I plan on talking to the owner of a pizza shop that I frequent about the possibility of him accepting DeepOnion for payment as soon as this covid thing dies down a little more. I figure if BTC can do it, so can DeepOnion!! The shop is not a chain but if one place accepts it, maybe others will also. It would also be good advertisement for DeepOnion. With all the FUD and fake news out there I will be waiting for confirmation. Already being in a bear market and then this corona crap thrown on top of that I think ONION is holding up quite well. I have seen higher and I have seen lower. You take the good with the bad. I think the isolation, etc. associated with pandemic is leaving a lot of people depressed and they are saying and doing things they would not normally. |

You shouldn't miss nezero post for mobile app (DeepOnion dev) However we have developed a library (DeepOnionJ) for rapid mobile and Java based development. I'm currently creating a Proof Of Concept mobile app that natively uses Tor and DeepOnionJ to connect, send, receive TX's using the DeepOnion network.
An SPV wallet like our mobile app isn't well suited to the DeepSend protocol as it generally only looks for and stores TX's that are related to it's own wallet. That's not to say we can't implement it, we just need time to figure out if it's going to be secure enough.Also we got a good feedback for new DeepSend online nodes are just working fine. One tip from @youngweb for those want to sync without restarting the wallet or dealwith DeepOnion.conf " instead of making a changed deeponion.conf file you can use the following command for quick deepsend connections without restarting your wallet
in the console type this: addnode ti3yonjdd47sgeul.onion add replace the node with a node of your choice. As you connect to a deepsend node with the deepsend node list, you most likely get automatic more deepsend nodes. If not add another node through the console " Thanks for the tip!! Are these Nodes all configured as DeepSend Nodes? I can verify that at least 2 of the addresses are deepsendnode(s) as I submitted the addresses of 2 DeepSend activated wallets. I also now know (thanks to forum post by @bykardinal) that I need to backup my tor folder (in DeepOnion folder) when doing updates to keep node address active. That is the way I understood it anyway. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. |

Good to see that the rewards are increasing a bit more. Congrats to everyone who is involved in the airdrops. Well deserved! It would be quite good if the price moved up too... But this is unlikely until the end of the quarantine... Yes, I think it will take some time until the crypto market move up a bit. Bitcoin increased its price but itīs not enough to cause a bull market. Letīs see what happens in the upcoming months. I believe that with BTC now entwined in the stock market that it will not rise to recent ATH until the stock market does. Although there are a lot of crypto only investors, I think most of those are holding for when BTC reaches 20k again or higher. The rest is likely held by what was normally stock investors but saw the value of crypto and invested in it like they would GM, P&G or any other asset. And of course when BTC rises that will make all or most other cryptos more attractive. I agree that the coming months will tell the story for stocks and cryptos including DeepOnion. |

They said it depends on complexity of the coin and team, a form of deceptive marketing with the slogan "We don't require a fee." However, if possible to spend some fee, we can list ourself on a good exchange. These exchanges usually charges a "hidden fee". They could say that they donīt charge anything but sometimes you get a message saying we need XXXXX money for integration purposes and bla bla. I think we could try to cover the listing fee between all the members of this community. Kind of like "Free Download" of some software. Yes, no charge to download it, but to actually use it.... well that's another story. They that with "Free signup" also. But you can always sign up at the deeponion.org forum for free for real No hidden charges ever!! Haha yes, youīre right. Itīs always the same story. Hopefully theyīll offer us a real free listing in the future, without hidden fees. Hopefully, but don't hold your breath.
