41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Switzerland Wants to be The Crypto-Nation on: March 02, 2018, 11:33:36 AM

Switzerland's tiny neighbour, Liechtenstein, is taking a leadership position with much bolder policies and a faster, more focused government that truly understands and embraces blockchain technology. For that reason, it truly deserves the title of "cryptocountry".

I think Switzerland will catch up eventually. BTC will go to moon. How do you think?

Switzerland is a natural fit for cryptocurrencies. Swiss banks are famed for their safety, their currency is considered one of the most stable and their strict privacy laws made everybody happy. It is only recently that the global focus on money laundering has lessened the appeal of Swiss banks. If they carry over some of these attributes to the crypto world, it will become very popular.

After popular, it can be really good specially for them and bitcoin itself.
All impact will be to bitcoiners who patient waiting the bitcoin price and this is good news for us.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What we need to check before investing in ico? on: March 02, 2018, 07:50:33 AM
I try to read more news about the project, what people write about it. It should be clearly understood that there is a lot of FUD and fake news so u should to distinguish where is truth

How do you filter between fakes or real news about the project?
Because nowdays there are so many competitor whom want the project down. Please make sure that
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you truly believe in cryptocurrency on: March 01, 2018, 03:47:39 AM

I believe in cryptocurrencies more than i believe myself. Cheesy

That's the spirit who deserves to get benefits of this growing economy.
But then there is one question, are we taking enough risk what we believe this much Wink

It should be. No more risk than our trust. Trust more to cryptocurreny can lead us to put our investment bigger omount.
If you believe herw half by half, so dont invest much money here.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What we need to check before investing in ico? on: March 01, 2018, 03:28:53 AM
Check for:

- Realistic goals
- Good tech
- Good trustworthy, preferably known dev team

Thanks for adding. Dev team is a must before deciding to invest or not and its mention above.
Realistic goal is also very good. If the goal of hardcap is too high, it similar with the high supply and high price. Its not good to invest there.

The existing product note is important because we can see a lot of projects which did raise a lot of funds but after that their token price is dropping like boobs with age.

I agree on OPs list but i would like to add some more.
1) Idea explanation. It is very important that the project can explain their idea in simple way. If they cannot do it ,they are over complicating things which is one of the reasons why startups fail or they just dont care about the idea and project. KEEP IT Stupid simple.

2) Look for their attitude towards details and graphic design in their project webpage, telegram , bounty and ann thread. it does show that they care about their project.

3) Country. I dont want to induce nationalist discussion. But country / region matters. Economy and regulations differ in regions.

4) In some cases projects already have raised some momey in different way which could be a good indicator . For example IcoPass has managed to attract money from " Horizon 2020" which is not a easy thing to do. In most cases this one will be similar to " existing product" criteria .

Thanks also for this. I will add.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Easiest way to stop ICO scam is on: February 28, 2018, 11:55:02 AM

KYC is really useless for crypto currency traders.

Kyc is coming recently to cryptocurrency world. There are so many pros and cons between the member in cryptocurrency.
Some said is good because kyc is needed by project explain the project is regulated. Some said its useless like you. For me i am neutral.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What we need to check before investing in ico? on: February 28, 2018, 11:49:09 AM
These trackers are very good for finding ISO on different characteristics - dates started, end dates and so on. But you should not trust their evaluation - very many projects pay the rating. It is necessary to do your own research of the project.

Thanks for remind us not to 100% believe to this site because many project buying rating.
The rating of project and review is not 100% objective.
However, first we can use this site to know the project and second we check other thing
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with the rewards you received? on: February 27, 2018, 11:05:23 AM
I am familiar with people who also participate in generosity companies. Some of them do not rush to sell received Tokines, others on the contrary, immediately after the issue of tokens the exchange is sold. My friend advised me to send them to EtherDelta. When receiving tokens, place orders for the sale of x2 - x10 (depending on the project) and just wait until they are purchased.
What do you do with the received tokens?
I am a patient man,so i would be holding most of the tokens that i have received from the bounties i participated in,because i believe that these tokens would have much value in the future which really depends on the developer team if they are doing good to follow their roadmap surely a time will come that these tokens would be worth as much as gold.

Be smart mate, not all developer will follow their roadmap which make the token price not grow.
If the developer follow the rule of whitepaper or roadmap mean the token has chance to grow and holder will be the winner.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do when you are over 50% lose on your trades? on: February 27, 2018, 11:02:21 AM
In any investment, you need to put in your mind that there is a very high risk of lossing. Its part of the business. If your loss already 50%, you dont need to sell it immediately because you dont trade for a loss. All you need to do is to hold it, because there is high chance that you may recover.
You need to be extra careful once you are busy in trading as one wrong move can result in huge loss of money. However, the thing is you just need to be patient even if you suffered this much of loss.

The only possible way to recover that loss is to remain there in this field as quitting of trading will never help you in getting back what all you lost. You need to learn from the mistakes which resulted in this much loss of money.

If i am already losing 50%, i am kind of people who is patient.
Teh problem is not just patient because our patient is not worth if the price will not recover. Thats the problem for me.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I HOLD this: ----> post your holding coins! on: February 25, 2018, 08:36:24 AM

So simple the topic is, write here a list of your holding coins and maybe how long you hold each coin until yet!

I start:

- POT 6m
- xp coin 1w
- ripple 1y

Ether and ripple agree, but the rest including even bitcoin, which as for me is no longer so popular, I think it's coins that will not give anything useful from investing in them. But this is your opinion and your risk.

What is your reason saying bitcoin no longer popular? I think you dont have reason for that.
Bitcoin can be crash if you said bitcoin not popular. The marketcap also will go down rapidly if its not popular anymore.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptopia SCAM on: February 25, 2018, 12:19:47 AM
May be you can provide any proofs. Some screenshoots, transactions or anything else? Quite big exchange may be some mistake? What do you mean dont credit account?

Nothing perfect in the world unless god (if you believe).
So even they try to do the best and they will have mistake. So you need to check to them first to make sure. The support will help you i am sure. Actually i never face this kind problem so i am ok with the exchange.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What we need to check before investing in ico? on: February 25, 2018, 12:15:25 AM
IM checking only 2 things: first is team , is there any russians or not, and some known persons . Second is traffic of their project if they know how to gain visitors and hype around their coin then im buying  for short time.
I'm not sure if you consider having a Russian dev a good thing or not, but in case you consider that a negative, some of the best projects in the market (like ETH and waves) are Russian.  Cheesy

Yes maybe that the reason why he want russian people lead the project.
Because they already prove that russian has more ability to build the project.
But remember, although russian is good dev but not all of them are good and honest. So looking their track earlier is a must.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best alternative to CoinMarketCap? on: February 23, 2018, 11:39:10 PM
now total market cap in coinmarketcap is $449 billion, while total market cap in live coin watch is $446 billion (including korean market). there is a difference of $3 billion from both, maybe something wrong in the live coin watch and I'm still using coinmarketcap.

3 billion if in general marketcap does not mean big impact.
So we can use both site to compare the total of marketcap. As normal i prefer to use coinmarketcap since i can see many other thing and not only the general cap.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: i am newbi so i am late or not to this field? on: February 23, 2018, 02:15:25 PM
I think you are late but not so much. Cryto has big profit still so you can invest or you can trade in order to make money. You should learn rapidly because you dont want to pass some oppurtunaty about investing. Good luck your investment Cheesy.

What is the reason why is not too late to join?
In my principal, i never look that invest is too late because investimg is always can gain profit specially crypto.
We can gain through othe altcoi or token
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What we need to check before investing in ico? on: February 23, 2018, 02:11:10 PM
IM checking only 2 things: first is team , is there any russians or not, and some known persons . Second is traffic of their project if they know how to gain visitors and hype around their coin then im buying  for short time.

Checking the team is one of most important thing before making decision. I want to know why  should be russians? I still dont understand why?
May i know how you can check the number of visitor in the website?
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in altcoin still worth? on: February 23, 2018, 10:52:41 AM
Look like the Btc is unstoppable, have sense invest in altcoin in this 2 month? Anyway wich alcoin can have a better growth (exept fork) then Bitcoin?
Investing in another coin would be the wrong thing to do if you know that Bitcoin is unstoppable. What is the purpose of this question?

I think the purpose is not just investing in one coin like bitcoin but want to invest in other cryptocurrency if still profitable.
I dont think bitcoin will always unstopable. Something also going down. Take both advantage between bitcoin and other altcoins are good choice to try.
Of course bitcoin will not always go up. of course there are times when bitcoin prices stop to go up and then down. that is the risk of investing in bitcoin. whenever bitcoin price will go down and if you are not patient then it will hurt you. I think while waiting for bitcoin price to recover you can try another alternative investment that is utilizing altcoin for profit on the other side. there are many potential altcoins that can give you an advantage. of course altcoin is still worthed to invest

Yes you are right. It will never goes in one side. They will go for both side, up and down.
Its the meaning of volatile. Sometime people know that cryptocurrency has characteristic name "volatile" but they just always think that the price will only goes up. And not down. It does not make sense.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What we need to check before investing in ico? on: February 23, 2018, 10:49:40 AM
Are there any recommended websites that do reviews of upcoming ICOs? I just don't have the time to dig in deep and read all the whitepapers and available info, so it would be great if there would be a source of information that does the "dirty" work beforehand.

In the first page already mention some of website that normally allow us to check their rating.
I know its not 100% pure but at least the website will help you to find a good one.
However, if you are lazy then you will close to lose money.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Almost All Currencies Down (RED DAYS) on: February 21, 2018, 12:52:23 PM
What happened today? As i saw in the market almost all the currencies is down even the BTC is super down. Is time to buy or not? Or do  we need now to sell what we hold or not? For you what is your best opinion or best strategy or best advice to all newbie.

I guess it's because the situation around Tether. Every single player at the market suspect them in issuing of USDT which are do not backed by a real USD. Plus there are a strong tie between issuing of USDT and the surges at BTC. Even Cindicator app asked me yesterday if USDT drops to 0.5 USD by the summer or not due to this problem.

Not only that. There some other reason but i dont really care about it because now i want to try other strategy to prevent this situation.
Strategy should be good for preventing more bigger losses.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any advice for a newbie? on: February 21, 2018, 12:49:45 PM

59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethreum the new king of crypto? on: February 21, 2018, 04:36:03 AM
Ethereum has the potential to surpass Bitcoin’s market cap this year.

In order to do this, they need to fix scalability issues and reduce energy usage.

A so-called “flippening” of the market caps could act as a catalyst for Ethereum.

What do you mean high energy usage of etherium? Is it the gas?
Well, the marketcap of bitcoin maybe could be easier to defeat but not the price. The price of bitcoin is still the king for long time later.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What we need to check before investing in ico? on: February 21, 2018, 04:32:33 AM
Some key points to be analyzed are to question how the funds will be used, to understand the risks, to approach an ICO in the same way that a more traditional asset would be addressed. Pay attention to the technical article in it should contain details that investors should know before buying as commercial applications and technological specifications

Approach is similar like research and its important to do before. Pay attention in technical is of course.
Everybody that this crypto world is very high risk so thats why we need to do approaching and reduce the risk.
