I fully agree with this statement because this thread starts to look more like Betking aka scammer Dean Nolan's thread than a Bistler casino one.

Tried to catch up a little, so I read the last fifteen pages and I found everything about the Betking scam and scammer Dean Nolan, but not much about Bitsler casino itself.
To my surprise, even after posts from Baryom with explanations, this discussion hasn't stopped.

Despite everything, Bitsler casino is doing something good for the Betking victims and we should only talk about that. In my opinion, it doesn't matter if they got 100$ or 250$ from Bitsler, the most important thing is that they will get something at all from a third party, which could spend this money on a different kind of advertising and maybe be able to gain even more active users and less bad advertising, as from the Betking deal.

Of course, Bitsler wants to use this situation to get few new players, but at this same time they want to make quite a few scammed gamblers happy and this should receive our applause, not criticism.

Still, don't know what Farmer and Emperor mean, but I suppose that you should choose Emperor if you think that you will win and Farmer with bad cards, but I could be wrong of course.

As many members already mentioned this is a pretty common scam tactic on Telegram lately. I was personally also bothered with these messages, but to be honest, it is pretty obvious that this is a scam and everybody should recognize it after only a few obvious questions.

First of all, why me? If this is such a great deal, why he doesn't do it with family or friends?
He replied that he didn't want his family or friends to know because a few friends are actually working with him (so this is not possible) and he didn't want the family to know what he was doing. A scammer who is afraid of friends and family, but is not afraid to ask strangers online and to provide all details? Pretty dumb explanation, in my opinion, don't you think?

So, I told him: "no problem we can still do this business, despite I don't believe you, but you have to send me the money first (only for the first bet) because I am poor and don't have it right now".
Of course, he denied, so I ask why not? He has nothing to lose, he works there, he will help me to win, he can block me or don't help me to win further if I don't send the money back.
Nothing helped, he still denied, so I told him that now I will contact the casino and tell them about everything. Of course, I haven't because it is an obvious scam attempt and I knew it from the start of this conversation.

As you can see from this example, we have always to be calm and think twice when somebody advertises such an offer or we talk with people on Telegram which are offering insane returns, especially, if from the beginning the scammer tells you that this is not (fully) legal. Remember that in such circumstances the victim even can't report it to Police or somewhere else because from the beginning knew that it's against the law. Of course, you can report everything, but I think they would look at you, not as a victim only an impostor who had just been scammed and do nothing to help.

I got already many offers like this on Telegram and talked with many of these scammers, always after a few questions they finish the conversation and disappear if they only see that there is no chance to scam me. They don't want to lose their precious time. Sorry to say, but they are looking for stupid, young, reach and not experienced people to scam. If they see that you have experience and ask the right questions, they will run away ASAP because there are thousands of other Telegram users to try this scam on them.

Until today even one offer which was advertised to me (like this one) on Telegram wasn't real, don't rush if somebody offers you a lot of money, especially if you have to pay first to get it  .

 

I have advertised my ref link from Freebitco.in in my signature here on the forum a very long time ago when faucets were something new and gathered many referrals. To my surprise, 70% of them are still frequently active, of course, there are some weeks or even months some refs are not active at all (when BTC price is low), but the majority comes back when the price goes up again. I have also many who are active almost all the time and this is my biggest surprise to see them clicking all the time.

I think this is because they just like this website, like me. I have never won there a big amount at once, but I still like to click a few times a day because it is bookmarked for years and I am just used to it. Additionally, they pay all these years with no problems and I already withdrew a lot of times, my slowly accumulated from refs and clicks BTC. They added a lot of new games and offers, so I assume that are the reasons why old members stay there for so long, just like me. I am using this website from the start.

Robi się ciekawie. Po jego minie ciężko było wywnioskować, czy faktycznie stał za łapówką, ale przecież to łebski koleś z armią adwokatów i nawet gdyby, to i tak nic mu nie udowodnią, a nawet jest szansa, że wygra tą sprawę, wnioskując z materiału.

Moim zdaniem znowu zmasakrowali Bitcoina i na jakiś czas skutecznie odstraszyli masę ludzi, a jak wiemy chodzi właśnie o adopcję i to jak największą, więc cel osiągnięty w 100%.
Dzięki takim działaniom, krypto waluty będą jeszcze długo napędzane, właśnie przez pranie brudnych pieniędzy, bo jak widzimy, jest to dość łatwe i nie do wykrycia, wystarczy mieć kilka milionów i odpowiednią strukturę spółek.


Dopiero dzisiaj obejrzałem podlinkowany przez Malevolenta materiał i okazało się, że Bitbay już w 2018 roku opuścił Polskę. Nie śledziłem tego dokładnie, więc nie byłem w temacie, no i teraz juz mnie nie dziwi wygrana z KAS, bo pewnie aktualnie nie obejmuje ich to prawo, a że starej spółki, już nie ma, to nie ma i sprawy.

OP wanted to use double-spend to play in the casino and if he would lose then the scam is obvious because the deposit would be never confirmed and if he wins?

They push deposit with a higher fee to be accepted immediately and try to withdraw ASAP, hoping that the Bitcasino fraud prevention team wouldn't notice?

It looks pretty dumb to count on their mistake, knowing that the fraud prevention team is monitoring "double-spend" attempts non-stop.

Or I am missing something?

I have to admit that there is not much going on and the game has to be mastered but after a few rounds, I am sold to this game.

Not only players are limited, but also the amount of free money we can claim per day, so maybe it would be wise to make the minimum little bit higher?

Zgadzam się, że warto zobaczyć ten repotarz w superwizjerze, ale Bitbay pewnie zniknie z Polski, albo w końcu przekażą wszystkie dane swoich klientów, tak jak chce KAS, bo przepychanka prawna, może trwać, tylko jakiś czas i w końcu trzeba będzie zdecydować, co z tym fantem zrobić, a nie wydaje mi się, żeby KAS ustąpił.
