They are betting their coins with security of exchanges and trust of exchanges. Because of money, they forget that they don't own Ethereum if they send it to exchanges. After sending it, they can get it back if exchange approve their withdrawal or can lose it if exchange turns off.
About fork, PoW Ethereum after the Merge, I don't care about it much. I think in next bull run, Ethereum Classic ETC will be big again and I wait for it to dump to $8 or $10 to get it. In a lomg bear market, I think I will get these discount prices. |

Bollinger bands are good to use but they can not help you to identify what trend will be a next one? Up or down, you can not get it from Bollinger bands.
You will surprise if you turn on and turn off the Bollinger bands and see that price will move up and down to previous resistance or support. Bands will be around that.

Manchester United are surprisingly blocking all the attempts from Chelsea to keep Harry Maguire.
Maguire must play together with other defenders especially central defender who are faster and can cover him. Maguire is not bad but if he can not be covered for that weakness, it is terrible for a whole defense system. Chelsea does not actually need Maguire as they already have Koulibaly who is better than Maguire. United needs Maguire at least in this season because they did not have a better replacement for Maguire.
