Just like the BTC sentiment thread that I've been doing every month, I'd like to know what the guys who are mostly into altcoins are feeling with the market right now. But we'll mostly be talking about the top altcoin Ethereum.
So yeah, with the merge being postponed again from July to September, what do you guys think will happen? Will there be another postponement? How will it affect the price? Will 1700 - 1800 range hold or do we see another drop? I'm really curious what you guys are thinking rn.
The general sentiment of crypto market is bearish so does Ethereum sentiment. The chart shows there is big gap because of Ethereum massive growth in 2020 and 2021 and it is very reasonable to see it will be corrected to fill these gaps. So if gaps filled, Ethereum will be fallen to $1000 or $800 before we see a new bull run for it. The postponement has been giving a big drop for ethereum last week, Bitcoin sentiment is still unpredicatble. Sometime it was giving hope for people after we saw a small increase happened with bitcoin but it will be dumping again just like the bulltrap for people. From here. Im not sure whether ethereum will come back again to the 1800 - 1700 range. In fact that if ethereum can go down anytime. I saw some people are being pessimistic after saw ethereum will migrate to the POS.
If bitcoin is dropping again and ethereum will come to that range. It's only two digits away from there.
ETH 2.0 was postponed many times, many months and years so if you see price of Ethereum rises or falls with news release about ETH 2.0, it is not real reason. After having enough accumulation, price will rise and news about ETH 2.0 is only coincidence or support to its rise. If news released when price already grows too much and general market has to be corrected too, news is not real reason of Ethereum correction |

Have you heard that Real Madrid want to sign Aurélien Tchouaméni? Tchouaméni is currently a hot topic and he is also a target for big clubs in La Liga. do you think Real Madrid need Tchouaméni?
I heard it but I am surprised with the transfer price for Tchouameni. It is too expensive in my opinion. In addition, with Tchouameni, Real Madrid will not get too much additional income from jersey selling, marketing etc. It is opposite to traditional approach of Real Madrid on transfer market. Usually they are ready to pay expensive transfer cost for star players who can help them to get good results and income from football and from marketing too. For a long-term goal, they need someone who can substitute Casemiro. Tchouameni has the same position as Casemiro, he is a defensive midfielder. We know Real Madrid has Camavinga, but his main position is a central midfielder, not a defensive midfielder. Camavinga will be the successor of Kroos, and Tchouameni will be the successor of Casemiro. Now, they only need to look for the successor for Modric, I don't think Ceballos is a suitable player for it.
Casemiro is a good defensive midfielder. He is world-class midfielder in his position and he maintains his performance in many years. With Casemiro professional and his good record against injuries, I think he will play well in 3 to 4 more years but it is good if Real Madrid can prepare for his retirement. Camavinga is a good replacement for Casemiro but he is even better than Casemiro in attacking. So I think Camavinga will be a replacement for Toni Kroos, not Casemiro. |

The drop is from general market change from bullish to bearish and Polygon itself. The Polygon network can not fulfill their promise from white paper so people lose their interest in this project. They switched to other projects that look are more attractive and better technically. Polygon is a lively developing project so many things can be changed from their dev team. If they can boost their developments up and release better upgrades, Polygon will shine again. I think MATIC is really a good long-term investment, it might reach $20 but since we are on the verge of the bear market it would take time. One of the best to hold is MATIC which I also hold it and do locked staking which I get profited. Much better to do DCA when investing to avoid getting lost and this should lessen your loss in the future.
Polygon will be fine in bear market but price will be affected that is unavoidable for altcoins, not only Polygon. If they can take advantage of bear market to build up, improve their chain, their products, they will take a lead in coming bull market. |

I believe that Inter is doing much better financial compared to last year. Last year they were so bad that even though they won the league, they had to sell some players. This year they are not there, they are just not buying players, there is a big difference between "selling our good players" versus "not spending transferring fee when getting new players".
They went farther in Champions League this season so he has more income from it. At least Inter Milan did not collapse after the crisis in last summer and they even managed to play very strong in this season. Better result in Champions League and only competed for Serie A till the final day. They must buy a younger striker because even Dzeko is a successful transfer but he is too old. Perisic and Sanchez are old too. In order to maintain their strength, they must buy some good young players as preparation for these old players in one or two seasons. As long as they can keep their good players, and add in some new players from the market without spending much, that would be a lot better next season. This will of course take some time but I believe that Inter will get back to financially positive situation, and when they do that, championship will become easier.
A healthy club in finance can not totally rely on budget from their owner. They must have good financial balance between income and outcome from their results in national league, European league, cups, friendly tournaments, etc. and from transfer market too. In a new season, it is harder for Inter Milan in Serie A because AC Milan now is the champions, Juventus and AS Roma will be more competitive with their second season under Max and Mou. |

Actually, they did not have an ideal team. I did not think that they would be able to finish in the top 4. But it is really good news for them that they did finish in the top 4 and will be playing in the Champions League. If they build a good enough team they will have a good chance in the Champions League and they will also be able to do well in the Italian league next season. I think that they will be able to attack better if they get an experienced player in front.
They will have more challenge from Roma with Mourinho and his second season in Rome. In career of Mourinho, he usually helps his teams to improve a lot and reach to their best in second season. He can repeat it in Rome Especially they just won a big trophy, a first big on in European league in their history. It will give them more enervy and motivation to play better and achieve bigger things in next season. Juventus prepared for their future with Vlahovic and they bought the striker in winter transfer probably because they wanted to give him a half of season to get familiar with the club. It will help Vlahovic to be really ready in next season. It is a better and longer preparation for him than if Juventus buy him in this summer. |

Luna 2.0 is much better than the Luna Classic in terms of price prediction. I think that LUNA 2.0 will only reach not more than $20 and we all know that whales are taking advantage of the market and panic of the holders of LUNC since they will know that it will be dumped on the market and since we are on the verge of the bear market it could reach below the $5 before the end of this month.
It is only another pump and dump game from Do Kwon and Terra team. They will try to pump LUNA to claim that Terra 2.0 is successful and its success will help them to cover failure and loses in Terra 1.0 (Terra Classic now). I don't believe in Terra 2.0 when it is managed by Do Kwon and my belief lost after all his bad decisions in the depeg death sprial. It would be much better to buy and sell LUNC than to hold it. It could reach much dipper since there are still flaws in the network of Luna Classic that still can be fixed by the team of Do Kwon.
It is good advice because Luna Classic will not recover in near future. Many reasons. Do Kwon and Terra team still own both chains: Terra and Terra Classic. It will make community fearful about future of Luna Classic. Moreover, the issue with UST has yet been resolved. So people still feel fearful that another massive token mint will appear. In addition, market makers won't build up a game in near future and pump Luna Classic to help small investors or gamblers get rich and become millionaires easily. |

In quality and in performance, in most of seasons last decade, they are the second or third best teams just behind Bayern Muchen. The problems with Dortmund are their growth strategy and their transfer plan. Traditionally they want to buy young players, grow them up and sell at expensive price, then use such money to buy other young players. They have very talented scout teams but this growth and transfer strategies can not help them to win Bundesliga. Bayern simply is too strong and dominating in Bundesliga and Dortmund must keep all their best players and buy one or two star players in next season to compete with Bayern. It does not happen in reality so they have to accept the fact that they will hardly to beat Bayern. They can make the competition looks interesting but in the end, they fail. |

Of course, Manchester United disappointed their fans by having a very poor season. But they still somehow managed to finish the season in the sixth place. They could have finished the season in the middle of the standings too. But this still doesn't change the fact that they were just horrible. Their main problem was related to their defense obviously. I wonder what actions they will be taking to solve this problem on a large scale. They can start by bringing a more credible defender instead of Maguire. And it would be better if they sign a solid defensive midfielder too.
I don't think Maguire is at world-class level in central defender position but don't accuse all bad things of Manchester United on him. Remember that just one season ago, Maguire was considered as a defender who helped to strengthen Manchester United defense. There were many articles and figures about Maguire contribution. I think it's true. What happened in this season with Maguire is terrible. From his own performance to negative responses from Manchester United fans. If I was him, I would leave the club and find another challenge. Manchester United performance was not impressive at all, at first many thought the reason for their bad performance was caused by the former coach ole. After ralf Rangnick was brought to Manchester United their was a slight changes but the problem of poor performance was still there, it was complicated to think what could be the cause of the poor performance. Christaino was the main reason Manchester United was able to end up with the 6th position if not it would have been worse than that position.
They sacked Mourinho, then hired Solskajer and gave him a few seasons, then sacked him and hired Ragnick. Now, their new coach is Ten Hag who looks like a good coach with a good CV to build up a club from young players with long term plan. The worst mistake of Manchester United is choosing Pogba and sacking Mourinho. After all Pogba does not contribute considerably for Manchester United. Now he will leave Old Trafford and I see it is a good thing for the club. They will not have to solve chaos around Pogba as well as get conceded goals because of Pogba's carelessness. |

The rivalry between Barcelona and Real Madrid was at its peak in the last decade and I really wonder if we are going to see something like that in the future. Honestly, the domination of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo is not only the la Liga but also the whole football world was overwhelming, and not watching these two players playing against each other is just unacceptable for the people who were able to witness the last decade of football.
The last decade was magic between Barcelona and Real Madrid. They had many super star players in their teams and on bench, they had Pep and Mourinho. So there were tough competitions between their players (Messi vs Ronaldo in particular) and coaches (Mou vs Pep). Mourinho came to Madrid to help Real Madrid to beat Barcelona and he succeed with the mission. In a few seasons, because of Real Madrid and Barcelona, some players brought their conflict in clubs to Spain national team too. That is unbelievable. But I believe the new Barcelona under the management of Xavi is going to be ready to take on the challenge of La Liga next season and I believe they will give Real Madrid a really good fight for the title.
Yeah, they will still be best candidates in La Liga but their quality is not the same as one decade ago. Barcelona does not have good finance to buy best players in next few seasons. Real Madrid still rely on old players and they have yet replaced them with younger star players. |

Haaland is a good striker but I am doubtful that he will adapt well to Manchester City tactics. He is strong physically and has a good speed too so I think he won't get issues to adapt to Premier League. Nevertheless adaptation to Manchester City is different and in my opinion, strikers like Harry Kane is better for Manchester City. Of course, here I don't mention about difference in ages between Kane and Haaland. With Haaland, Mancheser City will get a younger player and they can build up their plan with him. I think, Erling haaland will be a good add to Manchester city squad, he is a player with higher expectations, he has alot of qualities, he is strong, fast, and very good when it comes to goal scoring. He is a good quality player with higher instincts towards goal scoring, and adding him to Manchester city recent squad, I think he will produce alot of goals. He will be one of the best signing in the summer, and a good add to the pep Guadiola's men.
Haaland is a young and very strong striker but his problems is injury in last 2 seasons. He seems to more regularly get injured in latest seasons and in order to prolong his career, he must change his playing style. Even he is a young man, he should avoid unnecessary fighting and dangerous situations, it will be good for his body and his career. The success of Haaland in Manchester City and Premier League will depend on how he adapt to this league and how good or bad his adaptation to become more injury-immuned. In history, we see some players who got a lot of injuries when they were young, but later they changed and reduced injuries. Messi, Robben are very good examples for Haaland. After good changes, those players have very long career. |

The Champions League finale is going to be in Istanbul next season finally after a very long break. I think that Istanbul is one of the meaningful cities for some teams considering the history of the Champions League. It is exactly like this especially for Liverpool and Milan. It is a very motivational speech from Klopp but we know there will be lot of challenge for them to get another final. Manchester City with Haaland will be very strong next season so will Chelsea and PSG. Many think that Carlo Ancelotti is a coach with minimal tactics, but instead he was able to bring Real Madrid to their 14th champions league title and is the team with the most champions league titles at this time. I don't think modern football demands a good game and possession of the ball. In fact, Carlo Ancelotti with minimal tactics is able to make Madrid a pretty good team this season. Carlo Ancelotti is able to make Real Madrid more effective defensively or attacking and this makes it difficult for some clubs when Madrid counter-attack
People are wrong about Ancelotti. He is a genius coach and has won many titles from many national leagues to Champions League. He is a coach with good experience as high quality player in the past and he understands what his star players need. What do they need? The disappointments continue for Liverpool. I thought they could win the champions league final. In fact, they started the final game well. Real Madrid had almost no position. Thibaut Courtois's performance deserves a standing ovation because he is the one who shines the most and of course, he is the one who deserves to be the man of the match in this final match. Courtois' brilliant action frustrated Liverpool players, where every opportunity that Liverpool had was successfully blocked by Courtois.
Although on the whole Real Madrid only had a few chances but they can take advantage of that opportunity to become a goal and even they should have won by 2 goals, unfortunately, the goal made by Benzema had to be disallowed by the referee.
Vinicius scored a winning goal for Real Madrid but Courtois is another hero for them. Without many good saves from Courtois, Real Madrid would have not win this final. The reaction of Mo Salah affer a rejected goal in 83th minute reveals all about good job from Real Madrid goalkeeper in the match. Salah reminds me about the angry reaction of Messi when he was constrained by Alessandro Nesta years ago. They both felt unable to beat Nesta and Courtois. Congrats Real Madrid for their 14th title in Champions League. I love the moment Marcelo lifted the trophy with a captain arm band. Benzema again shows his generosity and team-mateship.
