Hey Equate whats your location? Also can you post a video of your rig working? I am interested in whole rig. Please show screenshot of remaining warranty or the bill of purchase. Plus how much watt it consumes? You can PM me too Would be interesting to know how much power they eat vs how many G/hash they give out.

Dude this is India subforum. I can get a 7970 on ebay for 130-140$ Or even less, but nobody in their right mind is going to deal with outrageous Intl' shipping (50-70$) and import taxes (30-40$) while they can get it for almost same price in local market WITH the leftover of a 2yr warranty

olx= no takers, but ebay might work. A pity so few people use these wonderful graphics cards. There are idiots would buy i7 with 16 GB RAM and buy a 7870 for gaming. Wish there was a bigger market for cheaper used cards. If he had made the offer a week before I'd have bought two. I bought a 5 month old 7950 for 18.2 K

Local / Mining (India) / Re: Want to enter in mining business

Hi, I want to enter in mining , the main things I want to know are
What is my earning daily if I use 20gh/s blade ( I have used the mining calculators online but I can't understand those) ?
From where I should buy the mining blade ( Want face to face deal ) ?
Is the earnings from mining changes daily ?
Can we withdraw any amount from bitcoins to Indian Rupee ?
First I don't want to dissuade you but the ground reality is mining isn't that lucrative. A 70% ROI in 2-3 months still means -ve ROI with difficulty at 190 million. And ASICMiner's (manufacturer of blades and block erupters) cost to performance ratio is very bad. There are other manufacturers out there. And blades come in 10.7 Gh/s, not 20 GH/s. At the current 190 mil diff 10 Gh will make you 0.027 BTC per day provided the luck is good and there're no power or network disruptions. A blade will set you back by at least 3 BTC (though it'd fall soon) with shipping and you also have to buy a PSU too. You're thinking about ~28K Rupees for 10Gh/s. To break even with the riding difficulty? I don't think so. I can instead buy 2 second hand HD 7950 for ~28-29K and assemble a PC for 13-14K extra and mine scrypt coins. 2X 7950 will net you about 0.025 btc per day. And you can ALWAYS sell the cards and PC at (Almost) the price you bought it for. No risks unlike these specialized ASIC miners for which you might not find a taker when 2TH/s machines hit the market.

I can confirm that user Delmonger has contacted me for free vetting services.
Cheers! DZ
Thank you DZ. Ladies and Gents, welcome back to the BTC Talk Forums! Shortly before the forum outage I was contacted by Delmonger for vetting. My main PC w/ PGP signing is down for a few days but I can confirm that Delmonger has passed my vetting process, which although there's no charge for my vetting services, it's the most thorough vetting process I'm aware of on these forums. I can confirm that Delmonger has his ID and address on record with this Forum Vetting Agent, and that he appears to be a well intentioned Group Buy Coordinator. Please send me a PM if you have any questions about the authenticity of any GBCs or miner hosts who claim to have been vetted by me. Aloha, DyslexicZombei +1

Glad I snuck in with last share. Does this mean we will get 12 g/hash? Considering stable at the 500. They mention more but would have to see if it makes it to ours. Can't wait to see those btc come in. Didn't read what you're buying? It's a saturn, not a Jupiter that is getting all the love and attention. Sats will see around 275+ gHps, that's official....so maybe more. We have to wait until reviews spring up. Keep your hopes upto 6.5 gHps.

Anyone one not have Xialia on ignore? I'm sure that she/he/it is screaming bloody murder because KNC will miss their projected shipping date by a day...
Is Xialia really a chick? Never thought I would see a chick in mining scene. Kudo's to her for being one of the first. No he is NOT, but there ARE a few chicks in mining scene. There's one GB coordinator for coin terra in which i was thinking about investing etc etc. Hint: look at his siggy... For confirming follow the link.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thinking of switching to mining Feathercoin instead of Litecoin
|

I have been mining LTC for a few weeks, and it has gone well, I have a little over 4000 Khash worth of GPUs pimping LTC for me.
But I'm thinking of switching over to mining Feathercoin (FTC). Mainly for the following reasons:
1. FTC is supported on several exchanges, I can trade FTC for BTC or FTC for US Dollars.
2. Lower difficulty, can mine more coins faster.
3. Much lower price, more room to grow my profit.
My ultimate goal is to trade whatever coins I have for US Dollars, I have no plans to try and buy anything with any kind of coins directly.
Plus, some big GPU farms have switched to mining LTC from BTC recently, raising the difficulty and reducing my profit.
With FTC currently around 10 cents, I think it has a lot more room to rise and make me more profit than LTC, but having said that, I think LTC could also possibly bounce high, like $50 to $100 eventually if it becomes more widely accepted.
Why wouldn't you just mine the most profitable coin and trade it for whatever coin you are interested in? Multipool has failed twice within a week. Fix your site, before people migrate elsewhere. I'm moving to middlecoin instead. All sites have issues. Good luck finding someone who puts in as much time and gives as much personal attention to their users as I do. Don't worry, I'll be back I love your site and the pretty graphs, the UI is something most pools don't concentrate on unlike yours. But when it crashes twice in a week...well you know. Hopefully the site will be stable soon. Btw you need to get coins that peak on coinschoose/coinwarz (Orbitcoin/Anoncoin) and not stuff like LKY/ARG

The ROI on chickens are too low.. Marked is overflowed with farms.
If you care about chickens, this is not for you. It's about the people who believe in the future of Colored Easter Eggs and the ability to produce them in Batches, as they hold onto their savings while the prices rise on the marketplace. These are specialized "Batch" Producers, and they are completely new tech, in the market. There are believers and there are non believers. Why are you even in this forum? Oh gosh! I arrived late, can I preorder a batch? How much do I pay? Do you have CC/PP or you take payment only in terms of Chickens/Colored Easter Eggs?
