Actually it depends form quality of ICO. Some of them gor hardcap in first week or month, but others can't get even softcap in 6 month. I think you are just choosing wrong ICO's my friend, do more researches about them and you'll be successful.

I invested $85 into ethereum yesterday and after couple hours I lost $10 ,,,does it mean it's not the best time to invest yet and secondly I'll like to ask if that amount is good enough to invest in such a stable coin

I have been faced with this problem for a long time. You can write letters about the unblock, but I still decided to move to the Steemit.

If anyone wants to be a master in a particular field,he or has to make mistakes through the learning process and learn good lessons from those mistakes.The real failed person is the one who has refused to learn from their mistakes and  repeat the same mistakes again.
