there is no need to publish the app now. After changing the roadmap and starting the project at the earliest in Q2 2019, an app has no function until then
so what you are saying is that the team to focus on other aspects of the project right now, but releasing the app is still not a bad idea i believe the community will still be happy there we are completely different opinion :-) As I said, I consider it totally unnecessary to publish an app that you can not use. Just look at the iOS app, you can not even register. What is the point if you install an app that has no use half a year before the project starts? True. Not everyone knows how to use the Internet but a large percentage of people know do use the Internet. Cova will play a big part in changing the Internet. Yeah, Most of the people who's using internet now are really don't care about understanding what internet is for and about having more security on their data. They just want to surf and surf. I think once the cova launch it will really going to be a big help to everyone understanding more the important of data privacy and protection. Aside from that, they need to work on mass adoption. Like if you want to search something, you know you can always go to google. So what's in it for Cova in the future? Data security and protection? It's really hard to create a name of your own. We will see how Cova will perform in the next few months. In my opinion, the most effective strategy for adoption will be to partner with established companies and popular websites that attract a lot of traffic. For example, if internet users noticed a company like Amazon promotes the COVA internet protocol, a larger percentage of people will be able to find out about their technology and systems. Not everyone will be interested at first, but the more they put their name out the there, the more people will hopefully switch to their internet protocol. |

Being listed on another exchange before even finishing the ICO is a truly great achievement. I'm sure FUBT will be busy as people buy up all of those securix tokens. You might want to consider ethershift exchange as well which is an ERC20 based exchange.
I think this fact has been underplayed a little bit. It's a fantastic achievement. Some projects really struggle to get listed on exchanges. Securix has managed to before the end of their token sale and on two different exchanges. The community of Securix has been supportive. And the team superb. But I think the community would also like to see more progress on the mining farm. What’s the state of farm? I haven't heard any updates about the farm in a while, the team hasn't purchased any mining equipment yet. They are waiting for an electricity upgrade before they set up the farm. From what I have read they have had that sorted out already. They have the necessary electricity supply. They have been working on that before they had the soft cap if I am not mistaken. Nope, not yet. I spoke to Damian last night and there hasn't been any updates since then. Well, saying that... I've only checked on Telegram. I'm pretty sure this is the first place they would release this information. The team will let us know as soon as the electricity has been upgraded. |

But recently, the team is sending cryptic messages that are difficult for their community to understand what they want to convey. I think this approach should be changed.
Yes like their random tagging of airlines and other companies in their tweets. This approach needs to be amended and a new marketing phase should be introduced and implemented. Can’t say I disagree being cryptic confuses things it would be good if they were just straight with everyone I mean I know advertising and building excitement is important but confusion at this point in the project Yes, misleading announcements and mentions of non-official partnerships are not the greatest way to go about things. I really do hope the partnerships with companies like OnePlus are real. |

Your not wrong marketing is one of those things that can’t start soon enough as the team needs to make sure that they are building a following early and give time for adoption to grow Yep I know they are focused on development at this stage, but it would be great if they document their progress a bit more transparently. Bi-weekly updates are cool but I would like to see them expand more on what they are actually doing in layman terms which will make it easier for beginners to understand. I agree with you buddy, They must keep giving an update on their community supporters and investors about their progress and developments more. We know that they are really doing great but it will be more good if they will share it to us  . We deserve to get more updates from the team, they've done a great job so far but I feel like the blog posts and articles have been a bit limited. As far as I know, they have been in contact with some companies but they won't purchase the equipment before the electricity update is done. COVA project is great no doubt. The concept of a safe internet is unique and we can see that it’s use by everyone on the internet would be overwhelming once it’s launched.
It’s a bit on the technical side I must comment because it’s a new concept.
I am certainly not the only one anticipating your testnet release. That should give more idea of a smart internet.
I agree they really have a very great idea about changing ang making the internet smarter. This kind of project is really what most of the people looking for. They've got a brilliant idea but they've their work caught out for them given this is a new approach in the internet space they've to elaborate enough to ensure people understand what they're offering. This is so true, especially on the website more information has to be given because its the first place anyone seeking to know much about the project visits. The whole idea is grand but I believe they can really do better on the website They will probably have to polish their website a bit, yeah. Especially when they've decided to have a token sale. I know they have something like a whitepaper on their Github page but a detailed whitepaper on their website would be nice. Yes, I would like to see an updated and published whitepaper. I love that people want underage blocked, but also don't want KYC, the 2 go hand in hand especially if your one of the many that realize putting a checkmark on a site that says "yes im over 18" doesn't count as security lol
Loooool this is so true, so many websites use the 'Are you over 18?' checkbox on their websites, I'm not sure this really counts as due diligence or KYC. We need to ensure that no one under 18 is using Orbit. A lot of young people have crypto, and this means they could easily go on to Orbit and gamble their crypto. It also covers Orbit because I'm sure they wouldn't want to let young people gamble on their site if they are not over the legal ages in their countries. I don’t like legal issues. But Orbit team must have a plan. They should have made a strategy to determine the age of the players. Btw I don’t think they need to do that. Blockchain gives acces to to your wildest dream with no limitations. It should be open to anyone who want to WIN with ORBIT. I do not think anyone likes legal issues! There are so many interesting aspects to this project which catches attention easily. But I am particularly impressed that there are no plans of increasing the initial 10 million BTMX created, also the fact that 80% of revenue will go back to token holders. This is great!
I don't think increasing the amount of tokens has been something that's a welcome development nor have i heard of projects implementing such after the initial release of their tokens in circulation, excess amount of tokens in circulation can be detrimental to a brand and in the case of bitmax, 10 million is quite considerable, considering the fact that their tokens has the potential of becoming highly sort after Yes, I agree Ace, that first statement doesn't sound right. You can't increase the token amount after the token generation/pre-mining. I looked at the Whitepaper and I think where kinkadeinspired got confused is through transaction mining and pre-distribution, more tokens will be 'unlocked' daily as part of the transaction fee mining process. The more trading = more mining = more tokens unlocked. So in a sense the tokens are released not created. Those tokens always existed however they just weren't available until they were mined. |

It’s an interesting way to draw new investors in but it begs the question in what way they are implementing it to handle people’s investment and being able to assure it I have not checked the details, but it seems like it's kind of bank fixed deposit offers? Or like mutual fund? How a company can offer return without risk ? What is this about? Looks like there are many good perks to tachain that are over looked. It would be interesting to know how this works though. Honestly, I don't think they are overlooked, I just think that the team sends messages in cryptic ways that requires their followers to do some mental tasking which in my opinion isn't supposed to be so. How else do we explain this and their recent announcements of "future partners" I think you are right. The Tachain marketing team has a cryptic way of working. I don't know what is the message of all the potential partnerships and this ad here and whom they want to reach. Communication is all about creating an avenue whereby the community or the individual involved understands the information that's being communicated, that been said, the information shared is unclear and that bothers me, i don't know if such has been clarified through their telegram channel but we need clarification on this thread Money back guarantee? yeah, smart internet i believe is the next development stage of the internet i envision a future where data are not just smart but have the capacity to learn and adapt to change. I agree, This will going to bring another great future to everyone. We adopted the internet before I think it will going to be easy again to adopt the upcoming changes that cova will going to bring. Yeah. It all comes down to how they peach the project to who ever is in charge of the internet. But i don't think they will have any problem with adoption as everyone wants to be secured. It's going to be a difficult technology for businesses and users to adopt initially. It's a completely new internet protocol, I get all the benefits of the project and I think potential users will see this too, but I just worry if it could take a while to win people around and finally get lots of people to use the new protocol. |
