Yes, but it is uncommon for a VIP account, I take the security more seriously, also you need to consider a exception. A new address has been staked, without any prior signed message. Quite convenient.

I suppose, if VIP profile hasn't changed hands then the real owner of the account have to remember did he use Tor browser or VPN in previous entrances. Admins can check up this story and help solve the case. |

I was thinking of a voting system where members can give +1 to a good post, then posts get sorted based on the number of votes. /it's kinda like how merit system works exept for the sorting thing.
Perhaps it makes sense to implement "Like" button  along with Merit system, so any member can vote. In the top right corner of the forum comments had obtained the highest number of Merit and "Likes" for the day may be displayed. In that case posts with a large number of "Likes" would help Merit Sources to find good posts quicker. |

Однако, если участники форума оставляют положительные фидбеки и вносят в свой список доверия никнеймы, потому что они чаще других упоминаются на локальных бордах, тогда данные участники должны быть готовы к тому, что к их спискам доверия могут затем скептически отнестись другие пользователи. |

You couldn't use other accounts after you have received a ban, the one exception is an appeal topic in Meta.
25. If you get banned (temporarily or permanently) and create a new account to continue posting / sending PMs, it's considered ban evasion. The only exception is creating a thread in Meta about your ban.
