** sigh ** Sorry, still waiting on Havelock here.... The funds are still sitting there.... Contacting Havelock again and will update in a week either way- Text of my email: Hi guys...
Please transfer all funds from EXCH (1.26620459) to MINE (Current Balance 3.09694006). Total balance for MINE will then be 3.09694006 + 1.26620459 = 4.36314465
Total funds 4.36314465 / 1220 = 0.003576348 (slightly more than the 0.00347322 required)
Please initiate a buyback for the remaining 1220 MINE shares.

mathematically it should be over now, me thinks
The funds are still in the account - Havelock is just extremely slow to get back to me (as evidenced by the last time when I had to pause payouts because they hadn't done the transfer). I'm going to email them again - will post an update when I have more information! Thanks- |

Hi can you confirm the exact date of when you will buy back B.MINE in addition to paying out the rest of the dividends?

Thank you for being a part of it! I'm still waiting on Havelock to confirm with me; I'll post an update as soon as I hear back! Another reason that I wont have another round. Hi All, dividends have been paid through the 9th. Since we have so few days left before the end of the round, I'm going to go ahead and end the round and pay out the current NAV/U to MINE. It's just simpler than scheduling a dividend today for 7 days of dividends, starting a new round, scheduling those dividends, etc, when it's all going to be paid out to MINE anyway.
Final NAV/U after the dividend of the 9th is 0.00347322
So, per the contract, trade will be stopped on EXCH/MINE/SELL and all MINE will be bought back for 0.00347322 each and SELL will be bought back for 0.
I appreciate everyone who participated over the last three (!) years - unfortunately, BDD never quite became the tool for miners/traders/etc to hedge their positions against rising or stagnating difficulty and the complexity of the contract proved a very high barrier to entry.

In past weeks Bitcoin price went from $720 or so to around $940.
For B.MINE purposes, would this mean that bitcoin mining difficulty decreased? The same satoshi is now worth more.

No, the price doesn't have anything to do with the difficulty (strictly) - https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficultyOver time, the increased price will probably lead to increased investment in mining equipment, but that takes a while to spin up.
