81  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin have more risks than benefits? on: May 30, 2018, 05:06:23 PM
Yes, that is true. But it is because bitcoin could produce more profit than others. Just like in gambling, you need to invest a lot to win a lot and there are little or almost no chance of winning right away. That is why most of the investors prioritize to invest in a legitimate ICO rather than in the most trusted bitcoins. Bitcoins give additional tool for those terrorist that are willing to accept payment thru the crypto.
82  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Can Be Done To Make Government Legalize Bitcoin on: May 30, 2018, 04:35:21 PM
What can be done is to let them control the crypto. That is allotting the 51% of the whole system to their system. Which is I think not possible due to the continuous increase of people who participate the the whole blockchain technology. Another is, if each of the cypto could be actually backed by a gold. Yes, a gold. Even the fiat these days is backedup by gold reserves, which then add to determine the reliability and price of the coin.
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin the success ladder. on: May 30, 2018, 04:19:04 PM
One thing that bitcoin thought me is that you cant undo the past. The only way to the next transaction is thru a chain, and each chain is just like a ladder, each part of it is important to reach the top. One slip of an error altering the past could make the whole system collapse. But just like a ladder, the price could go up or down, you could climb up and you could climb down. The only thing that is in question is how could you continue to up and just leave the price behind.
84  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bing planning to bring their own crypto?? on: May 30, 2018, 03:47:10 PM
Nope, even facebook will not do so. They have just said that they will investigate and conduct project that could help facebook using the blockchain technology but they will not create their own coin and not even conduct an ICO. Bing which is under the roof of microsoft will do the same. They will not create a coin nor an ico. They block the ads related to ICO but it doesn't mean that they will create their own. They block those ads to exclude their participation in some ponzi and scam related ico.
85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto replace fiat money? on: May 30, 2018, 03:25:57 PM
In future, probably. But, it is still unclear how could it be done and what crypto will dominate. Maybe bitcoin will be the first one to be able to use in real transactions. But among those alts, maybe eth could be the tough competitor of bitcoin. It could also be the one who can replace some of the fiat currently in the circulation. There are even highly corrupt nation that establish their own crypto to eliminate the malpractice.
86  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late? (To buy Bitcoin now) on: May 29, 2018, 05:14:59 PM
Just like what other saying is,  it is better to be late than never. If you feel that you are late in the party, just remember, while there are still source of the party, and no one is setting the party off then the party continuous. If your problem is the price, well I think your problem most probably is the income. You can buy and sell bitcoin in any time of the day, but just remember, due to the volatility of price, it could go up or could go down anytime. Thus, selling earlier before it goes down is somewhat a good action.
87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I wonder - are there ppl here who bought BTC when it was 19k ? on: May 29, 2018, 04:49:19 PM
Yup there is, I am one of them...I think I have bought a couple of time on that price range. But, I have also sell a couple of times on those range.
You are reading it right, I have bought and sell on those time when the bitcoin price is $18k to almost $20k. But I am sure that I still have profited enough on those times. Unfortunately, there are couple of my coins still fixed on those high price. Hoping that one day, when the price goes up again, those bitcoins could be sold right away.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The effect of altcoin on bitcoin? on: May 25, 2018, 09:44:17 PM
I am no hater of alts but I think one of the effects is that people have a lot to choose from. And when there are a lot to choose from, the investment which should be focused on a single coins could be divided into pieces. But on the benefits is synonymous to its disadvantages. Since there are several alts, it leverages the whole crypto world and provide advertisement not only to the alt but to the bitcoin too. I think that those who have invest in alts is also an investor in bitcoin. But there are people who invest in bitcoin that is not an investor of alts. Currently some people what a whole amount of coin rather than a point of it, thus people see alts as a good option.
89  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can somebody steal your btc? on: May 25, 2018, 08:58:58 PM
You are talking about the brute force attack. It will took quantum computing technology to attain that and even using quantum technology, it will took a lot of time to accomplish that. What more complicated is that some will require capcha or another extra layer of security. There are reports that say their wallet were been hacked or something, but i guess because they have use an online address generation which could leave a copy of the private keys in the sever.
90  Economy / Economics / Re: How to manage the risk in investing cryptocurrency? on: May 25, 2018, 05:50:31 PM
In order to manage the risk in investing in the crypto. You should know the first the ability and potential of the coins you want to have.  When you buy coins to make sure that coins that you chose are dropped the value you can know if the coins fall by recognizing the historical value. After you already buy take a plan when you sell it.  It will make an extended period before you sell you should be persistence waiting for your target.
91  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people think everyone is a scam? on: May 25, 2018, 04:37:22 PM
When I was young, my parents always told me to don’t talk to a stranger because I don’t know the person. That is wrong the truth is don’t easily trust and believe the person. We can’t deny a lot of a person suffering from the scam. Scammer only one motivation to the people they want money. To have the money they will do the devil activities. Everywhere there is scammer not only in our country, not only to others country mostly in the social media. The government can’t drop or stop the scammer, so you are the one will avoid it.
92  Economy / Economics / Re: Investment amount on: May 25, 2018, 03:53:25 PM
In the world of crypto, your income in the investment always depends into three things, In the value in the markets and to your capital the last is depend to your ability. Never mind how much is your funds the important is you will get an income through it. Just invest the capital that you able to lose so that you not afraid and you can beat the risk of the investment. Take the opportunity to buy if the value drops almost 10% vice versa..
93  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will this year's bitcoin price potentially surpass the highs of last year? on: May 24, 2018, 05:46:45 PM
Whatever it would take, I just wish of it surpass the all time high of $20k. Currently there are six remaining months to prove that the bitcoin price could surpass its peek price. I you could recall, the price of bitcoin increase starts from around september and dropping down on the second week of december. If the luck is within us and the US rules and regulations have laid it out good. Then, I can bet that the price will soar again.
94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin down, what will happen? on: May 24, 2018, 05:30:20 PM
seeing bitcoin prices go down and up, I'm a bit frightened to buy bitcoin at the moment, I judge I could lose, do you think, whether bitcoin prices can continue to go down, or even rise high?

If there is someone who can exactly predict what will be the price of bitcoin day by day with even a less than fiver percent degree of freedom is a billionaire by now. What I am pointing about is there is no one who could do that. Even the experts that tell the bitcoin price could go up and down, they them self admit that they are not 100% accurate about their predictions. The key is, just buy it anytime you want and set a specific sell price point of it. But the drawback of that could be time.
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New Bitcoin Artwork, What do you think? on: May 24, 2018, 05:11:23 PM
Very very great concept. Is this a comic or something? It is very cool and it is could be more great if there are some captions or speach bubble among them. But all in all it give a great picture on how those thing are related to each others. Those fiat currency, which i think one is already burried; the relationship of the banks and the fork of each coins. I look forward to see more of those illustrations.
96  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the reason why we really need Bitcoin? on: May 24, 2018, 04:53:28 PM
It is the same reason why people want torrents. A system with high reliability and almost impossible to hack all at once, is one of the most interesting part of it. It could let anybody become a bank, or worker that could gain salary by setting up a mining machine. It is almost just saying that you could create a money printing machine at home. People want a system that is not controlled by a central private company or government, most of the people want a system that they themselves could be a part of it.
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin win? on: May 24, 2018, 04:40:30 PM
The question is to whom will bitcoin loose? Bitcoin continuously increase its popularity due to media reports or news. Whether it is a good thing or a band thing, at the end of the day, bitcoin got its free publicity. And that is a big win for bitcoin. Imagine when there is a sudden price drop or increase, there will be a news streaming on the internet about it. If the bitcoin become so popular to the people, in some way they will be curious about it and start to invest. Among billions of people, i think there is fewer than one billion people who are already believed in. Thus, there are a huge potential for a further increase in bitcoin price.
98  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Criminals and Bitcoin on: May 23, 2018, 04:39:22 PM
I think bitcoin is long way been associated in illegal activities before you even knew it. It has been the currency that fueled silk road, an underground buy and sell site that focuses on trading illegal stuffs like drugs and guns. But the operatives have found a trace on those people and shutdown the whole system. However, illegal activities don't stop there. There are hackers who hack a site, get the company data in exchange for a bitcoin. There are even site with a builtin pow which harness the computing power of its visitor. And i think there are more creative way on how people will use bitcoin and alts in their evelish activities.
99  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does it make sense to invest in bitcoin? on: May 23, 2018, 04:22:33 PM
Does the frequent price change disturb you from earning income? If it is then you are not into trading. You better experience bitcoin or alt trading so the high volatility of the bitcoin will be your money printing machine that could print whenever the price changed. If the price don't move much then those trader will be very sad about it. But other part of the industry will be very happy about it. Eventually, what most people seek is to make profit from this new technology.
100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens with my crypto when I die? on: May 23, 2018, 04:07:14 PM
Here is the thing my friend, if nothing knew you have a bitcoin or an alt coins, those assets die with you too. So I could advice is to let one close friend or family member to knew your possessions and give them instruction in the case those unwanted event occurs. They, will even be happy that you left them some treasure that could be use in your memorial service. But you know, I just think of, I think those coins could be claimed by the crypto wallet service provider if they knew no one got interest on a particular account.
