i once lost a lot of money on an altcoin pump that was carried out like this. NEVER AGAIN

still, i can't say i *trust* bitstamp to be competent. it's hard to trust any companies who have only been around a couple years, especially in such an unregulated environment.

someone with 50k btc could transfer $28500000 worth of value for only some cents in transfer costs. i'd say that could save some money.

well, stay off away from centralized services and stores accepting bitcoin in physical locations, and you should be okay. *not advice

eventually, but this is natural. big companies like this work all in fiat -- paying suppliers and overhead costs. it doesnt make sense to hold all or even most of the bitcoins.

takes too long to wire fiat out most of the time to do effective arbitrage. bitcoin moves too fast.

gosh yeah i remember bitcoin was crashing HARD and i was sending some coin to an exchange to panic sell and then it took over 2 hours for 6 confirms! by then it was already bouncing so i did not sell.

unfortunately, i dont think this will get around all the PBOC issues. we will see.

this 589 bag is getting heavy.
