coins has advantages and disadvantages. I do not see any fundamental difference between USDT and BUSD, there are indeed some differences but in general the functions of stable coins are the same.

I assume that people's opinions about these coins differ only due to personal preference. Some people like Tether, others prefer the stablecoin from Binance. If you still have doubts about what to invest your money in, it is better to choose TUSD. It is a more reliable cryptocurrency today.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do we need Litecoin when we have Bitcoin Cash? on: March 24, 2021, 09:10:46 PM
Litecoin is a more affordable coin. People  using it, and LTC, in principle, has never let down. Yes, now there is no such rapid growth, but there is stability. I buy this coin and I know that many people buy it. Although I can't say anything bad about Bitcoin Cash.
I like to transfer crypto to dollars through LTC!
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All hope is lost?? on: March 22, 2021, 10:03:04 PM
Why is hope lost? The market continues to go through an active stage of its development, coins, albeit not all, please their owners with stable, albeit not very large growth. Chagrin can only be added with empty coins, which are kept at the very bottom and are not going to move on. But this has always been the case, the only question is in what you initially invested your money.

From the very beginning of the year, it was clear that only coins with a proven history that survived past crises and remained in the rating are worthy of attention.
