121  Economy / Economics / Re: Is your bitcoin earnings enough for you to start a business? on: May 18, 2018, 05:29:11 PM
I have a job, and I'm quite tired of working as an employee. I was thinking if I can make my btc earnings a start for a business, what do you think?
Apparently, my bitcoin earning is not enough to start a new business. But on your statement, I think you can start a new business because you said that you are tired of working. You are thinking if you're bitcoin earning can start a new business it definitely depends on your capital gain and what kind of business you want, but if you want to point out that your new business is gaining bitcoin, I'm sure that you need to scrutinize it first before entering into this kind of business.
122  Economy / Economics / Re: Digital Money = Cashless Society on: May 18, 2018, 04:56:15 PM
Yes, digital money is equal to cashless society especially now that most of the store, establishment, and people are using digital things, it will be more convenient for many people. But the only thing that I'm thinking now is how other countries will catch up into this kind of innovation even we are in the 21st century there is some state that can't catch up to this changing environment with this kind of technology. We know that bitcoin’s is now widespread, and the community of it is rapidly growing, but the acceptance of bitcoin is still meager, so the cashless society is possible to those nation that accepts it and has a leading technology but to those nation that doesn’t accept and can’t catch up to this kind of technology mean no cashless society.

124  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can you verify if a bitcoin is real? on: May 17, 2018, 06:17:27 PM
You can verify it thru the online ledger, you can visit blockchain and search your wallet address there. If you can't found a transaction telling receiving or received there could be two things. One, the transaction could be delayed. In this scenario you could then search the sender address, there should be listed the amount of bitcoin he or she is sending to you. Additionally, your address should be listed in there. The second scenario,  if both address don't have send or received. It is probably not been send at all. Just an advise, if you are buying or trading some to a bitcoin, better use an escrow. By that you are sure that both party will do its part.
125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook makes its own coin, will it be selling in the market? on: May 17, 2018, 05:59:28 PM
Is this fake news? lol! I have read news in cnbc or forbes (can't recall) about facebook exploring the blockchain technology to help it run its services. But I didn't read about creating their own coins or token. As far as I remember, facebook have created a small team to focus on research on how this new blockchain technology will make their company advantageous among other advertisers. The news even tell that facebook will not offer an ICO, and the result could be realize next year. Sometime when a message is passed on to another, there could be a little unintentional editing happen.
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a Scam - No more on: May 16, 2018, 03:31:44 PM
We all knew that there are two kinds of people in the crypto world. The one who are holding coins and wishing for the price to rapidly go up while continuing to ignore bad news and accept only the good news. The other one are those who want to start holding coins but seeing the price is too high for them to hop in thus they are creating and jumping to start a bad news or even so the price will go down and start to hop in. Thus an instant revenue is assured. No matter what we do, there are always people bring the price down while there are people who want to bring the price up. That is why most of the people said that the price is so volatile. Yeah, it is so volatile because people what it to be like that.
127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best wallet for bitcoin? on: May 16, 2018, 02:55:24 PM
There are lots of good bitcoin wallet out there, that could be the reason why you are asking for the best. I think that will depend on how you use your wallet. If you are a trader, and living in US, the most popular and people love is the coinbase. Coinbase have the capability to act as a wallet and act as a trading app. I think most of the bitcoin holder have been curious about trading. Thus it is one of my best option for you. But if you are living outside US and no plan to trade, still you could use coinbase. One thing that I just dont like about it is the much higher transaction fee among others. So if, you frequently send and receive bitcoin, cashing in and out, I could suggest using just to use the best local app in your area.
128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bing says it will ban Crypto-Related Ads By July 2018 on: May 16, 2018, 02:39:18 PM
That could be a good news and could be a bad news for windows users. According to netmarket share, Internet explorer is still own the 12% of the market. I think that is because it is the default browser of the windows pc. And since windows pc dominate the households and universities or some offices, they could get that kind of utilization. But if they tend to block those crypto related ads, I think the chance of blocking those ads will not greatly effect the users. Or if the worst came, those loyal users of bing will definitely switch to other browser which could be firefox, safari or chrome which dominate at 60% market share.  On the other hand, some people don't really been bombarded by ads. I even get irritated sometimes when ads pops.
129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FedEx is investing and confident about Bitcoin on: May 16, 2018, 02:07:24 PM
This is probably the source you are talking about. "FedEx is sure that blockchain technology will revolutionize the logistics industry, and they don't want to be left behind." - Source https://www.ccn.com/tracking-key-shipments-fedex-is-testing-with-blockchain
A company like fedex which focuses on freight and scattered around the globe is an example of a huge corporation that is adopting a centralize information but functioning in a decentralize form. In these case, they could really adopt the blockchain technology which work just like their company. However, an open ledger style of information about each transaction is not suitable inorder to protect its customers.

Exchange?

Congratulations!
Exchange is correct.
Stock exchange were once started in a house or Inn of Van der Beurze in the 13th century.
traders and merchants conducted business in the said location. The term bourse was then evolved to indicate the organized trading venue.

131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook and blockchain on: May 14, 2018, 06:20:36 PM
Yeah! that is true and not a hoax or just an new information that is trying to cover up fb in the recent scandals.
But as i read the story about that, they have no plan to generate a token or start and ICo. It seems that they will use the blockchain technology to run more of its recent services rather than creating a new product or services. If that is the case then, people will have no chance to invest in the blockchain technology fb is investigating. Additionally, based from the news the blockhain team is just small and it is not expected to develop what it is intended this current year.

133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: High school dropout who invested in bitcoin is now a millionaire at 18 on: May 14, 2018, 07:28:14 AM
I ever wonder how many students who drop out of college have been successful in their life?
And how many students graduate from college that become successful in their life?
I think there are only few dropout who made to riches or become successful.
It seems that there are some sort of irregularity or hidden info in the writings.
It is also not clear for me why choose bitcoin rather than cash if the cash could bought
much greater amount of bitcoins. Or maybe in that time, this dropout really want bitcoins
so he can use it in the silk road. What ever happened then, I am glad he become millionaire.

Spare, spare money.
Hmm if it is the correct one maybe i should let others win? N1 now?  Cheesy

Spare... darn noticed I was beat to it lol

SPARE is Correct!
Some people that into gambling or trading only invest their spare money to manage the risk.
I even my self don't pour all my money in trading nor gambling. It is not my risk appetite to give it all in,
so in order to feel good at it. I usually trow in my spare money on those activities.

140  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin value on: April 30, 2018, 03:44:20 PM
Yeah that is somewhat right. You can visit the different trading platforms so you will be able to grasp how the price of bitcoin and even alts were made.
In trading the people decide the value how high or low they want to acquire a bitcoin, on the other hand people set a price to sell a bitcoin. If those two matches that decide a price of that trade. All of the trade happen in a certain time is computed maybe averaged that decide the price of that particular time.
