841  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Walmart 15$ gift card. 6$ btc. *PRICE DROP* on: October 24, 2016, 09:08:25 PM
@OP, what is up with this accusation?

No real surprise here, sold me.a $10 Macy's card, after I got it offered me a larger Macy card claimed he never got the payment, sent him the hash showing he got paid. I got the shaft. Bad seller
842  Other / Meta / Re: klondike_bar account was hacked - help me recover it! on: October 24, 2016, 02:15:14 AM
Is anyone who's been hacked willing to share how it happened? I would've thought most people here would be more hack savvy than most. Sharing might stop it for others in future.

I don't know, I was told mine was probably from the last big hack on bitcointalk when the user accounts and passwords where stolen. Other than that I don't have a clue and all my other accounts outside bitcointalk are fine.

thats my assumption. i failed to update my password after that hack.

also, an admin has kindly begun to help me out and *presumably* reset my email correctly. however, when i try to reset my password, im not getting emails from bitcointalk (nor have i gotten any PM notifications as of late). I use hotmail and have checked inbox/junk folders as well as all other folders that it could have been filtered to and nothing. anyone else not getting site emails?
After another month, any progress on the issue?
843  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: What crowdsource rewards would you be interested in for the game I'm developing? on: October 23, 2016, 08:57:18 PM
All of those are great ideas that I see for a lot of games.  I would add all of them.  Early access should always be there for early supporters.
Rare in-game items (weapons, etc) would probably be my choice #1, simply because it will make the early birds feel special.
844  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Would anyone be interested in a PTC/GPT Website? on: October 23, 2016, 06:49:04 PM
User monbux told us he was making one a while back.
Never happened.

Yep, project kind of fell apart because I was travelling so much and couldn't do much work with my partner.  That's why I'm looking to revive the idea now that I have more time.
845  Other / Archival / Re: . on: October 23, 2016, 06:36:35 PM
I am looking for a name for this game.......   please comment and I will add to the OP.

3) Cryptopoly
4) Cryptocracy
5) Huh
I'd go with Satoshiless, very unique name Smiley
846  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: [ESHOP launched] Trezor: Bitcoin hardware wallet on: October 23, 2016, 03:34:09 AM
Owned trezor for a long time now - a very good investment.
Ran into a couple of small problems, one that got me on the verge of freaking out... mytrezor, electrum, etc. just couldn't recognize my trezor anymore.  The fix was just updating the driver after the trezor software updates (when needed).  Just putting it out there, found it on their helpful documentation.
847  Economy / Auctions / Re: Domain Name Auction : BitcoinGUIDE.com on: October 22, 2016, 09:55:30 PM
Surprised there's not a lot of movement on this awesome domain name.
Unfortunately the starting bid is probably too high for interested bidders.  Please consider lowering it!  How come you haven't set up a website with that domain yet?
848  Economy / Auctions / Re: fully automatic lottery/betting website + domain on: October 22, 2016, 08:51:01 PM
can you post website link here? I guess that many members would like to see what is in the offer
also more information about traffic statistics, proof of earnings etc.. will be helpful
regards
https://win-bits.com  for proof of earnings contact admin of the site i dont own the site i just created it .. i can upload a singed text if you want on it

regards
to clear it up i dont RUN the website im creator of it. to get the staticts contact the admin that runs the lottery atm lottery@win-bits.com he has all info from payments and visitors.
I just sell the domain + script you can keep the admin or do your own work and advertisings

I'm confused.  You are the creator but not the owner?  How are you able to sell that domain then?  Or are you talking about another website with the same script installed?
849  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Would anyone be interested in a PTC/GPT Website? on: October 22, 2016, 08:39:09 PM
I'm interested in that.  The biggest problem to starting a GPT site is the flexibility and customization of the site itself, as well as the marketing that needs to be done afterwards.

Keep me updated on your project.  Would you be interested in a partnership?
850  Economy / Collectibles / Re: MEGA BITTAWM BUNDLE [H] SHIT LOAD OF COINS [W] 4 BTC BUYOUT (dropped by 1btc) on: October 22, 2016, 07:41:35 PM

I fully intend to have a line of exchangeable and affordable physical Bitcoins in addition to fancier pieces.
That's a key selling point!!  How will this work out in terms of legality?
Definitely watching your projects!
854  Economy / Services / Re: [Looking For] Wordpress expert. on: October 18, 2016, 10:29:04 PM
That doesn't seem that you need a wordpress expert to do it, nor a web developer.  If those are the only requirements I can do it, what are you paying?
855  Economy / Lending / Re: looking for a loan of 0.5 BTC for 3 days - have collateral on: October 18, 2016, 04:18:22 AM
I'm looking to borrow 0.5 BTC for 5 days. I can offer 66m sprouts as collateral. Please offer an interest rate.

Thanks,
GS
If you are talking about this coin: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1103868.0
It seems dead looking at the exchanges - meaning that it will be very hard to liquidate the collateral in case you default.  Therefore, it is not considered a valid collateral.
856  Economy / Collectibles / Re: PROTOTYPES: Bitcoin Penny™ DIY (Fundable) Commemorative Coins on: October 18, 2016, 02:22:15 AM
Got my ten pack today!  Grin

One of those pennies seem to have the bitcoin symbol protruding from the back? Or are my eyes playing tricks on me?
857  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] New Bitcoin Mint Medallions on: October 18, 2016, 02:17:39 AM

858  Other / Meta / Should I report all similar posts? on: October 18, 2016, 01:33:59 AM
Say there was a spammer who just posted 10 times consecutively with garbage on 1 thread.  Should I report every single one of those posts or report only one?
Does reporting all of them making it easier for the moderators?
859  Other / Meta / Re: Is it just me or has the quality of this forum dropped immensely on: October 18, 2016, 01:29:47 AM
Every topic I look at lately is just a bunch of spammers trying to raise their post count when they should really be spending some time learning English...

Maybe they really didn't have the need to learn it and this is the first time they're using it. Also would you like it better if they spoke on their native language or on unleast broken english? Maybe their english isn't that good but you can still, somewhat,  understand  them.

Even if you can understand most of them, the content is 90% garbage anyway.  I don't want to have to struggle to read shit posts.  But whatever.

I have great respect for folks who can speak and write multiple languages, that isn't the problem.  It's the crap posts in broken English.  These people wouldn't be posting on an English-language forum if they weren't getting paid.  That's my take on it, at least.
I fully agree with that.  Nothing against non-native English speakers, but when I see them trying so hard to make a basic sentence into the length of a paragraph in order to make their posts seem more legitimate, I cringe. Hard.
860  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Looking to buy Bitcoin on: October 18, 2016, 01:08:05 AM
Please move this to the Currency Exchange section.

Your best bet would be to browse Localbitcoins, trade face to face, or find an exchange that you haven't yet landed upon that'll grant you higher limits with verification.
