1  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [DISKUSI] Pandangan negatif terhadap para pengguna crypto on: May 13, 2019, 07:31:02 AM
"Kamu kerja apa sih?

The Global University of Islamic Finance (INCEIF).

2  Economy / Economics / Re: There's nothing more happier than seeing your bitcoin price going up! on: May 06, 2019, 02:13:31 AM
I still remember seeing my bitcoin price going up in the late January, 2017 - that's was my first bitcoin investment. During the mid January 2017, the bitcoin price take a dive from $1,200 to $965 and that was my entry point and I sold them later when the bitcoin price reached $2,700 around June /July that same year. It was my first Bitcoin investment though, but I still remember the joy and happiness of that time - it's an unforgettable moment of my life.

Did your Bitcoin investment ever makes you happy?
Tell me about your first Bitcoin investment, a good or bad experience? thanks Smiley

Basically whenever an increase occurs at the price of bitcoin, actually this thing has made us happy, even if only a few% for example 5% and above. Conversely, if the price of bitcoin falls above 50%, I think it can provide happiness for those who bought it at that time because later on, they can sell it when the price exceeds the purchase price.

Bitcoin is the best answer to things related to transactions, as well as a medium that has created many opportunities for those who want to try to improve their economy. Bitcoin can actual benefit everyone using it, and this applies to anyone without exception, especially for people who do not have a bank account.

6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Canada approved paying bitcoin with Bitcoin for Innisfil town on: March 30, 2019, 04:47:14 AM
In the past two months, I have seen so much positive news in various media that are milling about related to cryptocurrencies, bitcoin especially. Because the value of bitcoin is very dependent on the user and its usefulness both in the economy and consumption, this news will certainly always get a positive response from the wider community.

For the development of cryptocurrencies in the future, perhaps there will be many banks that are to receive various innovations that can provide benefits such as bitcoin which can be applied internationally, innovatively and can help solve international problems. If this can happen, I think the growth of mass adoption it seems will not be inevitable.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who here has the most Bitcoin? on: October 27, 2018, 11:49:45 PM
A sensitive question and a Dangerous  one, although
I am intrigued to find out about the answer to old members
As many young people have spoken, there is no answer
I'm still at the beginning of the road.

I agree with you, considering that the hacking case is still vulnerable to a number of btc addresses, it seems unethical if we mention the amount of btc we have here because this is the same as inviting the problem to come, sorry IMO.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can BTC reach 12$K? And how about the altcoins? on: October 27, 2018, 10:42:45 PM
Prices are as high as $ 12K, this should be easily taken by bitcoin in the coming December, but the prediction this time seems more difficult to calculate because, until today, we have not seen any signs of Bullrun coming out to this day.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Day trading on: October 17, 2018, 11:48:18 PM
I think day trading is an exhausting task because you need to be following the cryptomarket every single day and hour. It needs your time and endeavors. With day trading, you can always expand your crypto through the buy low sell high method.

Right, day trading is an activity, which often makes me stressful, tired, and easily emotional, especially when the price is stagnant. Although there were no people, which forced me to do day trading, however this activity seemed to force me not to go far from price indicators, analysis and market trends.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New to Crypto, Any Advice? on: October 13, 2018, 11:22:01 PM
Do not make hasty decisions, which in most cases will lead to loss of money, check information ten times before putting your money into
doubtful projects.

Yes, we have to think further with maturity, we must be able to ensure that the decisions we have taken are right, this thing must's done so that something we don't hope will not have a negative impact on our finances.
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Daily trading or Holding Cryptocurrency for long time on: October 13, 2018, 12:04:24 AM
Considering the present market situation, which one will be more benefiting whether Daily trading or holding cryptocurrency for long time? Please let me know.

Given the stagnant market conditions, it seems that daily trading is not the right strategy to do at this time. I know, 'daily trading' can still be done, but it seems difficult for us to get maximum benefits. In theory, market conditions are quite stagnant is very easy to predict the direction of movement namely Up or Down. But, what can we expect from day trading, if the conditions are stagnant this will continue to be prolonged.
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Current BTC price below 8K on: October 12, 2018, 09:59:48 PM
The market is really sensitive to these ETF news now, so the current price moves shouldn't be surprising. The media have convinced noobs that we'll have a new bull run this year fueled by ETF approval, so speculators are selling every time an ETF gets rejected. I'm going to trade with small amounts just for fun and to test my skills, so far I've sold a bit at $8,300 and planning to rebuy at below $7,000.
So, plan short-term profit trading could be safe option for now, isn't. With price now below $8k, many people should be ready to take buy position before price bounce back, ETH affect always being media consumption that makes market react fast.

you mean ETF not ETH!
and i don't know there is still a chance that by the deadline of this hyped up ETF we see a drop and up until that point we may see a lot of different things inclucing a big rise.
if you aren't already in then maybe it is best to wait because this is one of those times when market is mostly unpredictable.

LOL

We should not only depend on ETFs because we don't know exactly the intentions of the people behind them.

Right, waiting is better than selling. But by buying, it might be even better if combined with waiting, because this strategy is an absolute strategy which can increase the growth of bitcoin prices.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin vs world economy on: October 12, 2018, 08:16:18 PM
Bitcoin is the best solution that is ignored by governments and rotten politicians they are complete, don't understand in analyzing the economic condition of their citizens. In my opinion, bitcoin is the answer to what its citizens need right now?
Basically bitcoin is good, but everything goes back to the mindset of governments in their respective countries, if they are more loyal to their citizens maybe bitcoin can be used as the main source of income for all citizens and vice versa if their mindset is negative, I guarantee! They can never make their citizens rise from adversity.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Ways to Avoid Bitcoin Scams on: October 12, 2018, 11:42:29 AM
2. Avoid Unrealistic Offerings

Usually, crypto currency fraud can disguise its identity by using a social media account or advertising banner that looks professional. Mark Steward, director of FCA law enforcement, explained that when people become more skeptical of the real world regarding investment and consumer habits have changed, investment fraud has moved into the realm of Online and social media.

How to avoid this Bitcoin Scam is, you are better selective about all investment offerings from the Online platform that you did not ask for, whether through social media, email, or even by telephone. Even if it looks official, pay attention to how it is offered. Con artists usually dare to promise high profits to lure victims. So if you feel the promise of profits is unrealistic, immediately ignore the proposed offer.

That's right, there have been too many modes like this milling about in the internet. The as if will give us big profits. And scammers it's no longer ashamed to spread their operations in various social sites, from facebook, twitter, youtube and other networks. As a result, there were also many ill-fated investors because the money they invested had disappeared.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: weak period for cryptocurrency, do you agree? on: October 11, 2018, 11:29:45 AM
Many people are bored with the increased volatility in cryptocurrency. What's more, many media put forward this, to display the negative side of cryptocurrency. Not only that, it seems that there are also many investors, stating that bitcoin is no more than a Ponzi scheme. Arrrrrgggghhhh..... This is not true at all!!!.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Government does not like crypto? on: October 11, 2018, 08:51:41 AM
Because cryptocurrency is a system of currencies without a state and without the authority that governs it. Cryptocurrency's also identified as having various vulnerabilities, so that central banks in various countries which served as monetary authorities as well would ban transactions and trade in virtual currencies.
17  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which strategy do you have for taking profits? on: October 11, 2018, 04:18:06 AM
I'm always doubtful when taking profits when altcoin rises 2x or more than that. Sometimes I'm only taking 20% from my profits before but then I knew it was smarter to sell everything. I did it once and then I was lucky to buy it back again it in a much cheaper price.

I think what you are doing is a good strategy especially when faced with a market situation which is super negative. Well, this condition is what most cryptocurrency traders fear. So we have to dare to sell at prices which are cheaper when the market is in a negative situation, so we can still make a profit even if only a little.
18  Economy / Speculation / Re: What factors make Bitcoin rise again? on: October 10, 2018, 11:53:15 AM
There are several factors which can cause bitcoin prices to rise, which include: psychological factors, political risks around national currencies, specific rules in several countries, governance of bitcoin and its innovations. But for now, bitcoin price analysis shows that positive media coverage is one of the main factors, which drives the price of bitcoin to rise again.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: Do we need blockchain technology? on: October 10, 2018, 06:55:44 AM
Blockchain technology has become very popular since the price of bitcoin soared in December 2017. At that time its name was increasingly known to the public. However very rarely do people have a clear idea about this technology.

But, have a look at the others on the market. I don't even know why should people use their service. There is no real use in real life.

If I had a company, I would implement it into the financial system which's in my company. Because, blockchain technology is very reliable in automating hundreds of transactions, even if only in seconds.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Downsides to crypto on: October 09, 2018, 01:14:59 AM
Basically bitcoin is the media which's more appropriate and can comply, with various aspects of banking and finance rather than currencies supported by central banks, especially for those who don't have bank accounts and small-scale international trade players. On the other hand, bitcoin's able to combine the principles of social benefits, positive externalities and we can also make it as opposed to the risk of shifting values. The presence of  Negative Effects will usually be found as time goes by.
