361  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Titan Mint Coins- Serious Issue- Titan Mint Bitcoin Coins ***NEW UPDATES*** on: January 05, 2024, 04:28:12 AM
I received your stolen funds? You are a fuckin nut case. And you accuse me of stealing from you? If you want to make that claim, then you better fucking back it up with filing a police report.

Here is my address:

MoparMiningLLC
12121 Little Road #274
Hudson, FL 34667

I fully expect you to file a police report with your accusations - if you do not, then you are showing that you are a fucking liar and a nutjob and then you need to stop talking shit about me.

you know what - I have listened to your shit over and over and over - its the same made up garbage.

So either come find me and tell me how you really feel to my face - or keep my name out of your mouth.

I have never ripped anyone off here and I have probably handled several hundred thousands of USD worth of merch and funds - with not one sat taken from anyone.

you come in and accuse every one - many of them very trusted members of this community of being "accomplices"

you put false red trust, you blame, you cry, you make shit up - we get it, you are the "first" victim. While there are many victims of Titan - even the coins I redeemed took a 40% loss so still lost funds as well. Quite a few people have taken the deal for partial refund - some refund is better then none.

However, you are not a victim of Titan - you had the opportunity to be made whole - you turned it down. So, if anyone does not belong on this thread - it is you - Mr. Not A Victim.

Please do this first before doing anything else 👇🏼

1. Refund the 2 members who were rugged & refused Cygan’s offer like right now…
chronicsky - 0.055BTC
Mitchell - 0.0125BTC

what about those who were rugged, never refused cygans offer but were also never reimbursed?

If you had your keys swiped & didn’t get reimbursed, yes! Those are the 2 members Cygan said didn’t want his refund.  We not talking about unfulfilled orders or loans, swiped items that were in someone’s possession is what I’m talking about.

The other shit can’t agreed upon, so leave that to the contributors to the auctions.

there are more than 2 members who were rugged and did not get funds from cygan - those are just 2 of them. but if you refund anyone then the funds are unable to be returned the doners - right? as there will no be less funds.

I still say unfulfilled orders should be reimbursed - I dont see that any differently - almost worse as the person lost their funds and doesnt even at least have the wallets.

but if we are returning to the donors then no one else can be reimbursed as all funds have to be returned - or do you randomly select someone and dont refund to them?

or do you offer refunds and if there are those who say dont refund them - you then use those funds to reimburse?

no matter how you do it - there is no fair way to do any of it as there is not sufficient funds to do it.

for example my one card where I lost the funds is the coldbond that was not taken until much much later - it was during the bitcoin conference time frame when mine was taken and this was a card I could not simply cut and peel and sweep myself as it was locked until 2025 - yogg emptied the funding address so when the transaction can be broadcast the funds are already gone.
363  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Bitcoin Penny Issues- Undelivered work/Money owed/Lack of updates on: January 05, 2024, 02:23:05 AM
my issues were:

waited months for the copper and gold pirate treasure coins - received the refund for the gold early November 2023 and received the copper coins mid December 2023.

waited months for the 10th anniversary 1kg .999 FS kilo coin - received refund November 2023

still waiting for the 1 oz Silver Dollar coin - told would be issued near end of Q1 2024.

After seeing and hearing of so many issues with others - I count myself lucky to be out only one coin so far.

But truth be told, I would rather have received the coins I paid for vs getting the refunds.

So the FBI never started that investigation against Tim? Wasn't there a guy who lost like over a million dollars? They don't give a fuck or what? usually people hire lawyers over that kind of money.

I see MoparMiningLLC still here being an asshole to the other victims. He got paid and I didn't, which is just another reason for me to believe he was an ACCOMPLICE.

I did nothing to be an asshole - simply stated that some of the unfunded coins are because people never made contact once having their coins.

Do you know why I got the funds from the Titans I peeled? I did the process to redeem them rather than wait another year.

Other's have also done this and also have received their funds - are they all accomplices too?

You were offered your payment years ago - you never took it.

You were negligent in your situation as well - on top of Titan being wrong. You bought a coin without verification - without even checking the funding and at the same time you were advertising here on the forums for buying specifically unfunded/redeemed Titans. And suddenly you had one that was never funded or swept or database corruption or whatever.

Either you knowingly bought an unfunded/redeemed coin and then played it off and pretended that you got fucked over or you were the dumbass who should have verified your purchase -  you were a dumb shit then and you are a dumb shit now.

In both possible scenarios you are still the one wrong - just as much as Titan.

oh and as for getting paid - you were offered 1 BTC back then for finding his bullshit database "bug" - you should have taken the bounty reward for what it was and then still pursued for your coins funding.

Again, this is just more evidence proving how much of a dumb ass you really are.

You run your mouth like an impudent child spouting lies and nonsense.

You really need to keep my name out of you lying mouth. You should just close it permanently.
366  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Penny® Silver Dollars | DIY Fundable Physical Bitcoins on: January 05, 2024, 01:17:55 AM
I know I mentioned it on the other thread - I will look for it and update there and here when I find his post - he did post a lengthy apologetic post - the gist was these were moved to near end of first quarter 2024.

I am owed 1 single coin of these.

367  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [AUCTION] Bitcoin Penny® 10th Anniversary Mega Coins on: January 05, 2024, 01:16:23 AM
Since other BCP threads are being bumped with unfilled orders, thought I would dig this up to officially mention that this production item is also MIA. I do realize that this was a “pre-order” auction, but still, 6 months with ZEOR update is unacceptable. I have REALLY tried to give BCP the benefit of the doubt here, but feels dirty.

Geophphreigh

you may have missed the posts - this project was scrapped entirely. the 4 winners were given or should have been given the option to convert their purchase to a 1kg mini MHC made from silver - he shared that on another thread as well.

The cost was higher as well - I opted for and received my .05 back when he presented the offer to me.

here it is:

Wait what?? I can wait, but nobody told me it's been cancelled altogether?! And I've paid for mine...

Don't worry. We've had to put few projects on hold until the start of the year, and this is one of them. We considered the possibility of issuing refunds to the 4 customers (and we still can, if one wished) and canceling the project, since it runs similar to another project that has been in the works for well over a year and is almost ready to reveal (finally!), but we decided to continue the project and just release at the start of our 10th year. But Mopar is right, we had considered canceling the project at one point recently. However, we decided against it.

Thanks again, everyone.

Regards,
Chris@TBPCo.

and as I read it, he is actually saying it was not cancelled... He told me it was and that I could get a refund or have it credited towards the silver MHC. I think I would have to pay .065 additional - with all the delays, I was not wanting to send more funds so I got the refund.

So, I was wrong and it appears this project was not scrapped. I did get a refund - I do not know about the 3 other winners.
368  Economy / Collectibles / Re: My Cold Keys Just Got Swiped! All Cold Kuntz!! on: January 04, 2024, 07:39:06 PM
who needs to make a decision? Should this not be smoothie who decides?

as for someones loss being bigger than someone elses? that should not matter.

Set a guideline - pay those who lost funds from being swept. (and pay cygan for those he reimbursed)

if there are any funds after paying those - pay for undelivered orders and unfunded cards.

if anything after that (probably wont be) then look at paying those who loaned funds maybe.

The only issue I see is that with some of the "swept" ones. Many are very clearly swept - when 30-40 cards all went to one address.

However, there were a few I question are the ones where 1 or 2 cards were swept but went to a different address and not an address any other cards went to - those I feel might be people who swept their own cards and are trying to get double paid.

FYI to all - I was able to redeem the Titan BTC PK version I was initially trying to auction on this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5460822.msg62592650#msg62592650

Nobody cares.... you shit the bed when you canceled that auction! Roll Eyes

I also have a Titan 0.1 coin of the PK version which I'd won at an action here a couple
of years before. However when I check it by its address on not only on the
WalletExplorer but also the Blockchair or Blockchain.com, it always shows it's
loaded correctly with 0.1 BTC. It has no problem, doesn't it?

the pk coins should be fine but with all the shit happening around Titan, I would personally peel it. Who knows, maybe one day Tim will find he did actually keep those keys...

Thanks a lot for your quick answering. However, I decide to keep it intact until the future time comes since most
people holding the coin shall hastily peel them and get them much scarer than the other brands.

Happy Holiday season, pals.
Goldlyre

I get that - just hope he doesn't decide to rug the pk coins as well.

Did anyone get any info about Tim?

what do you mean?

Yep. Not too surprised, never been an issue with PK coins, just the 2FA so far(?)

There are some PK coins they were sent out that were never funded. I was able to confirm that from a couple very trustworthy sources. So there’s kinda a problem with Titan PK coins.  This has all been such an ordeal, starting to forget what’s what .. so thinking out loud..did the Titan PK coins have first bits on them or the code that needed to be typed in to the Titan website and is it the case for all the different PK coins or are some different than others in that maybe some have first bits and some have some sort of code for the Titan website to verify Huh

yes but if I recall - the PK ones are not funded until after receipt and the seller had to contact Tim to get them funded - if they received and then just held them and then oh a few months or year later decide to sell it and suddenly see it isn't funded - that would be different than any negligence on Titan's part.

That said - it is a shame that there are any coins unfunded or ones that have to be redeemed for partial. Lesson to be learned - dont play with/invest/move/store keys to other peoples funds.

If their funds are lost - let it be because they fucked up not because you did.
373  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Custom Denarium coins worth anything? on: January 03, 2024, 08:48:06 PM
Depends where you sell it, but you can expect $250-$450 each right now. I'd hold off  selling these specific pieces until 50k+ btc. The will perform better. Do you have any silver ones?
thanks for the input

Would you pay to get them graded?
Or is it useless since they’re in their original packaging?

I only have these, a pre-fork satori chip and one of these savings wallet;

do you have pictures of the bitelevation wallet? what are you asking for it? I would be interested.

just got confirmation the listed price does include the load - so expect it to change periodically with the price of Bitcoin.
375  Economy / Collectibles / Re: BALLET Physical Cryptocurrency Wallets on: January 03, 2024, 03:23:55 PM
waiting on confirmation if the price includes load. or if its $75 for coin and then load.
376  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [help] how to redeem this bitcoin 2014 microsoul 0.05 102/1000 on: January 03, 2024, 02:26:49 PM
in looking at it on mempool.space - it looks like it was originally loaded with .05 on 01/26/2015 and then on 03/13/2015 with another .05 and then on 09/09/2015 with .9 --- looks to be a final balance of 1 BTC

You should be able to peel the coin and use the private key under the hologram to sweep the funds into your wallet.

do not give anyone the PK !
377  Economy / Collectibles / Re: BALLET Physical Cryptocurrency Wallets on: January 02, 2024, 07:25:59 PM
what is a shame is that Ballet specifically asked people to not share any review of the coin until 1/3/2024 - the official launch date.

however that was for the "testers" I think quite a few people got one as a "2023 Happy Holidays" gift. And that card did not ask but also stated that official release date was Jan 15th 2024 - which appears to be the "selling date" vs the 1/3/2024 "launch date"

so maybe they will consider all early posts/threads/reviews etc as being from those who received the Holiday one vs the test one sent to reviewers.
