It doesn't matter if Onion is listed on huge or on small exchanges because you cannot use Onion. With all the coming regulation you cannot cash out in Fiat nor buy anything in any store with Onion.
There are very few altcoins that you can "cash out in Fiat" or even "buy anything in any store with". The fact is that anyone who wants to "cash out in Fiat" just converts their altcoin(s) into one of a handful of cryptos that most large exchanges handle (BTC, ETH, etc.). Technically you can buy whatever you want with ONION by converting the needed amount (as with most any altcoin) and making your purchase. I firmly believe that at some point ONION will be able to used directly to make purchases (and that has happened in the past).

Hey ZZ!! Glad to see you're still around Smiley I got some ONION at stakecube a while back. There is a sign up (IIRC) but no KYC. It was kind of slow (especially sending the BTC confirmations) but I would (and will) use it again.

Early on, at the beginning of the project there were haters who called the project a scam. DeepOnion is still here (3 years later) with a supportive community and continuing development with new features added throughout it's history. No. This don't have any impact because once you relesse the tx, that will be recorded in the DeepOnion blockchain. That was not the problem. You must have done something. May be some of your files are corrupted, specially some tx records. It should work with a rescan though.

That sounds great. I think you mentioned this earlier in this thread. Have the pizza shop owner talked about liquidation process of the ONION? I think you should make him aware about everything in details because there might be loss too. Anyway, I would be happy to take you a pizza once they accept ONION. Waiting for that.
I threw the idea at him a few days ago and he seems receptive. I still need to work out details but it will be something like- I will handle the wallet for him and pay him $2.00 extra per order that is tendered in ONION (at the beginning).
I still need to make (have made) a professional looking sign stating that ONION is accepted with a QR code on it. It will be simple so I might be able to handle that soon. The other part is business cards or a pamphlet to hand out to patrons interested in using crypto. The cards/pamphlet will have the details about DeepOnion.
I hope to get over there (a couple towns over) sometime in the next few weeks and will try to have everything ready to present to him at that time Smiley I need to resize things but I'm thinking something like this:
